Location is perfect for attending Olympia of course hotel is dated since many years and very badly insulated windows or not insulated at all as if traffic was driving through the room. Room was OK but bathroom was very tired, with broken floor tiles and marked walls. The shower over bath was height restricted due to low ceiling in that area. Breakfast was very poor. Hotplate was not hot and food cold. Hot drink machines produced warm water drinks only. Price was well over the top and higher than better class hotels. Saturday private function spilled into the dining area and bar making for an unpleasant atmosphere for those dining. Poor location and management. Car park underground very restricted. If

Stephanie (4/5): Disappointing for a Hilton hotel - Staff were very friendly Very outdated, needs a refurb. Room was ok but sockets and Tv did not work. Carpet had clearly not been hoovered as long black hairs could be seen. When we arrived and entered our room a staff member was sitting on the chair on his phone and quickly made his excuses and left.

The advertised refrigerator in room was actually a chiller that did not chill anything. Had to use an expensive vending machine to have cold water during the stay. I was able to hear guests in the room beside me and a lot of noise coming in from the street outside.

Pewam (7/5): Für Londoner Verhältnisse ein gutes Hotel für den Preis. - Die Lage des Hotels und die Angestellten waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Auswahl im Frühstücksraum war gut. Vom Hotel aus ist man schnell an allen wichtigen Orten in der Stadt. Leider hatte das Zimmer ein Bad mit Wanne, und nur eine geringe Deckenhöhe, so dass Personen mit ca. 190 cm da ein Problem beim Duschen haben. Das Restaurant hat beim Frühstück leider nur wenig Plätze, daher war es recht eng am Platz, und auch sehr laut. Am Buffet war es auch sehr eng, und beim Brot schneiden bekam man recht warme Arme, die Toaster waren viel zu nah aufgestellt. Der Cappuccino war nur mittelmäßig warm, und hat nicht sonderlich geschmeckt. Die Spiegeleier waren auch selten warm, da ist noch Bedarf!

Jamie (3/5): - Location was great and kensington is a lovely area to stay in. I stayed at the hotel when I was visiting London to run the marathon. I had asked staff at the hotel if I could heat up some rice in a microwave before the race. Some staff were really helpful and one member of staff even gave me some gels to have during the race which was really nice and much appreciated however the duty manager said that I couldn't use the microwave to heat up the rice due to health and safety. Whilst I understood the explanation it was disappointing that the staff at the hotel couldn't help and didn't offer an apology or offer any alternative. The location of the hotel is good but it is very noisy as it is close to a busy road.

Oliver (5/5): - Hotel staff were friendly. The reception and public areas seem very modern and well kept. Parking on site is very convenient and close to public transport into the city. I found the room a really disappointing. It felt dated and old. Paint work was chipped and tired, bathroom floor tiles were cracked and moved when you stepped on them and there were rust patches on the bath. The shower screen is really small so as soon as you turned the shower on the floor was soaked making in slippery. If we were staying longer or intend to spend more time in the room other than dropping bags off and going straight out id have asked to be moved.
Imaan (3/5): I’m not very sure I’d stay here again. - The most preferable thing was the easy access to the parking area directly from our room / reception via 1 lift. The room was extremely tiny, not to mention the bathroom was poorly ventilated, the ceiling was coming apart, the bathtub clearly had a hole in it and was just filled and painted over. The lighting in the room and overall ventilation, also poor. The bed was almost dipped in a U shape so clearly not great for anyone with back issues.

Christopher (6/5): Good Staff rooms need upgrades - The staff were friendly and professional. Nice location close to shops and restaurants. Fast to react to a problem I had in my room. The room was a bit drab and worn out. The bed was squeaky. The air conditioner was making a noise all the time. The emergency lights were on the floor out side the rooms. Gaffer tape on the floor of a lift must be covering a hole.

Charlotte (2/5): Very dated rooms, not up to Hilton standards. Poor value for money wouldn’t recommend. - Nice reception area No daylight in the room - windows had privacy screens on which made the room dark. Window only opened an inch and looked out onto the generators. Felt very claustrophobic and dark. Old windows. Very dated room and decor. Old bathroom, old shower curtain. Poor facilities in the room. Arm chair and chair for table had dirty fabric. Carpets were old and looked dirty.
