• Ahmet (2/5): Koğuş gibi bir oda - Çok berbat bir oteldi. Koğuş gibi bir odada aile olarak kaldık. Odada sadece yatağa yatıp kalktık. Odada hiç vakit geçirmedik. Çünkü küçücük bir odaya dört tane tek kişilik yatak sıkıştırmaya çalışmışlar. Çöpe atılacak paranız varsa kalabilirsiniz. Banyoda elektrikli ısıtıcıyla çok az akan suyla duş almaya çalışıyorsunuz.

Sesten etkilenen biri değilim, ama çok gürültülü . Bir de yanıltıcı sayıda yıldızı var, 5 te 5 alabilecek bir yer degil. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaş çok kibar.

• Abdullah (2/5): Nothing it’s working in this hotel! Very old furni - Nothing works in this hotel, mostly everything is broken. Fridge is not working, tv is not working also the tap water is not operating at all. I asked reception but he was not able to help so I asked to swap the room. And they didn’t even want to help change my room in the first place but only after we argued. Once he changed my room, it was also filled with more other problems. Lights were not really working, I am really disappointed with the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, also breakfast is not an open buffet.
• Zaher (6/5): - The rooms don’t have soundproofing walls, but the windows have. I’ve stayed 6 full days, on the first floor, to the stairway never pay attention to clean, dirty of coffe stains and tree leaves, I’ve mentioned that to Staff but never worried about the stairway and kept dirty all the time. The WiFi very poor in the floors, I had to go to the lobby for something better connection. The A/C worked very good and silent. Most of the rooms are around 10qm big. I think 1000TL are much for a room without breakfast, extra paid breakfast which is served on a set plate containing 1 egg, 3 slides of cucumber, 3 slides of tomato, 2 small slides of cheese, and pieces of butter, jam honey. The staff were very friendly especially the nice smiley lady called Özmel.

• Detlef (4/5): - Der Empfang durch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte ein Zimmer in der 4.Etage für eine Nacht mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Große Erwartungen also ausgeschlossen. Deckenplatte im Bad auf dem Boden, eine Toilette war nicht abzuschließen, Putz im Zimmer fiel von der Wand. Bettwäsche voller Flecken, vermutlich alte Schminke ebenso auf den Handtüchern. Aufzug viel zu laut, soviel zur Hotelbeschreibung schalldichte Zimmer. Über die anderen Zimmer bis Etage 3 kann ich also nichts sagen. Im Hotelflur alles voller Saharastaub auf den Treppen.Unfallgefahr. Insgesamt also nicht Empfehlenswert bzgl. der 4.Etage. Auch nicht für eine Nacht. Decken Aber was Deckenpl

• Jeffrey (4/5): Skip this hotel. Way better options around. - The daytime worker Ahmed at the front desk is comically awful at his job. He seems scatterbrained and clueless. What should’ve taken less than five minutes, to get the key to my room, took close to an hour. The room I got was next to the elevator shaft, I woke up constantly to loud noises from the mechanical equipment.

• Silvia (8/5): No lo recomendaría por lo sucioy dejado que esta. - El edificio está en un estado pésimo de limpieza y conservación. Lleno de moquetas con manchas. La habitación era tan pequeña que no se podían abrir las maletas. Las sábanas sucias, tuve que pedir que las cambiaran porque daba asco verlas llenas de manchas aunque estuvieran lavadas. El personal muy amable nos ayudó en todo. La ubicación no me gusto. En una calle oscura sin opciones para comprar o salir a comer. Andando al menos 20 minutos al centro. El baño muy sucio y dejado de mantenimiento.

De hade ganska många turister som trivdes , egen trädgård,10 min promenad avstånd till centrala delar av Antalya. AC var si och så och hade ingen funktion. Personal är super trevliga människor.

• andyw254 (10/5): Wonderful hotel close to the centre of Antalya - I stayed at this hotel in March,2022. This is a family run business and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival, I was allocated a room which had an odour that someone had smoked in the room. The owner, without any fuss, moved me into another room. The hotel is kept very clean and the breakfast is traditional Turkish. Very tasty. I was a solo traveller and would highly recommend this hotel because of its central location and the exceptional value.

• shazia (4/5): - This property is definitely not of 3 star standard. It was a 10 minute walk from main shopping mall and lively area but not in a nice area itself, and about 20-25 minute walk to clock tower. The manager spoke english and they charge for water but he did supply me with a free bottle at breakfast when i asked why there was nothing cold to drink with the breakfast. Breakfast was one plate made up for you of just cheese olives, salami and spreads, boiled egg and bread. Only tea/coffee available . no water/juice. Room was very small and old and dirty. large stains on curtains and walls filthy. Floor wasnt cleaned properly. Slippers were USED old rubber slippers that they expect guests to share. Toilet seat came off as soon as i sat on it and flush faulty, but he did come quickly to fix it. Iron took a few hours to get as only seem to have ONE iron for the whole place so i had to wait for someone else to finish with it. No minibar at all, no fridge in room. When i brought this up i found one put in my room in the evening when i was checking out early hours later the same day. Pointless and was unconnected and not turned on. It was just left in the middle where there was no room to walk and was a complete hinderence. Part used small toiletery bottle. Towels old. Manager was nice and helpful and thats the only positive about my stay here.

First they told me my room is with shared bathroom even though i said i booked the room with pvt bathroom but receptionist said so i paid extra and contacted expedia which was helpful and hotel refunded the money with apologise.

I felt like I was in a 5 Star Hotel when I entered my room; everything was clean and comfortable especially my bed. The staffs at the front desk were very helpful to me during my stay, particularly when I was frantically searching to buy travel insurance for a trip to Tbilisi, Georgia —they connected me with a local insurance company in Antalya. • Liam (10/5): - From the moment of check-in to the guide yo the city, to the excellent breakfast and finally, assistance leaving the car park, the hotel owner could not have been more helpful. • Verified traveler (6/5): - i went to Antalya for business so I stayed there 2 night. the room is so small for 2 person. the room was enough clean. there was nothing about tooth brash or tooth past or somethings like that.in the room you don't have refrigerator the brake fast was so simple. the behavior of staffs is so good by the way. briefly if you just want to stay there as just sleeping it is good.
• Ingrid (8/5): Good value for money & a peaceful place to stay - Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room however is in disrepair, but we valued the quietness and the privacy more, so accepted that not all could be perfect for the price paid. The breakfast staff were actually very unpleasant, unfriendly and rude and harms the business. But, at just 15TL per person the food was good. The hotel is just 500m from the city centre, but in the evening would recommend a taxi as the walk is through an industrial quiet dark area.
• Liam (10/5): Amazing place - The Ahsen hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The owner and staff are warm and friendly, the hotel and rooms are immaculately clean, and you are only a few minutes walk from the city centre. There are parking spaces for guests, fast internet and a lovely sitting area at the front of the hotel to catch the sun over a cup of tea. I intended to stay for a week and ended up staying for two months. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ahsen hotel and I hope you do too.
• Tonia (6/5): Basic good value for money. - Booked a non smoking single ground floor. No singles on ground so not a problem. Asked if i was willing to use bathroom across hallway, said i preferred to have my shower in my room. Was charged £3 a night more for this. My room was a smoking room and stunk of cigarettes. Breakfast was pleasent and staff helpful. Wouldnt recommend but fir the price giod value.

• Monir (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND - What a Great man is The owner Mr. Hergün . We stayed 4 nights in Antalya and it was like a dream come true . Mr.Hergun is very kind and helpful in every aspect. Trust me you will feel like in your own house if you stay here In Ahsen Hotel ,Kitchen is 24/7 accessible,Rooms are very clean,Bathrooms are big and clean,Air Con is outstanding . lunch & dinners are very cheap Mr.Hergun him self can order for you from nearest restaurants delivery arrives in 10 minutes,I will definitely come again. I will highly recommend this to anyone coming to Antalya.
• Alex (10/5): - This hotel was exactly what I needed. It was simple, yet extremely clean and the bathroom was great. The room had a powerful AC and the staff were extremely helpful with my last minute changes. I can’t say too much about the area as I only stayed for a night, but I will say that the hotel was about a 12 minute walk from the tram, which can get you to both the bus station and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

• Dave (10/5): An excellent place for a short stay in Antalya. - My wife and friends were in Antalya for a short visit. The Ahsen Hotel is a good efficiently run and clean hotel. The rooms are generously sized for a hotel in this price bracket. There is a phone, TV, air conditioning, and fridge. The room, bed linen and towels of a high standard of cleanliness. There is a lift to the rooms from the corridor just off a spacious reception area where you can purchase chilled soft drinks. There is a breakfast room, and visitors can help themselves to tea or coffee any time of day or night and this adds to the relaxed informality of the pleasant atmosphere there. There is space for off road parking at the rear of the hotel. At the front of the hotel there is a patio area with tables, chairs and sun shades. The staff are always friendly and ready to help and chat. The Ashen is not far from the D400 and Airport, and only a short walk or a 20,00TL taxi ride from the Kaleici, it’s shops and reasonably priced and varied eateries. We’ll be using this hotel again.
• laurentziu83 (10/5): Very good hotel - Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was confortable. Even if the surroundings aren't very attractive, it is at a conveninent distance to the city center (we took the car first but it was high traffic) and it's a good choice for staying in Antalya. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We don't know if we will be back in Antalya soon, but if we will, we will definetly choose this hotel again. The only "minus" thing that I mention is that the light in the bathroom is motion sensor based, so you need to move a little bit from time to time in order not to remain in the dark. Or to be set up at 5 minutes or something, not 20 seconds.
• Cheryl (10/5): Nice - The room is small but comfort. Light of the toilet is strange, automatically on when people step in the toilet, but will also switch off automatically when we taking shower or brushing teeth. Yet, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is excellent. A good stay with such an affordable price.
• Faraway (2/5): - I would not stay there again. Neither would i recommend.
