• Valentina (8/5): Molto carino - Boutique hôtel molto carino e ben tenuto, pulito e comodo. Il receptionniste che mi ha accolto all’arrivo è stato gentile e professionale. Il receptioniste al check out completamente addormentato. Non c era mai alla reception , ho dovuto aspettare 10 min x fare il check out , ho lasciato i bagagli x andare a fare colazione e al ritorno ho dovuto aspettare altre 10 min chiusa fuori perché lui non era sul posto di lavoro rischiando pure il perdere il treno. Lo solleciterei a stare un po più concentrato e non far perdere tempo ai clienti e sopratutto ad essere di aiuto invece di stare con la testa tra le nuvole.

• Livia (8/5): Basic - Not so far from 2 metro stations. Room is just basic, but we could use the fridge at the bar. We had room 112: ground floor, street side. Sometimes you hear the noise from the reception. But when someone rings the bell at night this is terrible.

Το πιστολάκι σταματάτε κάθε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα,στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε κανένα ραφακι για καλλυντικά ούτε ποτηράκι για οδοντόβουρτσες, ούτε πατάκι έξω από την ντουζιέρα.Δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ.

Ściany tak cienkie, że gdy w nocy nasi sąsiedzi wielokrotnie spuszczali wodę w toalecie, to nie dało się nie obudzić. Hałas jakby sufit miał się zapaść i z pewnością po tak męczącym dniu była to okropna, częściowo nieprzespana noc. Nigdy do tej pory nie miałam aż tak nieprzyjemnych odczuć, mimo iż samm hotel za tak niską cenę był naprawdę przyjemny. Ostatecznie nie mogę polecić

• Chiara (4/5): - Stanza luminosa e spaziosa. Dalle 23h00 alle 06h00, nella mia camera, si è messo in moto il riscaldamento facendo un rumore infernale. Ho provato a chiuderlo ma nulla da fare, il riscaldamento era centralizzato. Ho chiamato la reception verso mezzanotte per far presente il problema e per chiedere cortesemente di spegnere il riscaldamento nella mia camera a causa del rumore insopportabile. Purtroppo la persona che mi ha risposto ha avuto difficoltà a capire ciò che gli dicevo (ho provato anche a spiegarglielo in inglese - sono bilingue) ma di fatto, oltre a dirmi di aspettare 10 minuti, non ha fatto nulla. In più fino, fino alle 02h00 di notte, ho dovuto sorbire anche le risate sguaiate e le conversazioni di 4 giovani che evidentemente non ne volevano proprio sapere di dormire. Insomma non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte, sia per il rumore costante e insopportabile, sia per il caldo.

Das WLAN ist sehr gut, und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der allgemeinen Bereiche war top. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Isolierung ist wegen des alten Gebäudes nicht perfekt, aber dafür hat es viel Charme und eine echte italienische Atmosphäre.

• Carlan (10/5): Basic but cheap, friendly, clean and convenient. - Very cheap for the location and time of year (half term, during the winter olympics), right in the midway point of the san siro and the centre of milan. Being away from the centre of milan means it's quieter and more relaxed but also just 15mins to the duomo by metro. Helpful staff on arrival, advised us to take the no. 16 tram to the san siro rather than the metro, this proved much cheaper and quicker too. We were also upgraded to a nicer room with 2 double beds and a street view. Very nice restaurants and cafes nearby, both upscale and casual. This next point is subjective: the mattresses are very, very firm. I have a bad back off and on, especially after travelling all day and exploring in milan, so the firm mattress was AMAZING for my back, so much so that after coming home, I'm going mattress shopping for a similar mattress. My son on the other hand, flopped onto the bed upon arrival and it was like he'd faceplanted onto concrete. lol. I can't stress enough how firm these mattresses were. We all slept well though. In summary, all we want from a city break hotel is a clean and convenient place to sleep and this was more than adequate for our needs. If you want to spend more time in your room during your holiday perhaps stay somewhere more luxurious, with more facilities and costing triple the price. This wasn't a bad point for us but I think it's worth making guests aware. It's a very echo-y building with very thin walls. You can pretty much hear everything. We were fortunate to have very considerate guests staying at the same time as us, so we only heard the odd couple of people checking in. If you were unlucky to be staying with loud guests or young children and babies, i'd imagine it could be very distruptive. Shower handle was damaged but functional. TV remote didn't work for anything other than turning the TV on or off lol. Maybe I was doing something wrong though, not important either way. These were all very minor points for us and I would highly recommend staying here, with these caveats, to anyone wanting to see Milan on a budget.
• Denise (3/5): - La ragazza all’accoglienza è stata gentile ed educata. L’insonorizzazione è inesistente. Ci è stata assegnata la camera al piano terra, attaccata alla reception e ciò ha fatto sì che passassimo la notte in bianco, in quanto si sentiva tutto ciò che avveniva all’esterno, dalle telefonate notturne ai litigi di alcune clienti con il ragazzo della reception alle 2 di notte (con annesso intervento dei carabinieri). Inoltre, purtroppo in camera c’era un persistente strano odore di umido misto a vernice, che ha reso davvero poco piacevole il nostro soggiorno.
