Очень удачное месторасположение, до многих мест можно дойти пешком, а если нужно проехать, то рядом метро и остановки общественного транспорта. Рядом круглосуточный магазин. Лучшего хозяина, чем Клаудио, я не знаю вообще. Он приехал нас забрать (у нас был поздний прилет, общественный транспорт уже не ходил, а у такси была забастовка в этот день), дал карту, посоветовал, что посмотреть, в последний день разрешил оставить вещи. Каждое утро нас ждал завтрак - кофе с теплыми круассанами, йогурты. Мало времени пробыли в Неаполе, в следующий раз приедем надольше, и только сюда.

Beyond the comfort of the place, and the delicious breakfast, what truly makes it special is Rosaria and Claudio themselves. Their hospitality went far beyond what one usually expects — they looked out for us in a genuinely caring and completely unselfish way. It was a reflection of the beautiful soul of Naples and its people. We left the city feeling not only enriched by its history and charm, but also grateful for the warmth and generosity we experienced here. Rosaria and Claudio’s kindness made all the difference in our stay, and we cannot recommend his B&B highly enough. If you want to feel truly welcome in Naples, this is the place to stay.

• Vanesa Karina (10/5): - Me hospedé allí 3 noches. Todo fue más que perfecto. Claudio me contactó previamente para brindarme indicaciones de cómo llegar. Al recibirme, me dio las llaves, me mostró las instalaciones y me aconsejó a qué lugares o atracciones ir. Él mismo te lleva el desayuno a la habitación a la hora que le indiques. La habitación era realmente cómoda y limpia, con los accesorios de aseo justos para la estadía. Y la ubicación también es otro punto a favor. Puedes moverte caminando, en metro o bus. A veces la tubería hacía ruido, pero lo normal, nada que impidiera el descanso.
• BEVERLY (10/5): - Owner was very hospitable. Naples is a filthy city. One of our group was robbed by man on a motorcycle. Not easy to navigate around the area. Accommodations are exactly as pictured. Loved it but not the city.
• Geoffrey (10/5): Hidden gem - The area around the flat was a bit daunting as it was filthy with rubbish everywhere…but once we got the feel of it we loved it. Easy walk to metro and museum. Fabulous and cheap Italian restaurants very close . Wonderful host who couldn’t do enough fir us.

• Alina Virginia (6/5): - This is not your typical bed-and-breakfast. Actually breakfast can come to you via room service. I loved my room and it was very close to the metro, which was great. I didn’t love that. There were four different keys to get in after the gate was closed and that could be challenging. Claudio was wonderful even walked over to pick me up when I got there and felt stranded. I will be forever grateful to him for that all in all it was a great price and worth the money.

Full of enthusiasm and good advice and suggestions. He also makes a great cappucino and makes sure you're looked after during your stay! Will definitely be coming back if i get the chance!

Auch durften wir am Abreisetag noch unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen, wir hatten erst einen späten Abend Flug, das war top! Da die Unterkunft an einer doch recht viel befahrenen Straße liegt war es doch recht laut, hat uns aber persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können „Non ci resta che Napoli“ sehr empfehlen. Niemals außer Acht gelassen werden darf aber, dass Neapel kein Luftkurort in den Alpen ist ;-)
• Khushi (10/5): It was incredible. - First of all we were having problem in finding the property but Claudio(the owner) came to receive us and show us the building. Then he explained everything in detail. The service was phenomenal and everyday the room used to be cleaned and beds were made. We really have nothing to dislike about this place. We loved it.

• David (8/5): Welcoming and convenient b&b - This is a good b&b, conveniently located close to the archaeological museum, as well as the historic centre. Pre-check in info was excellent (good to have Whatsapp on your phone) and we got plenty of good tips for local restaurants, etc. from Claudio on arrival. Breakfast is served in-room at an agreed time. Bathroom was clean, shower functional. The room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to a busy road and the bed was comfortable. The only thing we missed was coffee/tea making facilities in the room. All in all though, an enjoyable stay.

In walking distance we found great cafes, trattorias and iconic pizza locations. On top Claudio guided is from the train station to the house, added valuable tips for activities and eating. A great experience in an amazing city.

Great communications before and during our stay. Helpful directions to the property and lots of recommendations and advice for where to go and where to eat. We were able to leave our luggage on our departure day and Claudio also arranged a taxi to the airport, checking that we had been collected as planned. Highly recommend a stay here if you just need a comfortable, clean room to sleep in within walking distance of the historical centre and Spanish quarter.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was also life saving. :) We got a lot of help from Claudio regarding places to see and tips on getting around the city, and he also booked us a reliable taxi driver on the morning of our departure. We closed Naples in our hearts and are definitely planning to return. And when we do, we’ll choose this accommodation again. :) -

We walked to the city center every time. The location of the hotel was very good. If it's your first time in Naples, the houses can be a bit intimidating, but this was a very safe place to stay.

Owner Claudio was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and directions on how to get to the attractions of Naples. He was also helpful with restaurant recommendations.
• Nikita (9/5): Nice room with a comfortable bed, the house is located in a closed area with a gate. Large soft bed. Nice modern bathroo - The owner was super polite and hospitable, described in detail how to get to the apartment and then told in detail where to go and what to see in the city. He recommended establishments (cafes and restaurants), and also treated us to breakfast on the day of departure. Very nice and kind person

• Finnuala (10/5): Authentic Napoli Experience - Claudio and I shared WhatsApp numbers, communication was always very friendly, helpful, prompt and clear. The guesthouse is located in a convenient place yet it was still very quiet inside our room. Not sure if there was anything we didn't like about our accommodation. Everything was excellent.
• Chris (10/5): Trip to Naples - The guest house had some amazing character about it and the host Claudio was a superb host. Would definetely recommend staying here.

• Paul (8/5): Clean comfortable and a great host - It was very clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. It had a homely feel with a comfortable bed. Claudio was a great host giving us recommendations for restaurants. The property was fine it was the area that was not so good, Naples is very noisy and dirty, the amount of traffic and the way the locals drive made it difficult to relax.
