• Cristian (10/5): Superlative - The breakfast was excellent, also the fact that they offer you free snacks/soft drinks during the days of your staying is a great thing. Very clean, with a corner just for your kid, in other to have no worries by having your breakfast/soft drinks chill. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room/beds comfortable. Very close to the metro station (2min by walk), many restaurants arround (1min by walk). Definitely recommend! -

The location was good. - Breakfast had many options and was complete a good value at €10 if you pre-pay The size of the room was quite small no room for open suitcases. The noise between rooms was also a problem.

• Nicola (9/5): 5 days comfortable stay in Paris - CHECK-IN: easy and straight. Room was ready even before the official check-in time. STAFF: nice, smiling and willing to help. WIFI/VPN: works great on more recent devices. Android 12 could back up photos home in no time. Android 11 was struggling to keep the wifi signal. SIZE: adequate. Enough room to have a small desk area in front of the bed, but not much space around the bed sides. As long as you keep your piece of luggage closed. STYLE: refurnished refreshed with some character, but still functional and uncomplicated. POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: stays on, there is no key-card holder. CLEAN: very much, although we had to ask to change one of the four pillows. BATHROOM: separated from the toilet. Shower is in the bathtub, not exactly huge, but did work for us. QUIET: windows glasses do their job very well, of course if you open them the road noise comes in, but it's a small street and there weren't much of it after all. LOCATION: great, we actually paid quite a lot, but among other things, we wanted something easy and well connected. There you have. SERVICES AROUND: supermarkets, wine store, hardware store and many other ones. Metro is 5 mins walk, buses even less than that. VALUE FOR THE MONEY: considering the period (we didn't know there were also some national holiday), the location, the size of the room and the cleanness, it was fair for us. BREAKFAST: 14€ per person per day, but we didn't try it out. RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: many! Mostly french, but also other international ones. Boulangerie and patisserie as well. No fast food in sight. PLUS: between 14 and 2 in the morning there is a small open bar next to the lobby, useful if you just need some snack during the day. And this is valid for you as guest also in every other hotel of the chain spread around in Paris. Very nice. Rooms have hairdryer and minibar with free beverage. PRICE: all these services, cleanness, location and care-taking by the host come not exactly cheap, even for a place like Paris. Room was ok for us, but once we open both our suitcases there was not much left to move around. In the end I had to take one between the side bed and the wall and jump from the bottom end of the mattress to go to sleep. Which was fine for us, to regain some space in the rest of the room, but considering what we paid....
• Sara (9/5): Excellent hotel! Would go back. - We had a lovely stay. We'll go back again. The room was quite small but everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless clean. The staff were super nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. The location was also excellent. The only issue was the noise from outside over night time. Although the hotel itself is in a quiet alley, the noise from the main street was quite loud and constant. I don't know if this can be helped in a busy city like Paris though :)

• yuma (10/5): 最高のホテルと最高のスタッフ！！ - 非常に対応が良いスタッフで、設備も必要十分、またはとても良い状況でした。 滞在中に持参したドライヤーを変圧器で使用した際、故障して部屋の電源が落ちるというトラブルに見舞われましたが、スタッフに相談したところ、非常に笑顔で丁寧に対応していただきました。不安の中でとても助かり、本当に落ち着いて対応していただいたことに感謝しています。 ホテルのサービスや立地についても非常に満足しています。 1. 午後2時から使用できるラウンジでは軽食も十分にあり、とても有意義な時間を過ごしました。 2. 駅が近く、どこへ行くにも便利な場所でした。 3. 周辺には飲食店がたくさんあるので、食事に困ることはありません。 4. 徒歩7分ほどの場所にコインランドリーもあります。 お部屋は広いバスタブ付きで、7泊の滞在でしたが、夫婦2人で大きめのスーツケースを広げてもかなり余裕がある広さでした。また、普段はホテルの朝食をあまり利用しないのですが、1日単位で追加することができたのも良かったです。朝食の内容自体も非常に満足のいくものでした。 部屋も清潔で、エレベーターも狭くなく扱いやすいものでした。全体として非常に満足しており、選んで良かったと思います。 本当にスタッフが非常に丁寧でした。私は英語やフランス語があまり得意ではないのですが、そういった状況でもChatGPTなどを使用して説明してくださり、非常にわかりやすく対応していただきました。 嫌な顔ひとつせず対応していただいたスタッフには、とても感謝しています。またパリに行く際はこちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。 良くなかった点は本当にありませんでした。非常に満足のいくもので、ドライヤーや水圧など、そういった細かいところも使い心地が良く、不満に感じるものは一つもなかったです。

Within 30 minutes of most attractions. Super welcoming staff. The walls are thin but not unusual in older hotels. We had a noisy person in the adjacent room who talked loudly and had lots of visitors. Staff did tell them but they carried on regardless.

When checking out, the elevator was under service maintenance, and I had heavy luggage which two of the staff carried down the stairs. Maybe it was accidental emergency, or bad planning, I wish it wasn't around 12 pm when people need to check out.

Its carefully decorated rooms and breakfast area project a much-welcomed cozy and homely feel. All the staff members we came across were polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and housekept daily during our stay. Kudos to Hotel Augustin!

• Wander621980 (10/5): One Week Stay in April - We stayed one week in early April. Hotel is located in a commercial area near a very convenient subway/train station (Saint Lazare). Very safe area. Very convenient to a department store with food (Monoprix) and a variety of restaurants from some local restaurants to McDonalds. Room was very clean, with a small refrigerator that was stocked with water and pepsi. Snacks and some drinks in the afternoon were very nice. We took a cab to the hotel from the airport, but never took another cab all week as subway/train station was reasonable and could take us anywhere, including airport. Couple of tips: 1) the French generally do not use washcloths, so if you want to use one, bring it and 2) the beds were clean and comfortable but used a comforter with no sheet, just different than what we were used to. Overall, very happy we chose to stay here and I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Paris.

Within walking distance to shopping belt and a supermarket. We were greeted by Ms Claudia on our arrival at the hotel. She was super-friendly, helpful and professional. In fact, all the staff members we came across during our stay were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekept daily. Breakfast (from 7am to 1030am) was very good. • 1976indian (8/5): Nice stay - The hotel calls itself 3-star, but i would definitely give it a 4-star rating. The location is reasonably central with walking access to metro stations, bus stops and food options. The rooms are decent sized and have modern decor. The breakfast is pretty good (though the options same every day). The staff everywhere in the hotel were very nice and helpful. Best of all, Astotel offers free refreshments (coffee, juices and snacks) throughout the day not just in the hotel you are staying in, but also all their other hotels in Paris. Also, all the items in the mini bar in the rooms are free (i have never seen that). Only feedback would be (1) have a proper wardrobe in the rooms (2) have separate area for WC and shower in the family room.

El personal del hotel siempre fue super amable y nos atendieron con buena cara. Durante todo el dia habia café, té, agua y snacks disponibles, aunque no tuvieses el servicio del desayuno pago. Tienen un cuarto disponible para guardar el equipaje una vez haces check out. Todo cumplió las expectativas. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

• Patricia (8/5): Gut für einen Kurztrip - Prinzipiell war das Hotel völlig ausreichend für einen Kurztrip; trotz dem Einzelzimmer, genügend Platz;die Lage war in Ordnung, umliegend gab es Busse, 5 Minuten entfernt auch die Metro. Merkwürdiger Geruch im Zimmer, zitrusartig, aber zu heftig; sehr hellhörig; die gemeinschaftliche Toilette im Erdgeschoss war in einem wirklich schlimmen Zustand, hier müsste doch mal regelmäßiger gesäubert werden
