Det er mange ansatte som er til for å hjelpe deg slik det skal være på et luksus hotell. Bestill hageutsikt! Men de mange ansatte har ikke helt kontroll. De husker ikke hva de har spurt om eller hva du har bestilt. Det virker som de er lite trent. Lite effektiv arbeidsfordeling. Her må hotell manager nok stramme til fordi dette forventes når man betaler for det. Hovedsakelig amerikanske turister når vi bodde der. Mangler kvalitets detaljer som forventes i dette segmentet

- Stefanie (10/5): Schönes Hotel mitten in London - Tolle Lage direkt am British Museum, fußläufig zu Covent Garden, Bus Richtung Harrods und Victoria & Albert Museum gleich um die Ecke. Typisch englisches Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, vorzugsweise im hübschen Wintergarten, der zur Gartenseite liegt. Wir haben einmal den berühmten Afternoon Tea zu uns genommen, sehr üppig und lecker! Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, kann das Hotel nicht beeinflussen: Wir hatten Einzelzimmer, die zur Straße liegen, was eigentlich kein Problem wäre, allerdings wird täglich der Müll abgeholt, auch gern mitten in der Nacht, und das ist tatsächlich sehr laut. Aber nur, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat. Und die Doppelzimmer liegen zur hübschen Gartenseite, da wird man das Problem nicht haben.

- Conor (10/5): My Go To PLaqce in London - The location could not have been better, the hotel itself is an oasis of charm and old world sanity in the madness of London, but what stands out above and beyond expectations is the staff. Always smart in their early 20th century uniforms,, they were charming, mannerly, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, always cheerful - and Sonia the gorgeous, delightful, laughing whirlwind deserves special mention. Also deserving of special mention is Martin Winning, the saxophonist who plays at the hotel on Jazz Nights. Truly wonderful. This is an exceptional, special hotel. Ten stars. I liked it so much it's the location for my next novel. I loved everything. The furniture is wonderful, the decor is fabulous. the cheerful, elegant, old-world feeling is amazing. It's like the novel by Amor Towels, A Gentleman in Moscow, a beautiful echo from a lost time.

- Ray (10/5): Wonderful hotel - we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in London. - We love the location, just around the corner from the British Museum and a diagonal walk across Russel Square/park to Russell Square tube station. It’s a classic English hotel with gracious common rooms and delightful, very attentive staff. The breakfast was amazing, great grazing and anything else you might want on request in no time, including great lattes. The room we had was a little more than a little on the small side, but very well appointed. Didn’t dampen our enjoyment in the least.

- moshmic (10/5): Fantastic service and afternoon tea - We came to the hotel for afternoon tea, a party of 8 including two very energetic little girls. The afternoon tea was delicious and all of the staff were super accommodating with the kids and really friendly. Beautiful hotel and perfect vibe.

The location next to the British Museum is perfect. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. We had dinner overlooking the garden and it was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The special treats such as choc chip cookies - fabulous! Can’t think of any way to improve.

Montague on the Gardens is great, safe location - quite posh actually! Close to two tube locations, two parks and quite literally across the street from the British Museum. But it is the old world British service that really WOWed us! Delicioso breakfasts. Warm welcomes and excellent accommodations— and they have A/C! Noice ! Five snaps to the amazing Everett and the team! We look forward to coming back- and to the Leopard Lounge—- puuurrrfect!

- 91ellenk (10/5): Amazing Staff and Service - Tremendous service. Immaculate rooms. Quaint and boutique feel with all the amenities you could need. A family of four stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. We had tea the first day and it was yummy and very authentic with a view of the garden. While we did not get the morning breakfast, it looked delicious and we will opt for breakfast during our next visit.

The staff are warm and very welcoming and demonstrate sincere wish to make one's stay as perfect as possible. Special praise is due to Levente, Concierge, for whom nothing is too much trouble and he demonstrates excellence in all aspects. Each room is individual and this is welcome when compared with so many hotels with bland rooms which are all identical. The location is ideal for travellers arriving via rail. We have visited this hotel may times and it is still our number one choice! I cannot think of anything!

- 44simon64 (10/5): Excellent hotel offering a bit of calm in the hassle and bustle of London. - This is a lovely, welcoming hotel in a perfect location, easy walking distance to Covent Garden, Soho, and the West End. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and provide excellent service. Considering its location it is very quiet and along with the excellent bed and bedding gave us both an excellent nights sleep. The food we had was very nice, well presented and good value for money. The bar, which we used a lot, was well staffed and made some excellent cocktails (other drinks are available!). We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip to London.

From arrival the reception team were so friendly and really set the tone for our stay. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the terrace and lounge especially the live music to enjoy along with our Saturday night drinks. But the main thing we could not stop talking about was the impeccable hospitality from all of the staff - a special thank you to Melissa and Everett for a truly lovely evening and memorable stay! We hope to be back soon
- Fedemeul (10/5): A week at the Montague Hotel - We stayed in London the first week of March and chose this hotel based on its ratings for cleanliness, the area, its proximity to the city center, and because it was described as typically English. Well, the Montague Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff is professional, attentive to every guest's needs, the room is impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a generous buffet, and above all, the staff is attentive to every need and goes out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. Upon arrival, the atmosphere is typically English, and you're immediately immersed in the London spirit. The location, just steps from the British Museum, is perfect. Furthermore, it's just one tube stop from St Pancras station, where Eurostar trains from Europe arrive. Both upon our arrival and departure, we were welcomed and greeted by Omari, who was professional and extremely kind. That's why we remember his name, but all our other colleagues were equally wonderful. We don't want to forget any of them! We can't wait to return to this hotel on our next visit to London.

Considering the position it’s remarkably quiet with very comfortable beds for a great night sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
