Как же мне понравилось тут жить, как было уютно и душевно, какая замечательная администратор Гоар и другие сотрудники, которые работали в ночное время, а также шофер, который организовал трансфер. Помогали, подсказывали. В отель после долгих прогулок возвращалась как домой. Он находится на тихой улочке в жилом районе, но до центра, до Вернисажа минут 10. Рядом все есть: супермаркеты, обменник - пройти через двор. Сам номер был красивый с обоями цвета сока граната, это очень символично для Еревана. Это хороший вариант для тех, кто любит не стандартные шаблонные отели, которые везде одинаковые, а что-то особенное, уютное, с местным колоритом, с домашней атмосферой. Я очень скучаю по вам! Полюбила это место и улочку, и кухоньку, где мы пили кофе рано утром и Гоар та интересно рассказывала об Армении. Любовь 💜

• Анна (4/5): - Сама комната может и не плохая если туда поставят нормальный кондиционер, но мы бронировали не ее. Комната, которую мы бронировали была занята и нас заселили в комнату без окон и с еле работающим вентилятором. Так как только были с самолета не было сил разбираться. На следующий день проверили бронирование, нам вернули часть денег, но печально что было потрачено много времени и сил.

The first night it was hard to fall asleep, because almost all the night the receptionist was talking with someone on the phone, so if you have a light sleep, it's not the place for you. The bed was very uncomfortable.

• Hovyan (1/5): Hotel for families, not leisure. Correction, hotel for families with an unhealthy sex life or none - Okay, let me get this over with quickly. For what it's worth, the staff was actually accomodating. They offered a different room than the one we ordered, and allowed us to choose which one was more comfortable. They allowed some wiggle room with strict establishment policies, and that genuinely made our stay better. But this was perhaps the only positive thing about today and it was far outweighed by the negatives. Right from the get go we were asked whether we were in the right state of mind. Now, to clarify for the people already dumbfounded by a service worker starting a conversation with a guest/client with such a question, the point was to ask whether I or my partner were under the effects of drugs or alcohol. To say that the phrasing and tone could have been better would be to disrespect almost every other service field employee who, not surprisingly, were able to come to the very easy conclusion that this is not how you talk to customers. We were warned not to make noise (there is a reason I'm pointing this out here) and were soon shown to our room. The problems started when I got up from the bed to turn the lights on and, may god forgive me for this grave sin, slipped on the health-code-violation floor and fell. Apparently, the other guests strongly disliked the fact that I dared obey the laws of physics and made some noise, though, to be fair to the other party, the noise was very loud. The staff came to my room, and very aggressively, ignoring everything I was saying, asked me to keep it down. Apparently I should have drunk less (?) or been more careful (thanks mom). I gave up. Harder than convincing a smart person, is convincing a stupid person. Sure, will walk like I'm on ice, no problem. I tried cooling things down between me and the staff worker but the passive aggressiveness could be heard louder than even the loudest noise a raver could make in their hotel. Me and my partner continued with our night, and, once done, my partner decided to go back to her place. This is where the interesting part starts. Immediately after leaving the room, the previous girl from staff and her colleague approached us and notified that they were disturbed by all the noise coming from our room. The noise was something not present in Armenia since the USSR - sex.
• Ana (5/5): Passable - We booked a double room and got a twin ( there was no other availability as they said). The bathroom condition was not ok. During the shower floor was full of water. Wifi is not working at all, room was on the 2nd floor, next to the kitchen.
• Jeļena (5/5): Passable - The staff were really polite, friendly and responsive. The accommodation is in a good location. There are shops nearby, the center and the market are nearby. The accommodation was quiet and peaceful.On the plus side, in addition to being able to use the kitchen, the room also had a private small refrigerator. Unfortunately, the accommodation is extremely dirty! The shower taps in the room were clogged, the toothbrush cup didn't look like it had been washed. The shower curtains, walls and ceiling were moldy. The toilet lid barely stayed on. as did the taps and the toilet paper holder. The room had no windows, so it wasn't ventilated. As a result, the smell from the bathroom was unpleasant.The bed was wide and large, but unfortunately so hard that I didn't immediately realize that it had a mattress at all. It felt like I was sleeping on a wooden bench. The internet connection is extremely weak. Often it didn't work at all. I also couldn't receive TV programs (it would flicker or show that there was no signal). Basically, I definitely don't recommend it to pedants! You can stay overnight, but definitely not for longer!

• Abdoelrahman (1/5): One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. During my three-night stay, I encountered severe hygiene issues - Close to the city centre During my recent three-night stay, I was appalled by the poor hygiene, unprofessionalism, and lack of hospitality at this hotel. The room was filthy, and the level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The kitchen was visibly dirty, the refrigerator emitted a foul smell, and there were spoiled products rotting inside. The filters on the ceiling were pitch black from dust and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was an uncovered, greasy pan with old pasta left out for days. The bathroom towels were already hung as if someone else had used the room, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The toilet was disgusting, and I avoided touching anything unnecessarily due to the overall unhygienic conditions. Most disturbingly, I found multiple long brown hairs throughout the room – including in places like the nightstand, where there were also mysterious dark stains that resembled dried coffee or worse, semen(?). I am nearly bald, so these hairs were definitely not mine. I even took pictures to document it. The air conditioning broke during my stay, and rather than helping me promptly, I was asked to move all my belongings to another room late at night, which I declined. Additionally, the advertised breakfast between 10 and 11 AM did not exist. Instead, I was told to walk to a nearby restaurant – which took about 20 minutes to find and was extremely underwhelming. The cheese in the khachapuri was rubbery and tasteless. The woman at reception was rude and dismissive. At one point, while I was talking to her, she picked up the phone mid-conversation and ignored me. When I wanted to store my luggage for a few hours before my flight, I was told I’d have to pay an extra fee unless I booked another night – which I found extremely inhospitable. Lastly, the man working there today was deeply unprofessional. When I asked for help with the luggage scale, he sighed heavily several times and refused to approach me.

• Iuliannim (1/5): Avoid room no 1 - Friendly staff The room is basic a solitary confinement when you are 2 pers 1.8m tall..the bed was little and the mattress was in awful condition..shower as well had hair in it from previous users..there is a lot of noise from outside( what separates you from the street is the wall with a window...no rest in 2 nights because of the people entering and leaving..

• Ivan (5/5): Passable - surroundings of the hotel are the messy industrial area. the window of my room been facing the street levelled with the walkway so I could hear every step people take on the street. surin my whole stay some construction machines been passing by the window with a great noise. the hotel is cheap. so for that cheap you don’t get any comfort, which is fair enough.
