- Diana (10/5): Perfect location with a wonderful breakfast and COFFEE! Lots of good restaurants, mini market,pharmacy and grocery stor - The location was perfect, staff helpful and kind. Nice balcony overlooking the patio and pool. Very comfortable bed after a long day of sightseeing. Missed the rooftop as it closed at 9 every night. Wish the rooftop stayed open a little longer. Closed at 9 and we missed it every night!

Giardino interno con piante profumatissime di gelsomino in fiore, la piscina un po' all'ombra, bella la veranda sul giardino. Posizione molto vicina alla stazione e non lontana dal centro storico della città Cattedrale, Piazza della Signoria e Ponte Vecchio. Consigliato per un soggiorno tranquillo e riposante nulla, prenotando con un po' di anticipo forse si può risparmiare

Sempre atenta e solicita, mesmo estando sempre cheio o quarto poderia ter mais espaço para poder tirar roupas e objetos pessoais da mala. Um dos quartos era mais barulhento e como o ar condicionado dos quartos ainda nao estava sendo ligado pelo hotel, a janela aberta, necessária para o quarto ficar fresco deixou muitos mosquitos entrarem

- Maria Teresa (7/5): No es lo que se espera de un 4* - La ubicación es buena y el personal agradable. Reservé una habitación doble para uso individual. La que me dieron tenía una ventana cuyas vistas eran una pared a un metro de distacua mas o menos.. Pedí cambio y me ofrecieron una (según me dijeron la única que quedaba) y que creo que era de las que anuncian como individuales, en definitiva, de categoría inferior y que acepté porque al menos, por la ventana podia ver si llovía o hacīa sol. El baño pequeñísimo y con cierto olor a humedad, con un único producto que hace las veces de jabón de manos, gel de ducha y champú. La calle principal y la lateral son ruidosas por el tráfico y las personas de fiesta que el fin de semana giitan sin límite. En general el hotel tiene un toque rancio y al entrar se nota un olorcito a alcantarilla. No acabo de ver la 4 estrellas

Das Personal ist überaus nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war preisverdächtig gut. Von diesem Hotel kann man zu Fuß alles erreichen, was man in Florenz gesehen haben muß. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof gefahren und den Rest zum Hotel gelaufen. Das Bad war ein bisschen eng.

Could walk from train station to the hotel and back as well, which made it very easy. We had a large room, with a separate lounge to the loft bedroom. The hotel, particularly level 1 smelt like sewerage. It made it quite uncomfortable. Spoke to reception, who said they would look into it. We grabbed a diffuser to plug into wall to try and remove the odour. Bathroom downstairs didn't have water flow in shower and they were cramped.

- Lois (10/5): Perfect - Had such a lovely time at this hotel! The reception team was always incredibly kind and helpful. They also helped arrange gluten-free options for me at breakfast. The location is incredible, just 2 mins away from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and 10 mins away from the Duomo. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop terrace and bar, which open in the afternoons when the weather allows it.

It was 26C in the rooms, while outside it was only 19-21C The only good about the hotel was the breakfast and the people working there, other then that, it can not be 4++++ star hotel.

Lack of air conditioner function at the time of stay . Told apologetically, not summer yet. Fan was provided instead . Why should it be the seasonal option if the weather was already warm or hot in daytime If the answer is opening the window and the balcony door, then screening is definitely needed to deter insects and other potential critters

Gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr gute Betten, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, schöner Balkon, Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche etwas eng. Sehr sauber. Schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick über die Stadt. Frühstück sehr gut, wird laufend aufgefüllt. Keine Beanstandungen.

The staff were very friendly and the room was great with a lovely balcony with super views of the city. The room was quite warm and the AC wasn't working but the hotel provided a fan which really helped make the room more comfortable.

Staff was amazing, kind and helpful with the special occasion of the trip, thank you all! I would stay again. Parking for the car provided by hotel at extra charge helps a lot with no parking zone. Rooftop bar view is nice. Photos are better than reality, they are processed with photoshop or similar program. Breakfast was ok but not something special. Rooftop bar has lots of pigeons. No elevator to rooftop.

Facilities are charming, a large solarium/lounge adjoining the main bar and a rooftop bar terrace with stunning views. Breakfast varied and generous, again with super-friendly service. The roof terrace bar is closed when it's very windy - but that is hardly the hotel's fault!

- Christie (7/5): Goede locatie met een fijn dakterras - De ligging van het hotel is echt heel fijn, je loopt vanaf het hotel zo naar het centrum toe. Ook het dakterras is een aanrader aan het eind van de middag, prachtig uitzicht en fijn personeel. De kamers worden goed schoon gehouden en het personeel in het hotel is erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden specifiek op hotels gezocht met airco en een zwembad. Tijdens ons verblijf in april was het 25/26 graden, heerlijk weer dus voor het zwembad en de airco was echt nodig in de nachten. Het zwembad gaat pas in juni open (in sommige gevallen mei gaven ze aan) en de airco kon ook pas in mei/juni aangezet worden. Dit stond nergens vermeld. Dit resulteerde dus in hele warme nachten terwijl we betaald hadden voor een kamer met airco. Let hier dus op als je voor juni dit hotel wilt bezoeken en het is goed weer! Het personeel gaf ons de tweede nacht een ventilator wat wel wat hielp.

All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata la camera 407, ma appena entrati abbiamo trovato una situazione inaccettabile: caldo insopportabile, aria condizionata non funzionante e nessun ricircolo d’aria. Il bagno presentava un forte odore di muffa. Durante la notte siamo stati costretti a dormire con le finestre aperte per cercare un minimo di sollievo, con il risultato di ritrovarci pieni di zanzare. La mattina seguente abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception: inizialmente ci è stato proposto un ventilatore, soluzione decisamente inadeguata per una struttura che si definisce 4 stelle. Solo dopo nostra insistenza e con il supporto di Booking.com (che ha preso contatto con la struttura), ci è stata cambiata la stanza e l’hotel ha riconosciuto un rimborso del 50% sulla prima notte. Purtroppo i problemi non sono finiti: nella nuova camera i sigilli di pulizia erano già stati rimossi, sul lavandino era presente un asciugamano usato e abbiamo addirittura trovato documenti appartenenti ai clienti precedenti. Abbiamo immediatamente riportato tutto in reception. A fronte di questo secondo episodio l’hotel ha riconosciuto un ulteriore 20% di sconto sulla seconda notte, ma resta il fatto che si tratta di disservizi gravi e ripetuti, assolutamente non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Peccato perché la posizione è buona, ma la gestione non è all’altezza. Non torneremo.

- paul (10/5): Very relaxing and friendly hotel to stay at - The location of Hotel Croce Di Malta, was just right and close to everything, not the far from the railway station, the room was clean and spacious, the rooftop bar was a bonus for us with great views, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice and freshly made, we will be going back to this hotel again. N/A

Stort rom, rent og pent, hyggelig personale som ordnet opp veldig raskt. Hotellet hadde et lite utendørs basseng med vann i, men det fikk vi ikke bruke. Det sto på nettsiden og på vår mailforespørsel at vi ikke fikk bruke bassenget før senere, så det er egentlig ikke noe å klage over.
