• Orkun (9/5): - I like the location. It is near the metro station, supermarket and various cafes etc. It was clear and staff was nice. I would recommend Windows have a weird system, a huge window rotates towards you. Maybe it is common but I have never seen sth like that :) not a big issue though.

• Leslie (10/5): Wonderful short stay - Highly recommend. - The rooms are wonderful. The lighting exceeds anything I've experienced in a hotel. The amenities in the room and bathroom were great. We were really sad we only had one night there. They set up a taxi for 8 people at 4:15 in the morning which was above and beyond. Every area was very clean. We didn't have an opportunity to sample the restaurant but it looked very nice.

• Ondřej (9/5): Very nice and pleasant stay with slight disturbance from tram. - Friendly and helpful stuff, flexibility with the payment options. Nice tidy rooms with reasonable size. Comfortable pillow and nice bathroom. The noise and vibrations from the tram in front of the hotel is bit bothering. I know this is complicate to limit and at the same time benefit of being so close to the public transport.

Colazione ricchissima e di qualità, molto bella anche la sala. Posizione comoda al tram, parcheggio per l'auto e staff molto gentile. Unica nota da migliorare è la regilazion della temperatura della stanza. Faceva caldissimo e non era ancora possibile accendere il climatizzatore. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.

Não ter muitos lugares de estacionamento próprio para hóspedes. Almofada duras e pouco cheias. Davam café com leite (Nestcafé) já preparado mas não havia café preto para quem não bebe leite. O que mais nos incomodou foi o calor que se fazia sentir no quarto à noite, sem possibilidade de ligar o AC, o que nos estragou bastante a noite de sono.

• Fabrizio (10/5): Hotel strategico, si trova vicino alla tramvia ed in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. - Hotel in posizione strategica, pulito e con un ottimo ristorante. Inoltre è presente la palestra. Il personale è sempre molto gentile.

Parking bezpłatny zamykany obok hotelu z możliwością pozostawienia auta na czas wizyty w mieście już po wymeldowaniu. Śniadanie różnorodne i smaczne uzupełniane regularnie. Bardzo ładny wystrój w pokoju. Łazienka i pokój czyste. Obok hotelu duży market spożywczy i przystanek tramwajowy z którego do miasta dotrzesz w 10 minut. Wszystko było ok.

Inoltre in 15min è possibile raggiungere il centro di Firenze col tram. Il personale è stato impeccabile (reception, bar, pulizie, colazioni, ecc...). L'hotel molto bello e confortevole. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Davvero consigliato! Quando tornerò a Firenze, sarà un piacere tornare qui. Alla prossima! Starci 1 sola notte :)

Palestra piccola ed aperta in orari scomodi (di fatto inutilizzabile al mattino).
