- Martin (7/5): - Buenos muebles. Cama y sillones confortables. Muy limpio y buen nivel de privacidad. Se filtra mucho ruido de la calle (tal vez en pisos altos no se sienta). Hay un solo espejo. La bañadera es muy resbalosa y no hay agarraderas o algo para evitar caerse.

In general, total feelings about appartment,location and city is very beautiful and I believe I will come back and recomend to everyone to come and visit BA!!! Kithchen could be a little bit cleaner....but generaly I really liked this appartment and comfortability in it

- Matías (10/5): Sentirse como en casa - Excelente el gimnasio, y todas las instalaciones que me hicieron sentir como en mi casa (cafetera, tostadora, microondas, utensilios de cocina). La habitación muy moderna y acogedora. El aire acondicionado genial! Me salvó de las altas temperaturas que hicieron esos días en la ciudad. Y excelente la conexión wifi que necesité para mi trabajo y estudio. Todo el alojamiento, los servicios, la ubicación y el WIFI fueron excelentes. Lamentablemente muy mala predisposición de la persona que estaba a cargo cuando llegué al chek in, quien aprobó previamente mi hora de llegada por la app (prevista entre las 17 y 18 hs.) por lo cual aproveché mi nivel de Booking para pedir un coche gratis (el cual fue excelente). No obstante, antes de llegar esta persona me avisó que a las 17 se retiraba porque se terminaba su turno, por lo tanto tuve que ir a otra sucursal del alojamiento a retirar mis llaves, lo que me generó dos gastos extras en un coche de ida y vuelta a retirar las llaves y pagar en otro lugar. Luego me enteré que efectivamente esta persona debería trabajar hasta las 18 hs., pero que ese día se retiró antes sin motivo aparente. Una pena todo lo que me hicieron pasar para ingresar, cuando en realidad todo el resto fue perfecto.

La comunicación con el personal era confusa, y contestaban muy tarde o no contestaban. Sin embargo al llegar esto cambió y el hombre de recepción fue profesional. También pienso que el precio es bastante elevado comparado con otras ofertas del mercado.

Tuvimos que hacer un cambio de dpto. porque la primera noche hubo algún problemita pero lo solucionaron cuando nos cambiaron. Podrían dejar alguna atención para un desayuno, aunque sea el primero. Llegamos de noche y no teníamos ni agua.

Comodo anche per i mezzi perché il 29 raggiunge praticamente tutti i quartieri della città Pulizia della camera un po' scarsa. Scarico non perfettamente funzionante. E i vetri non sono sufficientemente spessi, tanto che di notte arriva in stanza il rumore delle auto che passano in strada

Diversos lugares para ir a tomar algo o comer de diferentes rangos de presupuestos . Ave. Corrientes está a 4 cuadras , Córdoba a dos y Callaoa 10 metros . El alojamiento es silencioso se Puede dormir bien , está limpio . Nada más que me hubiera gustado que dejen un trapo de piso por si hay que secar y cambien las toallas . El gym tiene lo básico . Los horarios para el uso del gym hasta las 9 PM . La actitud de algunos de los señores de la recepción . Debo destacar que el día que llegué había una señora que fue muy amable y cálida .

Plenty of hot water Kitchen had a kettle, coffermaker, toaster, 4 burner stove with oven, and a fridge The unit was very cleans , but housekeeping was only every second day There is no 24 hour from desk , but does have 24 hour security. Would recommend this hotel when staying in Buenos Aires, but note, English is not spoken at this hotel

- Robert (6/5): Hard to say... - We enjoyed this property, but we didn't! Yes that is a stupid statement, but it completely describes this property. Awesome location, but because of the location, it's so noisy! I think every single bus is routed to go right by this property. And since this property is on the corner, when they stop at the light you either hear the diesel engine or the air brakes. Never mind all the ambulances! They advertise multiple languages, nope only one, Spanish! Security is awesome and very friendly. So happy that they had laundry facilities, but they don't sell the coins for them! You have to wait till the business across the street opens to buy them. It has a mini fridge in the unit, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it was completely iced up! In order to take a hot shower you have to turn the water on for about 5 minutes before it'll get hot. So would I stay here again, probably not, but if I had to I would. Now you might understand my first statement at the beginning of this review.

La cama es excelente, buena ropa de cama, no es flexible el checkout.

A água do chuveiro leva muito tempo para esquentar , e a água sai com poquissima vazão e esquenta muito , impossível de tomar banho, estava 0°, ar-condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava , passamos muito frio, internet só funciona bem na sala. - zackary (10/5): - Great location right on a main street and a 2 minute walk to the subway. There are also a dozen or more bus stops on the streets right outside the buidling. The property is in adequate shape overall. Some of the ammenities are aging, but they do have a cleaning staff that came and cleaned my apartment every few days for the month that I stayed. I would stay here again.

The jacuzzi and gym had awful hours and when we changed our travel plans to enjoy it, the jacuzzi didn't work. The sheets were made of the most uncomfortable plastic. The wifi was turned off on the last day. And there was a random blackout without notice. El jabón le provocó a mi esposa una reacción alérgica perversa durante días después de bañarse. El jacuzzi y el gimnasio tenían horarios horribles y cuando cambiamos nuestros planes de viaje para disfrutarlo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban hechas del plástico más incómodo. El wifi se cortó el último día. Y hubo un apagón aleatorio sin previo aviso.
- Jose (8/5): - O edifício tem porteiro 24 h e elevador. O quarto em que fiquei tinha fogão elétrico, microondas, geladeira, torradeira e cafeteira, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cama kingsize e a banheira com chuveiro também são ótimas. Pontos de manutenção: a porta de correr que dá para a sacada não tranca, e a válvula da caixa acoplada precisa ser pressionada de novo após a descarga, senão a caixa não enche.

- Eduardo (10/5): Very good apart hotel - My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Christian Castillo, the receptionist/manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for us: near many restaurants, one block from the subway, and very safe. We definitely would consider to stay at this hotel again.

Relatively quiet location, we were able to sleep very well. adequate kitchen facilities although we did not use many A little more maintenance could be done, eg sliding patio doors. Generally the room was clean but could have used a bit more attention in some location. Limited plugs in the bedroom. Location felt safe during the day but we did not venture out too late at night, a few blocks from this location we were told it was not the safest area to be in.

Metro, dozens of buses in a 100 metes radio. 30 metres to Avenida Callao, 400 metres to Avenida Corrientes, 10 blocks to Avenida 9 July. The Opera, cinemas, theatres are in a short walking distance. Supermarkets and all other sort of conveniences are around you. Nothing
- Gerardo (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de estación de 2 lineas de metro. En departamento esta nuevo, mejor incluso que en las fotos. Limpio y cómodo, amplio y buena vista. Un par de puntos a mejorar (son solo detalles): 1. Mejorar el menaje de cocina, podrían tener algo mas completo si alguien piensa cocinar, si no, tiene lo suficiente. 2. asegúrense de pedir el WhatsApp del administrador, porque si necesitan algo, el guardia no sabe donde esta parado. Lo malo: el agua caliente de la ducha, es toda una odisea llegar a poner a punto el agua, o sale muy caliente o muy fría, hay un tema con las bombas. Salvo este punto, lo demás esta muy bien
