- Fred (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, the Tram and Metro were nearby for going to the Old Town & sight-seeing. The staff were friendl - The hotel was beautiful. The entry hall makes you feels like royalty coming in. Marble, brass and shiny tiled floors. A large hotel with almost 300 rooms. The booking.com pictures of the rooms with a Panorama view weren‘t actual. They must‘ve been taken from a side corner of a window… it‘s not possible to see what they show. We even changed to another room and still not possible. On both floors where we were there was a strong smell of cleaners. Not unbearable, but it didn‘t go away…

- Joanna (8/5): Urokliwy pobyt w Pradze – idealne miejsce dla rodziny! - Pierwsze wrażenie i obsługa Hotel już z zewnątrz robił piękne, niezwykle zachęcające wrażenie. Choć przyhotelowy parking jest dość mały i wydaje się nieco zaniedbany, bez problemu udało nam się znaleźć wolne miejsce. Prawdziwą perełką tego obiektu jest jednak przemiła obsługa. Zostaliśmy cudownie ugoszczeni już od progu – dzieci otrzymały na powitanie soczki, a my pamiątkowy magnes, dwie karty Prague Pass oraz praktyczną mapę z lokalnymi atrakcjami. Zarówno zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bez najmniejszych problemów. Komfort i pokój Wnętrze pokoju zachwyciło nas nienaganną czystością – żadnego zaduchu czy nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Ogromnym atutem był piękny widok z okna. Mieszkaliśmy na 11. piętrze, na które błyskawicznie dowoziły nas niezawodne windy. Łóżka okazały się niesamowicie wygodne; podwójne łoże małżeńskie było na tyle przestronne, że z łatwością wyspalibyśmy się w nim w czwórkę. W łazience czekał na nas kompletny zestaw ręczników (po dwie sztuki dla każdego gościa). Do dyspozycji mieliśmy również świetnie zaopatrzony barek, choć warto zaznaczyć, że ceny produktów są w nim dość wysokie. Poranne posiłki to prawdziwy strzał w dziesiątkę! Wybór był ogromny, a wszystkie serwowane produkty zachwycały świeżością i smakiem. Rewelacyjnym pomysłem był specjalnie przygotowany stolik z przysmakami typowo dla dzieci, co każdego ranka sprawiało naszym pociechom mnóstwo radości. Na plus jest bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy, duży market Kaufland i kilka knajpek. Wnętrze pokoju pozostawiało nieco do życzenia pod kątem dbałości o detale. Meble oraz akcesoria nosiły wyraźne ślady zużycia – dobrym przykładem mogą być mocno porysowane krzesła i lampy podłogowe. W pełni rozumiem zamysł utrzymania wystroju w specyficznej stylistyce retro z lat 80. i 90., jednak obecna w pokoju boazeria i ogólny stan wyposażenia nie prezentowały się najlepiej. Zdjęcia udostępnione na etapie rezerwacji sugerowały nieco wyższy standard i nowocześniejsze wykończenie. Jednak nie narzekaliśmy na to obsłudze, bo hotel służył nam tylko do noclegu i śniadania - całymi dniami nas nie było w pokoju. Łazienka okazała się bardzo ciasna, a odczuwalnym problemem był brak odpowiedniej wentylacji. W tak niewielkiej przestrzeni o wiele bardziej funkcjonalnym i komfortowym rozwiązaniem byłaby kabina prysznicowa zamiast zamontowanej tam wanny. Jeśli chodzi o sprzęty elektroniczne, odczuwalny był brak telewizora z funkcją Smart TV, co przy dzisiejszych standardach hotelowych powinno być już raczej normą. Brakowało mi też gniazdek w bardziej potrzebnych miejscach, np. przy szafce nocnej lub przy biurku. Zamiast tego gniazdko było w szafie lub obok łazienki. Brakowało też wejścia USB, co już powinno być standardem.

- Marion (9/5): - Super Lage, nicht direkt Altstadt aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Auf der Dachterrasse einen schönen Ausblick über Prag und auf die Burg. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Betten sind sehr gut und die Zimmer sauber und freundlich. Am Abend wurde in der Armstrong Bar live auf dem Flügel gespielt. Für meine Freundin und mich zu laut und nicht die richtigen Lieder.
- Inés (9/5): Hotel muy bonito y cómodo - El hotel era muy bonito y está muy cerca de las paradas de autobús y de tranvía. La habitación muy limpia y con detalles como bombones y agua de regalo. Por poner una pega, las almohadas son demasiado planas y nos resultaron incómodas después de unos días.
- Fawzi (1/5): - لم يعجبني شئ بالفندق السعر مبالغ فيه لايوجد مرافق بالفندق مثل صالة رياضية او حمام بخار الافطار متواضع جداً ولا يستحق القيمة التي دفعناها موظف الاستقبال يتعامل مع النزلاء بهمجية ويتكلم بإسلوب استفزازي بالرغم من وجود موظف لحمل الحقائب الا انه لم يساعدنا وتركنا نحمل الحقائب لغاية الغرفة لا انصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق حتى لو كان بالمجان

Může jeno doporučit...

Der Parkplatz direkt in der Nähe , das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich , sprechen viele Sprachen . Das Frühstück ist überragend, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir sind ungern wieder abgereist -

I highly recommend staying there. - إنه فندق جميل، والتعامل فيه ممتاز، وكل شيء فيه جيد ورائع. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة فيه. بالنسبة للسعر مقابل الخدمة، فهو ممتاز جدًا. وإذا قارنت سعره بالفنادق الأخرى، ستجد أنه أرخص أو بنفس السعر تقريبًا، خاصة أنه يوفر موقف سيارات مجاني، بينما الفنادق الأرخص لا توفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات، لذلك يُعتبر السعر في النهاية متقاربًا.

Hotel war ausgebucht, dadurch relativ lange Wartezeit um in einen der beiden Frühstückssäle zu kommen....

- Nadine (9/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön. - Schöne Zimmer, Begrüßungs-Pralinen und Flasche Wasser. Die gute Lage des Hotels bzw. gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt, Parkplatz, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal an Empfang und Bar sowie abends im Restaurant. Leckere Gerichte im Restaurant. Cocktails, Schachbretter und Klavierspiel am Abend in der Bar. Der übergroße Fernseher im Barbereich zur Übertragung von Sportveranstaltungen und das laute Arbeiten im Park während der Frühstückszeiten hat das sonst gute Bild des Hotels etwas gestört.

- Marabu1 (9/5): - Komfortables Zimmer in historischem denkmalgeschützen Gebäude mit altmodischem Charme. Dafür nimmt man gern die etwas zentrumsfernere Lage in Kauf, welche jedoch kein Problem ist, da man mit der Straßenbahn in 15 min in der Altstadt ist. Freundliches Personal, kostenfreies Parken auf dem Gelände, schicke Skybar mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung. Wifi läuft nicht stabil.

- Hoffmann (10/5): Exceptionally friendly staff - The staff was particularly amazing, and helped out with quite a few special requests that we had. The buffet was also very nice and did not start to feel bland after a week. The little one got to try out a whole buch of things with great quality, which probably contributed to how she is still pretty open to trying out all kinds of food. Even though we generally like trying out new locations, we would seriously consider going with this one again when we return to Prague. Depending on when we would return, the parking space could be pretty crowded or even full. We always did manage to find some parking arranged by the hotel, but it took some effort at times. Even though we had a pretty decently big room, the bathroom felt still a little bit cramped while trying to handle and wash our little baby. While the place was pretty friendly towards having a baby there, there were no changing rooms located near the dining area or bar, so when something happened, we had to go back to the room.

- Alan (8/5): A grand hotel located a little off the beaten track. - The building and interior were both interesting. We had a spacious executive room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was vast. The location is a little out of the way although is well served by the local tram.

- Alexandra (10/5): Superb. - Totul a fost superb, mic dejun diversificat, proaspăt si foarte gustos! Camera curată și personalul foarte amabil! Ne vom întoarce cu drag. La restaurantul hotelului, meniul e destul de “sec” as spune, nu ai foarte multe variante.

- Becca Berlin (9/5): Brilliant stay with great staff and facilities - The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful, they've clearly placed a lot of importance on preserving the history of it, and it really shows. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. I also got a massage from the place on the second floor, and it was one of the best I've ever had - thank you, Bee! It's a little out of the city center, but I knew that when I booked, and it was very well connected.

- Sahar (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit toller Lage und einem geräumigem Zimmer! - Super Lage, da nähe Tram Station, wo man überallhin kommt und viele Cafes, Kiosk und Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch hat das Hotel All you can Eat Buffet ab 19 Uhr angeboten, falls man nicht draußen essen möchte. Hatten beim Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl. Super war der separate Frühstücksraum wo eine Kinderecke bereitgestellt wurde, mit Essen, aber auch einer Spielecke! Zimmer waren geräumig und ruhig. Toller Ausblick! Personal war sehr nett, alles war sauber. Tolles Hotel mit erhaltenem 50iger Jahre Flair. Absolut zu empfehlen. Parkplatz hat wenige Stellplätze, wenn man die Größe des Hotels bedenkt, aber man kann draußen auch auf markierten Stellen parken, wo man einen Zettel vom Hotel bekommt und somit kostenlos dort stehen kann. Also gut gelöst vom Hotel! Sehr viel Stauraum in den Zimmern mit Begrüßungswasser, Postkarte von Prag und Pralinen. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, hat jeder noch eine kleine Wasserflasche bekommen (sehr aufmerksam!). Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder. Die Betten waren sehr schmal (glaube 70/80cm?). Aber es ging dann doch. Im Bad wären ein paar Hacken mehr gut, für den Bademantel etc.

- Andreas (8/5): Wieder sehr cool! - Wie immer ein Mix aus Geschichte und tollem Hotel! Personal super freundlich - Lage durch Bus und Tramanbindung auch super! In 20 Min ohne Stress! Kleiner Hotelparkplatz - kann am WE schon mal voll sein! Aber es gibt genügend Plätze drumherum!
- Tripper_M (8/5): Pěkný hotel, nicméně horší místo - - zachovalý hotel, čistý - příjemný personál (nejlepší však kolegové vrátní u brány) - fajn snídaně, bohatý výběr a velmi chutné vše - pokoj čistý, dostatečně prostorný - problematické parkování (velmi malé množství míst na hotelovém parkovišti) - umístění hotelu, rušné prostředí a v okolí není večer moc fajn pro pěší
