• ROSA BEATRIZ (10/5): - La decoracion de la habitacion era hermosa y estaba muy limpia.La cama y almohadas comodisimas. El desayuno era muy completo, para todos los gustos en un lugar en el último piso con vistas a la ciudad. La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de la Fontana de Trevi, el Panteon, la via del Corso y sobre una avenida con buses y taxis, muy conveniente para trasladarte. Ademas la zona tiene muchos comercios, restaurantes y cafeterias. El personal fué muy amable. Realmente superó nuestras espectativas. Todo estuvo bien. Volveriamos a alojarnos allí.

• Maria (7/5): Trevligt hotell men väldigt lyhört - Bra läge! Trevligt hotell och enda, ganska stora, minuset var att det var väldigt lyhört. Varje morgon vaknade vi av andra gäster som pratade i trapphuset, höll på att checka ut och släpade väskor och ljudnivån var som att vi var i samma rum - vi bodde på första våningen så var kanske extra påtagligt för oss. Trafiken utanför störde däremot inte det minsta. Jag hade inte valt detta hotell igen.

• cebulon (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel inmitten einer Weltstadt - gerne wieder - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (Trevi-Brunnen ist z.B. keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt), so dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Wenn man müde ist, nimmt man eine der zahlreichen Buslinien, die direkt am Hotel oder zumindest in der Nähe halten. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen vielfältig und ansprechend angerichtet. Entfällt.
• Helene (8/5): Emplacement idéal ! - L'emplacement est idéal, a côté de tout ! On peut tout faire a pieds ! La salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner est splendide ! Elle est située au 5ème étage avec une vue magnifique. Rien de tel pour bien démarrer la journée ! Rue très très passante et bruyante. Les chambres sont malgré tout bien insonorisées.

Petit bémol au niveau de notre chambre : nous étions séparés de la chambre voisine par seulement une porte. L'insonorisation n'était pas suffisante.

• Anne-Marie (8/5): Great stay in this well placed hotel near the Trevi Fountain and to explore further. - Beautiful terrace to eat breakfast on overlooking the city and getting a sense of what the weather was like. It was just around the back of the Trevi Fountain which meant we could walk out in an evening and experience it well. Rooms and bathroom very clean and comfortable, Not much facilities at the hotel, however there are cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

• AlisaJ_11 (6/5): Gave me a standard room even though I paid for a superior room - Hotel was okay. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms, a superior room for my husband and I and a standard room for my adult children. The superior room was clearly not a superior room. It hadn’t been remodeled in over 30 years and looked almost the same as my Childrens standard room. The hotel staff did not offer to refund the difference between a superior and standard room. I would not advise paying extra for a superior room. The “superior” room faced the busy street and it was loud even with the window closed. Fortunately, we were tired and did not let the noise bother us. The breakfast was great.

• orhan (8/5): Konumu harika ve temizlik iyi - Lokasyon olarak çok iyi. Temiz ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Odalar çok küçük ve eski, yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Biz 3 kişi konakladık, 3 kişi için küçük bir odaydı. ( üst kattaki bazı odalar yenilenmiş)
• Vanessa (6/5): Great location, happy once we were moved to the newer bedroom a the breakfast was very sufficient. - Location We were put in a room on 4th floor, no air conditioning and the phone was dead, older feel to the room, I requested that we change rooms on day 2, after a heated discussion we were given a bedroom on the first floor which was much more modern and had air con even tho the staff told me they don’t turn the air con on in March? This room was so much better it was staying in a different hotel

Absolutely loved the breakfast offered daily, and the fact that I could easily get to the public transport across the road made it very convenient. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain, which made evening walks with ice cream the most memorable.

Al secondo piano mancavano le prese elettriche vicino al letto, rendendo un po’ scomodo ricaricare i dispositivi elettronici. La tenda in camera lasciava filtrare la luce del sole fin dalle prime ore del mattino.

Chambre très confortable et de la place pour ranger en suffisance. Un petit peu de bruit avec la chambre en face de la salle de petit déjeuner, on entendait les portes dès tôt le matin.

• loredana (10/5): Cordialità nel centro di Roma - La posizione è a comodissima: a pochi minuti dalla Fontana di Trevi e da Montecitorio. La cosa veramente eccezionale è il personale, soprattutto quello della reception: ho avuto a che fare con tre persone differenti e tutte e tre sono state estremamente gentili e disponibili. Una rarità da preservare. Le stanza era spaziosa, ma un po' datata, così come la doccia. Qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione non farebbe male.

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique, efficace et professionnel. Lit super confortable. Ménage dans la chambre et lit faits tous les jours. Propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Super petit déjeuner. Dommage que toutes les chaines de la télévision soient en italien (au moins une chaine en français ou en anglais aurait été appréciée).

Já é a segunda vez que fico nesse Hotel e amo. Simples, sem luxos mas para mim já considero o "meu hotel" em Roma. Nada a comentar neste ponto.
• Eran (10/5): מעולה מעולה - מיקום פשוט מנצח. צמוד למזרקת טרווי וקרוב להכל בהליכה. המלון נעים, מתאים בדיוק למלון 3 כוכבים +, לא מונגש אמנם. ברגע שהגעתי שדרגו לי את החדר, החדר נקי, משופץ, נעים, בגודל טוב לזוג. ניקו וסידרו אותו בכל בוקר. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית וטובה בקומה האחרונה עם חלון פנורמי שמוסיף צוות מדהים, כולם נחמדים מאוד, שירותיים ושמחים לסייע בכל שאלה ובקשה. ביחס למלון שלושה כוכבים, מעל ומעבר נראה שהמלון לא מונגש כנראה בגלל המיקום וצורת הבניין העתיקה. כן הייתי מציין שהמקלחת קטנה והזרם יחסית חלש אבל משופצת ונוחה בסה"כ

Había mal olor, el baño sucio con olor a fosa, no hicieron limpieza y estaba lleno de polvo, hice café y así estuvo sin recoger las tazas y los desechos, la campana De la Iglesia no paraban de sonar y no pude descansar bien. ( No es culpa del hotel el tema de las campanas)

• simonefE8056OD (10/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome - Location location location!!! It just cannot get any better. Everywhere was within walking distance and a lovely walk at that. The staff were all very helpful with tasteful rooms and renovated bathrooms. Definitely very good value for money.

La ubicación permite acceder a bastantes sitios de interés caminando y tiene una estación de metro a menos de 10 minutos caminando. El ascensor es muy pequeño y como es solo uno muchas veces habia que usar las escaleras por la espera.

• Petros227 (2/5): BED BUGS!!!! - We stayed for 3 nights. When we checked in, we noticed the room was extremely dusty and it looked like no one had stayed in it for a very long time. My husband went straight to check in to complain and they said they are completely full and we have “the best room in the hotel”. It was not dusted for the duration of our 3 day stay. On the last day of our trip we woke up with bug bites on my kids and I. We did not realise they were bed bug bites until we googled it in the taxi on the way to the airport. When we got home we had to throw out our luggage and belongings as they are so contagious! My husband emailed the hotel and heard nothing back for a week. He had to keep hounding them to let them know there was bed bugs and they simply replied that it must have been mosquitos in the room. Absolutely horrible hotel and management!
