- Javier (9/5): Improvisada y satisfactoria - Elegimos este hotel por falta de opciones, puesto que nos cancelaron nuestro apartamento reservado en el último momento y ya estando en Florencia. Realmente el hotel es impecable y el trato de los trabajadores muy amable. Fue una alternativa imprevista pero muy satisfactoria. La ubicación está en el límite de lo que delimita el centro de la ciudad. Para llegar a la parte más céntrica y emblemática hay que caminar como unos 20 minutos.

- Victoria (4/5): Not great value for money especially since we were very unlucky with the noises outside of our room - Staff were kind and efficient at check in The room had a connecting room located just in front of the elevator. When the guests arrived home staying in the adjacent room I first thought they were entering our room, the noise was as if they were right next to us. They decided to stay up chatting until 03:30, loudly. The first guest who used the elevator at 06:00 am hung around waiting for it just outside of our door so again we were woken up. We slept around 3 hours because of the extremely poor sound insulation of the hotel. There were also some hairs in the bed and bathroom.

- Bo (5/5): Mycket strul med betalning. - Bra frukost• Välstädat. Tyst rum. Trevlig personal. Bra sängar-inte för hårda. Ventilationen fungerade inte första dygnet. Litet rum. Krångel vid betalning. Allt var förbetalt, skulle så betala skatt och frukost-då drog de också flera nätters betalning extra. De försökte reversera detta, men det gick förrän efter en vecka.
- Stefano (9/5): - Hotel elegante, molto pulito, camere ben insonorizzate, accoglienti e dotate di tutti i comfort. Noi avevamo una tripla e una suite. Colazione molto abbondante e buona. Personale molto attento, cordiale e premuroso. La posizione è ottimale non troppo lontana dal centro. Noi ci siamo sempre spostati e piedi. In circa 15/20 minuti si arriva alle principali attrazioni del centro storico. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al servizio. Sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Firenze.

Le point fort de cet établissement est clairement la qualité du service : le personnel est professionnel, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. L’ensemble des prestations est cohérent avec le standing de l’hôtel, offrant un bon niveau de confort et de sérénité. Une adresse fiable que je recommande sans hésitation.

- Michael (9/5): Ideales Hotel um Florenz zu erkunden - Die Lage es Hotels war direkt gegenüber der Oper; Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man brauchte in die Altstadt ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstück war sehr gut, aber wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück sind, hat das Personal Probleme... Wir haben die Garage, trotz Adresse, die wir vom Hotel erhalten haben, nicht gefunden, da jedes Haus in der Straße 2 Hausnummern hatte... Wir haben daraufhin in der Operngarage geparkt.

Grande varietà del frigobar, letto molto comodo con diverse tipologie di cuscini. Colazione molto varia e abbondante. La mia stanza non era molto insonorizzata, e quindi arrivano alcuni rumori dalla strada, affacciandosi sull’ingresso principale, e dal corridoio.
