Цены очень приятные, условия проживания хорошие, рекомендую данный отель для проживания. Для бюджетного отдыха отличный вариант, брала маленькую комнатку отдельную, душ общий-напротив, но там почти всегда свободно, вода горячая, напор воды хороший. Номер скромный, но чистый, видно что недавно был ремонт, кровать двуспальная, шкаф и тумбочка, мне достаточно было этого. Есть возможность готовить на кухне, я не пользовалась.Район нормальный, на такси дешево передвигаться по Еревану.
