- Medina (9/5): Needed a place to stay close to east LA for a funeral and it served it’s purpose. - How easy I was able to get to where I needed to go. Placed in a convenient spot. The only thing I have to complain about would be the mattresses, they were not comfortable for me being a big guy.

- Therese (2/5): - We booked well in advance and when we showed up it was not at all what the reviews and images show on the Expedia page. The employee working the counter was extremely nice and understanding. And the company did give us a refund which we are extremely grateful for. However this was our only positive experience here.
Limited parking: when we showed up there was no parking available. The garage only has about 10 spots and then you have to park on an extremely dangerous street. If you have a rental car like we did we do not recommend this alone.
Unfortunately on top of that, this hotel is very obviously frequented for paid sex workers. Which we are pro-sex work it was just not at all what the environment was being advertised and what we thought we were booking.
The room itself was not cleaned. Hair on the bed, food in the fridge, etc.
We personally understand that while hotels like this need to exist, we just think they should not front and act like something they are not Expedia. We booked what had high reviews, great comments about it, and great images but it was nothing what the reviews said and that is why we felt the need to write this review. We don’t want other people falling for what is probably paid-for bot reviews. We do not recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have kids or want a safe place to unwind.
We apologize for the review if it offends anyone but it is important for us to make sure our experience was shared as we were stranded without a room last minute.
- Mark (4/5): - The property and its location raise some concerns; the listed contact number is also inactive.
- ben (10/5): - Easy parking, clean comfortable room, good value
- Carla (10/5): - None of the surfaces were wiped down . Everything was sticky. Not enough towels to clean it myself. Floors were not clean. Bathtub had no skid strip. Almost fell after first shower . couldn’t risk another shower . No tissue anywhere, no where to get coffee , area is ghetto. Asian call girl walking the halls looking for work. People can walk right off the street and have access to the elevator and to inside of motel
- Kristine (6/5): - the room smell like smoke
- Claudia (2/5): - Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the room was so dirty! The floor was not cleaned, and the shower was gross. The area was horrible! There are nearby stores, and when we were walking to the store, a crazy lady was screaming at us. We come to find out that there is a mental institution right there. Then, when we return to the hotel, there is a young girl screaming and shouting on drugs, running around the parking lot. Never staying here again. You get what you play for, I guess.

- Alvarado (1/5): -
- Ethan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaden (4/5): - Well it is the heart of LA but there were literally semen stains on the comforter it was genuinely the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in
- Rodriguez (7/5): Good -
- Jack (2/5): - The elevator smelled like pee and the room had bugs. I checked out almost as soon as i got there
- David (6/5): - Very basic. Musty
- Kandice (8/5): - Not very many rooms so it was quiet. Right by a hospital If there was a emergency.
- Colleen (6/5): - Ease to Keck Hospital
- Mark (8/5): Great Value - Surprisingly good stay based on the cost per night in LA. Very clean for an older hotel. Quieter than other hotels in the area.
- Schama (10/5): - Good place with safe parking and friendly staff
- Colleen (8/5): - Convenient
- luis (6/5): - Motel is good. Has indoor parking and decent rooms. But the neighborhood is awful like most of Los Angeles. Some many crazy homeless around there. Not the motel’s fault.
- Magaly Cruz (8/5): - Remodeled
- Juan (6/5): - It was cool I just didn't like the random people coming up randomly knocking
- Daniel (2/5): - Honestly, if I could rate lower I would. My wife and I have been through a lot recently. This vacation was supposed to be a healing experience. The area around the hotel is alarming to say the least. THERE IS NO WAY I’D WALK AROUND AT NIGHT. I asked the staff the first night for more towels which never came. The only reason I asked was because the floor was black and covered with dirt. The baseboards the same. It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve literally ever stayed in. Then the second night the phone kept ringing, and when I would answer no one would say anything. Alarming right? It gets worse when I told the hotel staff about all of this they shrugged. I literally had to unplug the phone from the wall. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had domestic or abroad. If the owner would like to contact me I’d love to elaborate. Thanks for reading this long winded review. Trust me, don’t stay here if you’re not traveling alone and you care about your loved ones. It also smelled like weed on our floor. When I went to let the staff know they did not seem to care at all. You can see from my other reviews this is not something I’d normally do but I request a reimbursement.
- LaGeshia (2/5): - That had to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It looked like someplace he would stay in as a halfway house or an hourly rate hotel
