From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need . It really was a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was amazing tucked away in a quiet street just a short walk from Harrods. Despite being so central the apartment was incredibly quiet and very relaxing. The staff were welcoming and very professional, nothing was too much trouble. The service was truly top-notch!. I can thoroughly recommend Beaufort House if you are looking for a fantastic place to stay in the heart of this Amazing city. I will definitely be back for a return visit in the near future. The apartment itself was fantastic - spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with elegant contemporary touches. We were greeted with a warm welcome which was much appreciated after a long journey. The attention to detail was remarkable: plush linens, high end toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen and even a complementary curated breakfast selection on arrival. We enjoyed coffee in the cosy lounge on several occasions - the Nespresso machine provided is excellent! The service is exceptional at Beaufort House. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, assisting us with dinner reservations and local recommendations. All of the staff were professional, friendly and efficient at all times. The location is superb - we loved being able to stroll to world-class shopping, indeed Harrods is just two minutes away on foot. Yet despite being in the heart of the city the apartment felt like a peaceful sanctuary. This weekend was a perfect blend of comfort, elegance and impeccable service. Whether you're visiting London for leisure or business we can't recommend this property enough. We left feeling completely refreshed, pampered and already planning our next visit.

Beautiful apartments with immaculately clean and well furnished rooms. Lovely location on quiet side street yet just minutes from major shopping area. Convenient for the museums and not far from theatreland and Paddington Station. We will be back for any future stays in London. Confusing information on booking.com gave us the impression we could use a local Spa as part of the stay but this turned out to cost extra which meant we couldn't do the Spa bit. That had been a big part of our plan for the evening unfortunately.

- Gugulethu (2/5): Very poor - Good size room. Good kitchen amenities provided compared to other residences. The entire room reeked of smoke. It was on the bath towels, the bedding, pillows etc. I had emailed in advance requesting that I be moved for health reasons because at the booking stage, it is (unfairly) disguised that you are booking a smoking room. I did not hear back from the hotel nor was I moved to a non-smoking section. Unless you are a heavy smoker I would avoid. From front the entrance, to lifts, to hallway, the smell of smoke is very apparent.
- Debra (9/5): Superb - Well located just off Brompton rd, yet very quiet, 2 blocks from Harrods, quarter mile to V&A. Mile walk to Kensington Palace and Buckingham. Walkable to most points of interest. Tube station by Harrods.

The place was spotlessly clean, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, making my stay really enjoyable. The team have thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. Fully equipped and small thoughtful touches. By far the most lovely accommodation I have stayed in in London.

- Mandy (10/5): Exceptional - We have stayed there a few times and each time it has been great. The facilities, the staff and the position. Cannot fault it and will stay there again. Can highly recommend it.

I really want to give her a A+ rating all the cleaning staff were meticulous I think i would have preferred a room which had more natural light coming in , which is not possible at the basement . may be more information during booking would be preferred

- Arwa (10/5): Lovely, but bef is not comfortable. - It is so warm and lovely. Very close from everything needed ex; groceries, pharmacies, cafes….etc. The bed mattress is not good at all, need to be changed.
