• Emma (10/5): Boutique rooms in excellent location - Superb location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and all the main tourist sites but just far enough away from the busy crowds. The host was charming and exceptionally helpful, the room was lovely and clean with quality linens. There were welcome drinks and snacks, coffee etc and bathroom goods. Access to the property was easy via a coded door. We had a delightful stay and look forward to returning soon China coffee cups would be nicer than paper (and more eco friendly)?

Powitał nas osobiście, wprowadził do apartamentu, wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił i zapewnił, że w każdej chwili możemy się z nim skontaktować. Lokalizacja jest wręcz idealna – zaledwie kilka minut od centrum Wenecji, a jednocześnie z dala od tłumów i miejskiego zgiełku. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna, co po całym dniu zwiedzania było prawdziwą ulgą. Udogodnienia w pokoju były znakomite, niczego nie brakowało, a standard utrzymany na naprawdę wysokim poziomie. Z całego serca polecam!

• Elise (8/5): Chambre tout confort cossue et romantique. - Ca Patron est idéalement situé dans le Canareggio sans être éloigné d’aucun site d’intérêt. La chambre est certes étroite mais cossue. Elle contient tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un bref séjour, sans oublier aucun détail (bouilloire, machine à café, sèche cheveux, disques de coton, et même des bouteilles d’eau fraîches). Notre hôte Alessandro a été extrêmement prévenant à notre arrivée. L’étroitesse qui ne permet pas de garder 2 valises cabines ouvertes simultanément, mais ce n’est pas grâce!

There is everything you need. The air conditioning works great. It is in a lovely quiet location and is walking distance to all the attractions and great food. The bed is comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. We will definitely book with them again for our next stay in Venice.

• Leo (10/5): - The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly - that was sadly not the case in many other places we stayed at during our European Summer vacation. The entire property was immaculately clean. The toilet was powerful and responsive. Several beverages were waiting in the fridge and snacks on the table free of charge. The bed, pillows, and sheets allowed for a good night's sleep each and every night. The owner made sure to send helpful maps/directions so we knew which vaporetto to use to get there. I can't stress how much extra effort the owner puts into this hotel to try and give you an experience that makes you resent the majority of the other hotels you will stay at in your lifetime.

• Hoan (10/5): - The owner was very helpful prior to our stay by giving us a downloadable map to find the hotel and responding promptly when arriving to make sure we could find the place. He went over how everything functions so as to make sure we knew how everything worked and also to guarantee a smooth stay by answering questions especially when looking for the best mode of transportation back to the train station. He put balloons out to celebrate our anniversary which my wife and I appreciated making our stay even better. The location is great. It's quiet and away from the busiest tourist spots but within walking distance of everything, so you could easily go whenever you'd like. The place was very clean and was taken care of. There were also umbrellas available since it did rain for part of our trip which are free to use. This made our stay convenient as we did not need to pack an umbrella and we did not want to wander around looking for one to buy either. The room had snacks and drinks available for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful as well. So many positive things to consider when staying at a hotel. I would recommend friends to stay here when they visit Venice!

The direct contact with Alessandro was very smooth. He welcomed us to drop off our luggage early afternoon and we felt immediately at home. Everything is extremely well taken care off, just impeccable. Quiet location in a small street, close to beautiful Castello neighborhood. Can’t mention anything!

• Samantha (10/5): Potentially the best guest house I’ve stayed at! - I can’t recommend this place ENOUGH! First of all, Alessandro was one of the nicest people we met in Italy. It was very clear how passionate he is about hosting his guest house. Every single small detail was thought of, I couldn’t believe it honestly! Big things first: room was the perfect size, bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were HUGE for Europe! Here are all of the small details I appreciated: -entrance was beautiful and smelt amazing -room was beautifully decorated -we had water, Coke Zero and a small bottle of Prosecco in our fridge, all complementary -the coffee station was stacked! A real coffee machine with pods, snacks, teas, even concentrate to make juice! -the bathroom is what took my breath away. The shower was a rainfall shower with a shower handle, the pressure was perfect and you could fit two people in there! Also the selection of soaps and hair products were great. -COUNTER SPACE!! At most hotels in Europe you barely get counter space. Both my husband I could put our toiletries on the counter. -a makeup mirror with lights! -he also sent us a huge google maps list of the best places to eat and drink in Venice We wish we stayed longer.
