• furia (6/5): - Buona accoglienza e buona la pulizia della camera che veniva effettuata ogni mattina. Manca una finestra per cambiare l'aria... E poi essendo un b&b mi aspettavo la colazione
• Federica (7/5): - Posizione strategica a due passi da Via Toledo, ma a prezzo non proibitivo a dispetto delle strutture che danno direttamente sulla via. Dalla stazione si può arrivare sia a piedi (circa 20 minuti andando piano) sia con la metro (2 fermate con la linea che parte dalla stazione, si scende alla fermata Università e da li sono 5 minuti a piedi). Nelle vicinanze altri B&B quindi zona frequentata anche da altri turisti, non isolata. Sempre nelle immediate vicinanze bar in cui poter fare ottime colazioni a buon prezzo. Stanze localizzate sia al pian terreno (con rampa di scale di accesso), ma anche al secondo piano con ascensore quindi per chi ha problemi a fare le scale c'è una soluzione molto comoda se le stanze al secondo piano sono disponibili. Lenzuola e asciugamani comprese nel prezzo. Host disponibili e raggiungibili sia telefonicamente sia di persona alloggiando nello stesso stabile del B&B. Dettaglio non sempre scontato. Possibilità di lasciare le valige in struttura anche dopo il check out senza sovrapprezzo (anche questo non scontato). Consigliato a chi non ha pretese da hotel 5 stelle e vuole soggiornare in una posizione strategica non troppo incasinata, ma comoda a tutte le attrazioni della città.

Room does not have a window, only dooor which is a problem when you wanna vent the air in the morning. Water pressure in shower was not great, but thats the same across Italy.

Предварительно я просила, чтоб был этаж пониже, т.к. у моей мамы больные ноги. Но нам дали номер с очень крутой узкой лестницей наверх и каждый раз это было мучение для неё подняться туда. На мой вопрос парень на ресепшене ответил, что "всё нормально". В номере всё очень скромно, на фото всё выглядит лучше, в реальности- не так ( По мелочи также: на пульте кнопки не нажимались, жидкое мыло было как-бы разведено с водой, полотенца очень уставшие серого цвета. Это мелочи, но всё таки учитывайте.

• Nigel (8/5): A very handy and comfortable room for one night. Very helpful member of staff on our arrival. - Great location for the ferries and airport bus. Interesting area (Spaniish quarter but no tapas!). Very clean and modern room and shower room. Our room was very small but just OK for 2 people for one night. Other rooms seemed more spacious.

• Gregg A. (8/5): Confortable room with loft with a caring staff - Property was as it appeared in the ad. I had a sense that the owners care for their guests. The innkeeper was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice quality. The location was hard to find but this seems normal for this part of Naples. The point is that once you are inside you feel comfortable and can sleep well. I will stay again.

The room is big enough and the facility is ok. There were a few ants in the room - no idea why as it's not on the ground floor. The staff came in to clean the room while we were outside - not sure how common this is in Italy? It would be better if we could be informed or asked.

• Liran (7/5): Amazing location to see the center of the city - First of all the location is amazing!! Walking distance from everywhere and right next to metro station. Besides that the owner is very kind, he helped us multiple times with requests and questions, he was very available. The room is pretty big so it’s nice. The room doesn’t have a window so you can’t ventilate the room. Also there is some moisture on the walls.
• Emily (6/5): disappointing - The street of the guest house is scary and dirty, to enter the guest house you enter an inner courtyard of an apartment building, (people live there) the space is scary and dirty, there is a small elevator that only fits one person. The sheets are dirty and have fibers and hairs on them. The owners of the place are not willing to change dirty towels. The owner barely understands English, and when he doesn't understand what is being said to him he gets stressed and starts screaming and mumbling unclear words.
• Yngvar (5/5): Okay place - - Good location - Fridge - One of the staff was not open to listen to our needs (the two other staff was nice). We complained about a water boiler that had unknown pieces in it mixed with the water, lime perhaps. He said it wasn't any problem (i.e. not listening or caring about our issue). I said it should be clean. He took offense and argued it was clean. It wasn't dirty, but it should not be floating pieces of anything in a water boiler. This left a sour aftertaste. - One of the days, they did not clean our room. Not sure why, but perhaps because we said no to cleaning the previous day (but we said no to cleaning that day only). - Small ants in the hotel room. Just a few, but I would prefer no ants.

• Anne-marie (7/5): Great but cleaner can’t be trusted. - The lay out of the mezzanine room was perfect. Cold water in fridge was topped up daily. Nice hot shower with towels and toiletries. I brought with me some sachets of cappuccino from home, the type where you add water. Some sachets disappeared out of my room and the only person in was the cleaner. The date was 30 July if owner wants to look into it. It seems trivial but the cleaners are trusted in to rooms and if they take things they think you won’t notice, how many people do they steal from? It’s wrong and unpleasant. I didn’t not report to manager as his English was not good and he would not have understood me. I would not leave our bags after check out for this reason.

I would stay again - the rooms were very nice and clean. everything worked and we had no problems during the stay. the elevator needs a chip to work. we had one room downstairs and two rooms upstairs and we had to go by the stairs each time since the room downstair did not receive a chip. also we had multiple keys to open all the doors which wasnt comfortable.

Cozy and spacious apartment, liked the high ceilings. Very bright and sunny. Nice place to stay for a couple of nights to discover Naples. Not the B&B's fault, so no minus points - but it's a bit difficult to find, as when you arrive, there is no sign of the B&B, one has to know where to look (next to the door bell). So do your homework (finding on the map exactly) before arriving, especially in the night time :)

• Paolo (10/5): Convenient location, very comfortable stay - The apartment building is in a little alley nearby the main port, we were able to reach it (we came with a ship) in less than 10 minutes by foot. The host also graciously let us store the luggages for a few hours before checkin in the afternoon. Metro station is a 5 minutes walk and will take you virtually anywhere in the city. The property is on the second floor, there is an elevator to access. Our unit had everything we needed: The beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious enough and had a good shower - a must for us :) - The room had air conditioning that helped a lot escaping the hot and humid week. The host was very welcoming (I mean, it Naples!), really responsive and also gave us some good suggestions for visiting. Definitely a good place to stay There was hardly anything out of place, the BnB was really comfortable.... maaaaybe the only thing is that the fridge is really tiny but it wasn't a big deal for us.

• Luca (2/5): NON adatto a disabili, posto e personale pessimo. - Camera NON adatta a disabili, bagno inagibile per persone con disabilità (vendono la camera come adatta a disabili e anche telefonicamente confermano l'agibilità) ma ancora più grave sono le barriere architettoniche per entrare nella struttura. Avevamo prenotato e chiamato chiarendo la presenza di una persona in carrozzina e al nostro arrivo non hanno predisposto alcuno scivolo e zero assistenza, solo scuse generiche e l'arroganza di affermare che si tratta di un nostro "stile di vita" il fatto di avere esigenze particolari.

One room was very spacious with large shower. Few places for breakfast nearby. Basic breakfast was offered at the b&b at a price, but we didn’t try it. Rafaelle was very nice and helpful The place is very difficult to find even when arriving in taxi. The other room we had was quite small and shower room very small. The b&b is situated in a residential building on the 3rd floor. The neighbours can be quite noisy.

• David (6/5): Great location - Location is excellent Raffaele was very helpful in everything Tea/coffee and cookies were nice Rooms were pleasant The family room was very big Rooms are nicely decorated Very difficult to find, need to be clear the b&b is located in a residential building in a middle of a neighbourhood. There is a small lift. The rooms are noisy and the noise are from the other neighbours in the adjacent buildings, therefore the owner unable to do much about.

• Nataša (8/5): Very good appartment at the center of the city. We can use ferry, metro, bus and taxi near by. - The location and the security of the appartment. Mosqutos at night because we left window open for the fresh air.

• Steven (8/5): good location in clean and comfortable rooms - We were greeted by Rafaelle, who was really kind and helpful. We found our room really nice designed. It was very clean and has a good aircondition. nothing to complain actually, also close enough to visit the old center and you've got options (metro, train,...) to visit other parts of the city.
• Eva (10/5): Designed room in the heart of Napoli - Great location, very nice and helpful staff, amazing design of the room. The room was cleaned every morning. Short walk from metro station Municipio (Università is closed at the moment). Everything was OK.
• Ronnie (8/5): - Nice little place very close to a metro station and the port area. Could do with being signed better though.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - 部屋の掃除は徹底されていない。コップやトレイ、テレビ台に埃がたまっている。無料Wi-Fiもつながらず、持参したルーターを使用しました。部屋までにいくつかの鍵が必要だが、どの鍵も簡単には開かない。困ってオーナーに問い合わせて鍵を開けてもらったが、「なぜ、こんな鍵も開けられないんだ。」と肩をすくめられてしまった。連泊を予定していたが、1泊だけして、チェックアウトし、ホテルを替えました。おすすめしません。

• Jessica (10/5): Great location and great hospitality from the hosts. - we had the bilevel room and it was comfortable and very nicely designed. Id ask for an additional blanket for the upper level because the Air conditioner blows directly on the beds up there.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Value & Location - Overall experience was nice and I would stay here again as it’s a great location for all the sites I want to visit and was close to ferry terminal which I needed to be at early in the morning. Pros: * Raffaele was friendly, fast, and informative on arrival for check in * Botero Room was adorable * Pillows & bed were great and linens smelled fresh! * Air conditioning worked quickly and quietly Cons: * Not super easy or well marked on outside to find without Google maps * Walls are quite thin and could hear neighbors all throughout building all day and night * Discovered a small, red ant in the shower in the morning * You will need to check out in the morning. At check-in, we were told we could leave the key in the room and wouldn’t need to notify anyone, but you do need a key to get out of the front door and the fob for the elevator in order to exit during early hours, so we needed assistance for this (which Pasquale was available for at 630am)

• Devin (10/5): Helpful! - After we were able to get checked in after arriving early, Pasquale was super helpful. He was the best host around. The value for the price is unbeatable. He was a super host he even drove us down to Positano for the best value around! Would stay here a million times again!
• Claudio (10/5): Napoli capitale!!!! - ottima location, centrale vicino alla metro. Ospite educatissimo e disponibilissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.
• elizabeth (10/5): - This B&B is conveniently located, safe, and clean in the heart of Naples's centro storico. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I had everything I needed in the room itself to both rest (comfortable bed, mini fridge, etc.) and work (nice desk, faster internet, etc.). Whatever your reason for traveling to Naples, I would highly recommend the B&B Ninarella!
