- Norma Beatriz (10/5): - Es el hotel elegido cada vez que vamos a Roma. Sus instalaciones son impecables. La amabilidad del personal siempre dispuesto a solucionar inconvenientes. La habitación hermosa amplia y muy buen baño y vestidor. Desayunamos riquísimo con gran variedad. Y la ubicación preferida nuestra por la cercanía con la estación Termini y el fácil acceso a distintos puntos de la ciudad. Lo seguiremos eligiendo.

Die Lage war perfekt, nahe am Bahnhof Roma Termini und dem Stadtzentrum. An unserem Aufenthalt im Starhotels Metropole gab es nichts auszusetzen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

- Hajer (10/5): A wonderful stay at Starhotels Metropole - The personnel are incredible and extremely accommodating. The room is spacious, beautifully equipped and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to major landmarks surrounded by cafés, markets and restaurants. The fact that you can keep the steamer/iron for only 1 hour.

The location was excellent, near to the train station (Termini). There were plenty of restaurants in the area. The breakfast choices were outstanding. The staff were very professional, helpful and attentive. Nothing.

We were very pleased with the food choice at breakfast with a wide range of options which set us up for the day touring the tourist sites in Rome. The location was ideal to be within 5 minutes walk to the main railway station which we used as a transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist area however there are plenty of interesting buildings to admire on your way including a visit to quieter restaurants and coffee shops. It is hard to find a fault the hotel.

A variation of the hot dishes on offer would have been a bonus. Our biggest issue with this hotel was the lack of air conditioning. We chose it because it had this facility and were lucky enough to have really good weather whilst in Rome. However, our room was very warm and not being able to cool it down meant poorer sleeping conditions. We asked about this but were told that there was no need for AC in Rome in April so it wasn't switched on. I would have thought that should be the guests choice...not some seasonal rule.

- Divesh (8/5): - Location was good. Hotel ambiance was great and the staff were friendly.We initially had a problem for booking the wring room and this was resolved flawlessly. To be honest, the breakfast buffet was not very good and definitely not value for money. Why? Very limited to choose from, basics like cheese fresh OJ,, fried/poached eggs, you have to pay extra foe. Pastries were old, stale and dry. Very disappointed.

Muy caro para pocas amenidades y variedad de bufete - La recepción fue buena y rápida, la ubicación es buena cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, central de tren. Solo ponen de "obsequio" 2 botellas de agua y estuvimos 4 noches. El bufete siempre es el mismo, podrían cambiar un poco las opciones por dia para mejorar la experiencia. El aire acondicionado nunca nos funcionó ni los canales de tv.
- SEBASTIAN (5/5): El Metopole de antes quedo en la historia - La ubicación es cerca a Termini razón por lo que es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel, aunque ya la zona tiene mas opciones lo que me permitira buscar un hotel diferente. EL desayuno de pesima calidad, dicen que el desayuno esta incluido pero no hay ni variedad de fruta, si uno solicita unos huevos fritos y omelet debe pagarlos extras, solo hay panes, cafe y jamon, en serio el hotel ha desmejorado mucho con respecto a como lo conociamos.

The breakfast was not great, especially the eggs. Soggy bacon and overcooked sausages that were really not appetising. Staff is not nice. I was actually surprised because they were not very helpful. The guy at reception was grumpy. They had not prepared the beds as I had requested. I needed to request a change of room. I could tell that they did not like that.
