Location is not bad (about 7-9 minutes walk to nearest station Nihonbashi). There are a few cloth hangers but no wardrobe. On G/F there is coin laundry too, but I had not used it. In the neighborhood there is another coin laundry shop. Bathroom is smaller than expected. Limited space for table so the table is quite narrow.

- SAKIKO (10/5): - GWの家族旅行で2泊利用しました。 建物も新しい感じで、全体的に清潔感があり快適でした。 シンプルな部屋で無駄なものは無く、日中は出掛けていたので寝泊まりするには何不自由なく過ごしました。 コスパも良く、すぐ近くにコンビニもあるし、飲食店もある。少し歩けば道頓堀にも行けますし、楽しめました。 周辺は中国系のお店が沢山あって、海外にいるような雰囲気もあります。 車で行ったので敷地内の駐車場を利用したかったのですがホテルの駐車場はいっぱいで無理でしたが周辺には沢山駐車場があり、停める事が出来ました。 スタッフの方は、皆さん丁寧で気持ちよく対応して頂けたので大満足です！ ありがとうございました。 ありません。

- Maria (7/5): The short stay was good.the best was it was an easy access to dotonbori. - The location was great.easy access specially when you are bound to dotonbori🫡.it was then that they gave me a parking slot right in front of the hotel its way more eassier for us. I dont have anything to say. I loved the place.

- Philippe (6/5): 100% d’humidité - L’hotel est bien situé et relativement proche de la station de métro. Je crois que c’est normal quand on loue dans un endroit près d’un secteur très animé, que les clients soient plutôt festifs. Nos voisins de palier, des retraités dynamiques, étaient totalement indifférents au bruit. Ils hurlaient sans cesse pendant qu’ils se préparaient pour une soirée en ville. Ils laissaient les portes ouvertes et circulaient d’une pièce à l’autre. Je devais intervenir en leur faisant comprendre, malgré la barrière de la langue, que c’était tard et qu’on voulait dormir. En outre, l’équipement de notre chambre présentait des défauts : le taux d’humidité était excessif et l’unité de climatisation ne parvenait pas à l’éliminer adéquatement. De plus, un interrupteur situé à l’entrée de la chambre, sur lequel nous devons insérer notre carte d’accès, coupe l’alimentation de l’unité murale dès que nous quittons la pièce, ce qui aggrave le problème d’humidité dans l’air. Une quantité anormale de condensation s’est formée sur la vitre de la fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur et a coulé sur mon équipement électronique. Quelques jours avant d’écrire cette évaluation, j’en ai fait part au personnel très professionnel. Ce dernier m’a présenté des excuses, mais n’a pas voulu offrir de compensation pour mon clavier d’iPad qui est devenu inutilisable. Bref, je ne suis pas satisfait de notre séjour et je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

W kątach pokoju był długo nieczyszczony kurz. Ekspres do kawy w sali śniadaniowej był brudny. Pokój był źle wygłuszony, wyraźnie słychać było rozmowy z korytarza.

- Alice (6/5): good location, expensive for what you get - really good location, close to main streets in Osaka Bathroom was quite big Bed very comfortable Breakfast was substantial, all self serve buffet but mainly Japanese style food - if you’re looking for a western burger and food options this not the place (only had yoghurt, some bread/croissants and cornflakes) we booked this as one of our more expensive hotels for the last nights of our trip and didn’t find any point of difference from hotels a third of the price which was quite disappointing. basically no amenities other than a toothbrush, despite having a kettle in the room no tea or coffee was provided when I asked evening staff downstairs I was practically laughed at for such a ridiculous question (this is the first hotel we stayed at in 3 weeks that didn’t have any amenities at all within the room or the front desk) Similarly the pillows in the room were horrendous and the second pillow was more what you would find on a couch, some hotels we have stayed at have offered different types of pillows - they did not have anything else.

- 藤田 (3/5): リピートはないと思います。 - 道頓堀から近く、食べ歩きには最高の場所でした。 お風呂のバスタブのふちや洗面台の下に茶色いカビ？水垢？がたくさんあってとても不快だった。それをスタッフにお伝えし、翌日のチェックアウトで同じスタッフでしたが一言もなにもなくはいっみたいな感じでチェックアウトが終わりました。スタッフの対応も納得いかなかったですし、お風呂が汚かった点を伝えたら清掃業者によく言っておきます。と言われましたが、清掃業者って言う必要あったのでしょうか？ホテルとしてのサービスなので他人事のように言うのは違うと思いました。

- Yoshimi (8/5): 落ち着いて眠れてよかったです。 - 室内は清潔で綺麗でした。 ぐっすり眠れました。 部屋に入った時の匂いが気になりました。 窓から外を見た時、ゴミがたくさん落ちていました。宿泊客のマナーが悪いと思いました。 アメニティもう少しご用意いただけたらよかったです。
