• Magdalena (8/5): Stor lägenhet med fin utsikt - Jättefin utsikt från två stora balkonger. Tyst i huset. Bekväma stora sängar. Stor och rymlig lägenhet. Rent och snyggt. Nära ett par livsmedelsbutiker och tåget in till Neapel. De skällande hundarna på gården nedanför, samt på andra sidan gatan. Nedanför var det 3 hundar och på andra sidan av gatan samma antal. Hundarna skällde dag och natt vilket var väldigt störande. Vardagar var trafiken också störande då huset omringas av större gator samt motorväg precis intill. Vi saknade köksutrustning så som mikro, brödrost och framför allt vinglas... vinet smakar inte gott i coca cola glas. Grytor och stekpannor bör bytas ut då de inte var för fräscha.

• Giulia (8/5): Molto buono, consigliatissimo - Buonissima accoglienza gentile e professionale il signor Raffaele e moglie .. bellissima struttura al sesto piano con ascensore tutti i servizi necessari, bellissima vista sul golfo di Napoli ... posto tranquillo lontano dal caos del centro di Napoli ma in 15 minuti si raggiunge... con auto..!. Ottimo anche per un posto auto , riscaldamento,aria condizionata e acqua calda funzionante.. tutto ok ...lo consiglio vivamente.. possibilità di collegarsi al WiFi gratis... Se avremo la possibilità di tornare a Napoli sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura.. In più dimenticavo dal balconcino della cucina si vede in lontananza l'isola di Capri... Ci vorrebbe qualche appendino o mensola in più nel bagno... È proprio per essere pignola bicchieri e piatti potrebbero essere un po' più puliti perché c'era calcare ; comunque c'era tutto l'occorrente per la pulizia delle stoviglie e cucina ;forno funzionante.. bello il terrazzino con vista mare con tavolino e sedie...

• Adama (1/5): Appartement trop bruyant - Pas grand chose je suis decu Il y'a trop de bruit. Un voisin passe l'aspirateur a 2h45 du matin pendant 15 munite. On peux pas être dans le calme dans appartement et fininalement j'ai quittez l'appartement avant la fin du sejour a cause des bruit.

• dianna (6/5): Should have spent more and stayed in town for the same total cost. - Nice big 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Location, for a tourist, was terrible. We spent way too much money (between $35-$70 each ride!)on taxi and wasted too much time getting into town. Even one of the taxi drivers said “this is not Naples!” Public transit is present but very time consuming and not geared to tourists. Property was clean enough, but not at all impressive. It was like staying at your bachelor cousins’s house.

• Bystrzycki (10/5): Apartament zdecydowanie do polecenia - To super apartament. Dziwią mnie opinie, gdzie ktoś narzeka. To na włoskie warunki, w tych pieniądzach, perełka. 100 M2, czyste, ze wszystkim co potrzebne. Łatwy dojazd do centrum (Napoli Centrale, Centro stolica), tylko 5 przystanków pociągiem, 12 minut jazdy. Zdecydowanie polecam.

• Diego (8/5): - Ottimo appartamento come da aspettative, la nostra unità era al piano terra con una grandissima terrazza. L'appartamento era pulito e dotato delle attrezzature necessarie, anche se noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina. Camere di buone dimensioni così come la zona giorno, bagno nella norma. L'appartamento si trova in zona periferica facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, noi siamo arrivati in auto ed è stato ottimo avere il posto auto all'interno del garage condominiale chiuso dal cancello automatico. Nelle vicinanze vari supermercati, bar per chi desidera fare la colazione fuori e diversi posti dove poter mangiare, soprattutto pizzerie. Il proprietario Raffele cordiale e disponibile. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

• Martín (10/5): - El apartamento es muy lindo! Las camas y las almohadas son súper cómodas! Rafael es un excelente anfitrión y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía. El estacionamiento es muy cómodo y el vehículo queda muy seguro. Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y Rafael tuvo la amabilidad de esperarnos. Sin duda volveríamos!

Un appartement parfaitement équipé et correspondant à nos attentes avec un balcon vu sur la mer et les montagnes. Grand plus il y a une machine à laver. Logement très pratique pour un séjour en voiture car parking gratuit et privé à disposition. A 15min de Naples. RAS

• Vishal (10/5): Excellent - The owner was very prompt to assist us with the check in process. Since its really hot in summers the AC unit and Fans at home were such a relief. Great for families as it's peaceful and convenient. Away from the chaos and messy streets of Napoli.

• Adamec (7/5): Could be worse could be better - Not far away from the public transport. Also supermarkets around the corner. Nice and clean building. Apparments are modern and good looking. Big balcony and a huge terrace if staying on the ground floor. After few days the owner was able to change the apartment on the ground floor for the apartment with a nice view as we booked and wanted. We booked an apartment with a promising view of Napoli and Vesuvio and we ended up in an apartment on the ground floor without any view. A big disappointment. We had an impression there was only one apartment with a beautiful view from description and pictures on booking.com. But in fact there are more apartments in Palazzo del mare. So you can't be sure what you get. Cleanliness of apparments wasn't great. It needs improvement.
• Linto (8/5): Close to Naples with free parking - The flat was spacious, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The lounge included a sofa and a single bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential items such as cookware, a kettle, a fridge, and a freezer. The bathroom had a shower curtain that was a bit wobbly and not properly fixed. There is a large balcony that offers space to sit outside for drinks or meals. The host provided complimentary water bottles and shower gel. Free parking is available in the garage, making it easy to park. The area is quiet and spacious. I would recommend this property to any customer. Improvements could be made in the bathroom, but the host also provided bed linens and towels. Paid extra 30 euros for tax , 3 euros per person per night. Bathroom

• Fuad (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment with a nice view to Vezuvius. The owner of the apartment was very supportive. It takes 10 min by car to the center of Napoli, there is a parking place free and also the supermarket is around 500m. Everything was great

• Zoltán (10/5): Fantastic view from the balcony to the city and the see. Free parking in the own garage-place. - Fantastic view from the balcony to the city and the see. We loved it. We spent 6 nights and everything, the covered free parking area at the house, the service itself (including the towel change) were excelent. There were a super restaurant and supermarket close to the building. We went by car into the center and parked for~5€/day at Brin Parcheggio. It was confortable. I just can propose this appartment

He allowed us to check in around 1 PM and provided all the necessary assistance. He consistently offered his services and support throughout our stay. It was pleasant enough to consider returning to the same hotel.

• Xiaojing (9/5): Superb - The host couple's really nice and waited us till 11:00pm at night. Everything is good with facilities, they even have a washing machine for us to use for free. If you rent a car instead of using public transportation everyday, the location is perfect too. Nothing to complain about. But buses in Naples don't follow the timetable. Better to rent a car if you want to stay at this accommodation.
