• Jung (3/5): 以後不會再住這一家旅館 - 距離環球影城很近，走路就可以到了. 房間非常的潮濕，晚上睡不好，半夜睡起來感覺枕頭也是濕的、被子也是濕的、蓋著睡覺都感覺被子濕的，因為室內太潮濕了，所以半夜起來上廁所，感覺衛生紙也是潮濕的。所以我只好轉到別的旅館裡，因為這三天讓我覺得我生病了。

No me gustó volver después de todo un día en los parques y encontrar que no habían limpiado la habitación, tampoco habían repuesto toallas y toallones, para nada agradable tener que usar toallones mojados. Una decepción.

Our room had a gross smell and some things in the room had not been cleaned for a long time! Other than that, the room was comfortable!

• Rhys (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant - It’s in a great location, facilities are good, and it was very good value for money for the area in which it’s in. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a small shop on property so we didn’t have to visit a grocery store throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re trying to do Orlando on a budget. We couldn’t have asked for any place better. The rooms felt a bit dated but we knew that before we stayed there. There was a faint odour of marijuana in our room but nothing overpowering and you could only smell it close to the bathroom.

• Lorenzo (9/5): My reviews on the Clarion - Everything really. Room clean and spacious. Pool was great and clean. Fresh towels. I accept that only clean rooms on the 3rd day but had to chase on 5th day for a clean/towels/coffee.

She was a very polite lady. The Night Shift crew at this place is horrible absolutely horrible. The security lies and doesn’t do their job and the night shift manager or the Night Shift employee that works at the front desk. He’s a man with extremely dismissive and manipulative.

You have to request for your room to be cleaned as they don’t clean daily. Daily cleaning should be standard for any hotel. Operating like a motel rather than a hotel. Beds uncomfortable. Ground floor rooms are noisy. We were on our honeymoon and unfortunately it definitely was not honeymoon worthy. One lady on reception very rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff were fine.

Most staff very friendly except one. Plenty of parking. Loved courtyard view. 20 minute normal paced walk to Citywalk. Quiet, safe. Didnt use shuttle to parks Tight sink space-used to larger double sinks at Disney so stuff was all over the place. Tub slippery when showering. Hot tub not working. one evening when we called to ask for towels and then we went down and got them ourselves. Housekeeping service little inconvenient - we didn’t want it necessarily but didn’t know how to go about having our towels collected and new ones brought. So by the end we had a mountain of towels under the sink area. No fan in shower/bathroom which made it steam up badly and no ventilation

The hotel also has a free shuttle service that takes people twice a day and twice at night back to the hotel. The cafe inside the hotel was great. Lots of breakfast, lunch and dinner options and fairly fast service. Our bed was so hard and uncomfortable. There were no outlets on the right side of the bed. We did not have any hot water in our shower or sink. When we called the front desk to inform them of our lack of hot water, they said they would "call maintenance," and nothing was fixed. We were there for 4 nights with cold showers.

• Katia (3/5): Hôtel à éviter, très mal isolé - Serviettes de toilette douces Hôtel très mal insonorisé, nous étions juste à côté de l'autoroute et entendions passer tous les véhicules. La climatisation était aussi très bruyante donc nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit, réveillés très tôt par le bruit
