Inoltre la zona è tranquilla ben servita gli ambienti dell'accoglienza sarebbero da migliorare al piano terra dove c'e' la possibilta' di lasciare i bagagli in deposito purtroppo l'ambiente è angusto con sacchi enormi con contenuto indefinito ( forse biancheria sporca?) che non permettavo agilmente di chiudere i bagagli nell'armadio predisposto. La camera presentava una discreta pulizia ma il bagno era piccolo stretto , il letto non era comodo , e gli spazi di movimento intorno al letto erano strettissimi pur avendo prenotato una junior suite. Infissi, porte elementi di arredo presentavano usura del tempo ... Non mi è piaciuto

• Laura (8/5): Prefetto per un breve soggiorno in coppia - L’appartamento non si trova in una zona centralissima, ma è comunque in una posizione molto comoda e ben collegata. Pur essendo piccolo, l’appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il servizio di pulizia: nonostante la permanenza breve, la stanza è stata comunque riordinata. Jacopo è sempre stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Roma. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

• Océane (4/5): Rapport qualité prix décevant car au du prix de la chambre ça fait cher quand même - Ce que j’ai aimé c’est la proximité du centre ville, le métro, le café dans la chambre et la qualité de la literie 5/5. Ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le manque de communication de la part du responsable. J’ai envoyé un message concernant une étagère cassée dans la salle de bain (non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée) et un problème avec un crochet de porte serviette décollé : après deux jours pas de réponse ! J’ai gentiment reçu un message pour me rappeler de laisser la chambre vide à 10H. Aucune solution n’a été trouvée. Nous n’avons croisé personne durant notre séjour d’une semaine ni aucun adieu, pas de check-out de la chambre non plus. Nous avions aussi refusé le premier jour le ménage dans la chambre, au final la chambre a été visitée malgré notre contre indication. Gros problème sur le ménage de la chambre : ÉNORMÉMENT de poussière sous le lit, des peluches ! Il faudrait aussi que les finitions de peinture soit revue car c’est limite. Même un enfant ferait mieux…

• Georgios (6/5): - Its location is very good. The window in the room doesn't close properly and is very old, so when you're in the room or sleeping in it, it feels like you have an open window. Fortunately, when I went there wasn't much noise outside at night. The duvet was covered by two sheets but it was very yellow from use.

• José Guillermo (5/5): Por una noche, bien ubicado. - Estuvo bien máximo para una noche. La ubicación es espectacular, estaba limpio y fueron flexibles con el check in temprano, lo que agradecemos. Un jardín interno precioso y cuidado. Nada que ver con las fotos. Es bastante pequeño y para ofrecer todos los servicios está lleno de muebles que saturan el espacio. La entrada a la habitación (ver foto) es una oficina y al llegar era un depósito de ropa sucia, muy desagradable. El precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen, la primera habitación de mi viaje costo igual e incluía el desayuno y quedaba al frente.

There was nowhere to hang clothes, the room was excessively hot, there was some black mould growing in the bathroom, and on the whole the room was rather noisy, being on the first floor by an intersection.

• Francesco (7/5): Ottima posizione e staff gentile, qualche miglioria consigliata - La posizione è davvero ottima: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Cipro e con Piazza San Pietro e Musei Vaticani facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile fin da subito. Anche la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata estremamente cordiale, simpatica e accogliente. Nel complesso, per il prezzo proposto, rappresenta una buona soluzione per visitare Roma. La camera, pur essendo pulita, è risultata poco luminosa. Mancava una piccola scrivania o un piano d’appoggio più comodo. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, sebbene funzionale. Il Wi-Fi purtroppo non funzionava durante il soggiorno.
