Hyde Park is right opposite, where you can take a morning stroll and watch swans and ducks — it’s incredibly relaxing! The rooms are a bit small but well‑equipped and fairly comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and tastes great. The hotel staff are friendly. Gul and King, who handled our check‑in and check‑out, were very nice and highly efficient. The complimentary cookies from the hotel were delicious!

And the front desk staff was awesome. First Doubletree we’ve ever stayed at that was generous with their cookies (love them!). Having a balcony was so nice as well, especially with the nice weather we had. There strangely wasn’t any phone in the room (or at least none we could find), so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for anything (though that was an excuse to ask for another cookie!). Not a big deal.

Appreciated the convenience of an on site restaurant. Best yet, was the wonderful location! It was across the street from Kensington Park and a 10-15 minute walk to Kensington Palace. The area was safe with shops, pubs, restaurants and access to the tube nearby. Would definitely recommend!

- 893sris (6/5): Doubletree Hilton Hyde Park - Location of the hotel is very good, it is walking distance to Nottinghill, Bayswater and Queensbay train stations and shopping places. There are a lot of restaurants, bar and shops in the area. It is also walking distance to Porto Bello market, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge Harrods. The room was very basic, we were given a twin room which had problems with the hot water. There was no cold water available so we had to move to another twin room which was located at the mezzanine level. There were a few steps to go up to the room so we had to carry our big luggage because there was no ramp. The breakfast was far far from adequate, it was not nice and appealing. The cereals were only 2 types, the dining room was messy, the tables were not cleaned properly, the staff just stand there doing nothing, instead of cleaning up the dirty tables. Reception staff was rude and unfriendly. I had to go three times to ask whether the room was ready to check in after 3pm. I think Double tree Hilton had to improve its service as a 4 star hotel, my partner and I were very dissapointed with the poor service and the breakfast.

Elisa helped us with our reservation and check in. She made everything seamless and was so friendly. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean. The staff at the front desk are so lovely and helpful. The restaurant staff is also very sweet.

We were welcomed by the warm and friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in at noon - a big plus when you're weary from travel. We had a small plumbing issue that King David (at the front desk) resolved immediately. The room and bathroom are very big (American-sized), clean, and well-appointed. Located at the NW corner of Hyde Park, we were steps away from Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, and the Royal Albert Hall. Our room was very quiet, which is paramount for us. The included breakfast included traditional English items plus standard continental cheese & cold cuts. Highly recommended!

They made us feel so welcome and answered all of the questions we had. We would go back just to visit them. The hotel was really nice and clear. The location was perfect next to Hyde park and a close beautiful walk to Buckingham Palace.

Tables not always wiped and re-laid with cutlery in between guests.

- Sushmi (10/5): Amazing rooms with great view - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this DoubleTree. From the second I walked in, the staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so welcome! The rooms were wonderful as well: modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect environment to relax in. Everything from the check-in process to the room quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The rooms were wonderful as well: clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after the graduation festivities. Of course, the signature warm cookie at check-in was the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone celebrating a special occasion. Thank you for making my big day even better!

The room wasn’t very clean

Perde kornişten çıkmıştı 11 gün tamir etmediler, ücretsiz su, bazı sabahlar konuyor bazı sabahlar konmuyordu istediğimizde ise bir görevli para almak zorundayım dedi, başka bir görevli ücretsiz almamızı sağladı. Personel elinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyor gibi ama genel olarak servisi zayıf bir otel.

- Joseph (2/5): Great location very dirty room and major plumbing/ toilet issues - Location was great and parking at the hotel was easy When I checked into the hotel I was told the room wasn’t ready but it was under priority clean and would be notified when it was ready I was then told it was ready and could go up when I entered the room it had not been cleaned and was in quite a disarray I tried calling reception via the phone in the room but the line was dead, I went down and explained and was told someone would come clean I was heading out for the day when I returned that evening most of it had been cleaned but it still wasn’t upto standards, the toilet did not work as once flushed water just kept flowing so could not sleep with the noice I later found out there was more than just my room with toilet issues some rooms had to be blocked off after check out, the a/c could not be used as when turned on the most extreme foul smells came from the vents so I can only assume that the vents have not been cleaned in quite some time which also was an ongoing issue with other guests all in all I cannot say I enjoyed my stay

- Ann (4/5): Staff was lovely Gul was more than helpful facilities was absolutely shocking in our room - I’ve stayed at the property before location is great and hotel itself was clean the lady that greeted us upon arrival was more than lovely and welcoming I think her name was Gul After waiting to check into our hotel room 505, we walked through the door and the toilet was almost overflowing with water coming up To the rim. We had to leave the property for a burial asap so after leaving I’d asked via text messages for the matter to be revolved and was told that a member of the maintenance team would come up to the room to resolve this issue whilst we were out. However when arriving back To the hotel room several hours later no progress had been made and the bathroom toilet was still completely backed up with water and toilet paper even tho non of us in the room had used the toilet itself! Rather disgusting really. Me and the other members of my party had decided to go to sleep and if we needed the loo just to use the downstairs lobby bathroom. Which was a major inconvenience! The morning after one Member of my party had used the shower and again the water was flooding out of the shower basin making the floor wet. When I’d notified gul at reception the morning after, I’d shown her the messsges between me and the lady id been messaging about the matter she’d offered me 2 free drinks at the bar and was told that the matter would be “fixed for me” after I’d explained that we weren’t able to stick around because we had a 4 and a half hour car journey back home. And haven’t heard anything back since! After staying here before and not having these issues it really stuck out to me. Very dissatisfied for a chain hotel of this calibre.

Several pubs and lots of varied restaurants nearby. On the pricey side, due to location I expect. Nice place, helpful staff, overall very good but not extraordinary.

Amazing staff right from front office to customer experience, restaurant staff. They just amaze with their hospitality. To name a few - Ali, Kim, Laura, Agnieska, Alfiya, Tiny, Renju and all others. Agnieska and Alfiya for morning breakfast, Renju in the evening all in their spirit to appease every guest. Special mention for Hanaa, tirelessly working in the morning. My gratitude and thank you to all who make a difference to my stay. A small feedback - please revise dinner menu and add few more items.

- aimee (1/5): - Accidentally dropped my key in the room before checking out. Before leaving the hotel I asked the staff members at reception had it been handed in, with which they responded it had been handed in but it was locked in safe by the cleaners, who had took the key for it home and would not be back until the next day. As I was leaving to go home this meant that I would have to find somewhere else to stay when I arrived home due to not having my key. I was not impressed by this at all. All staff in the hotel, particularly receptionist staff should have a key to access any lost property. Cleaners should not be locking things away without notifying staff in the hotel and leaving with keys so they cannot access it. Very unprofessional.
