- CMCG (9/5): Overall a great experience but some people need to learn manners. - Saleh at the concierge desk and door was so so lovely a true gentlemen and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rest of the concierge staff were also very approachable and helpful too. We ran into difficulty during our stay and one of the managers at the concierge desk older man with glasses whose name wasn't shared, was not helpful at all, he promised he would help us in our predicament but instead went home and we had to follow up ourselves as we didn't hear from him.

Little fridge, coffee pods and cookies with tea a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Service and concierge was excellent! Thank you! Tub was a bit high in my bathroom so difficult to get in and out. Maybe provide a non slip mat also.

Close to central line underground station and major bus stations that can take everywhere you want to go. Overall we felt great, and secured at this hotel. Just that our room was a bit small but it's really not a big deal.

- Andrew (8/5): Great experience except for the bathroom - The staff were excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was immaculately presented The bathroom - I could see on the bath where someone had cleaned it with yellow bleach (Cif/other). They had clearly put it around the rim and allowed it to run down into the tub. There was a faint yet clear yellow stain that was on the tub. I also had an issue with the positioning of the toilet. As a bigger gentleman, the space where the toilet is beside the sink is very cramped and the toilet roll on its holder would be digging into my sides when I sat down. There was not enough space and it was disappointing to feel so cramped. A less extravagant sink would take up less space and would allow a little more comfort when sitting down.

- Weeroddie (7/5): Good hotel if expensive, for the money battling for breakfast was a disappointment. - The hotel is in a good location and very comfortable, nice bar in the foyer and generally it met my expectations if a little expensive. The hotel is expensive even for London. It is very bust so there are long waits for reception and the lifts. The quality of the food and variety at breakfast is very good but the room is packed and its a proper scrum to get your meal. You have to queue for a coffee machine which is sometimes monopolised by staff who are taking multiple coffees to a table despite it being self service. I am not sure how that worked, special customers get special treatment.

- Leonardo (3/5): There is no way I will be back! - Location was ok Didn't have breakfast as my booking says it is included by only if you pay 24 pounds extra. That is not the definition of included! The room as cold, with lot's of humidity and the air controls are fake as none of them caused any changes to the temperature. Carpet is dirty and a piece of something very sharp at the entrance of the toilet door, like a glass shard or something metallic pierced my foot. The check in experience was very poor with lots of staff but not a huge amount of customer awareness. Seems like a place to process customers which is very different to customer service, for over 250 a night!
