• Petar (10/5): All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. - The apartment is beautiful and very well designed. The location is excellent, only about 200 meters from the metro station, which made getting around super easy. Right across the street there’s a fast food place open late, and there’s also a market nearby, which was very convenient. Parking is available along the street and we never had trouble finding a spot. The underfloor heating is a really nice touch. Inside, you have everything you could possibly need, from coffee, bread, and jam for breakfast to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is great as well. Mario was an outstanding host,very kind and welcoming. He even helped me organize a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which made our stay extra special.

Grzyb na ścianie i wilgoć, pachniało chlorem i ubrania (nie tylko) przesiąknęły mimo pobytu tylko przez 2 noce, ręczniki wydawały się nie być wyprane ze względu na ich zapach, lokalizacja bardzo słaba jeśli chodzi o jedzenie i jakiekolwiek atrakcje w okolicy.

The windows are covered with a net that prevent insects from entering. Good location next to metro station and 4 stations to the central station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Lack of soundproof. Noises could be heard from people talking in the corridor and from those entering and leaving the building.

• Mariana (10/5): Best apartment to stay in Milan - The apartment was very clean, convenient and close to the metro station. There one can find everything he or she needs: kitchen utensils, microwave, tea pot, coffee machine, as well as tea( green and black), sugar( 2 types), coffee, salt, pepper, biscuits, brios, jams, milk, butter, still water. There were towels, extra pillows, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer and even hair straitener. The owner was very friendly, met us near the metro station, helped with the bags, showed everything and wax in touch all the time. We had really great staying here. Everything was great!

Mario was incredibly kind and helpful. he made the check-in super smooth and was really flexible with everything. The apartment itself is spotless, tidy, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances for cooking, and the bathroom is clean, modern, and well-stocked. It’s also right in front of the metro, so it’s super easy to get around and find. I definitely recommend it.

Mario was very nice and the apartment included all the little essentials like oil, salt, coffee etc that are useful for a short stay. Bed was good and aircon worked well, It is near a metro stop and there is a supermarket (and bakery) a short walk away. Nothing.

As a long term traveller I was very grateful for the washing machine, and pleasantly surprised that washing tablets were provided too. There was also some breakfast food available (bread and jams), plus cold water, milk, coffee, etc. Netflix on the TV already logged in was a plus as well! These small details were greatly appreciated. The location near the metro is perfect, and the late night kebab restaurant across the road was convenient and delicious. Mario is a great host, pleasant to chat with, and very responsive. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

It is located in a very convenient location as it is only 5min walking distance from Dergano metro station and 4 stops away from Centrale FS.

• Klementine (9/5): Clean, neat and handy studio with good metro connections - The host was really lovely and friendly - we booked about half an hour before showing up and he still met us at the door. We liked having the washing machine, cooktop etc although we didn't use all the facilities - it's nice to be able to microwave leftovers etc when on holiday! The location is great in terms of distance to the metro, but it's far enough from "tourist Milan" that you don't want to trek back to your accommodation while out seeing the sights - which makes it a little harder to plan your day.

Small space for breakfast is nice. Shampoo is in the shower room. If there is an iron and irom board, that would be perfect!
• Adventures (10/5): Absolutely LOVE! - One word,exceptional! Mario (the host) was great! The place was more spacious than I thought. It smelled great. There were even light refreshments like coffee, water, bread, and jam. The room truly exceeded my expectations for the price. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Milan was great. He noticed I was traveling late and met me at the metro to help with my luggage. He gave me great directions on how to get around the city easily. Many times I wanted to take a taxi, but he showed me a more cost-efficient route that took the same time as the taxi. Mario was super sweet, attentive, and responded very quickly. Not to mention, the location is great. It’s close to a metro and the main attractions I came to Milan for. 10/10 recommend. Whenever I’m in Milan, I know where I’ll be staying.

• Classified (10/5): The nicest, most practical, and coziest apartment in Milan! - Mario is a spectacular and attentive host, who is very kind and diligent to all your needs. I booked my stay here very last minute, 9PM on day-of. Mario was very friendly and able to help me with all of my needs. The apartment is located on the ground floor, a couple of steps away from the Dergano Metro station on the M3, a very short ride to the Centrale as well as the Duomo. The place looks exactly like the photos, and even better, in my opinion. I had all the expected facilities provided to me, alongside some complementary bread and confectionary sweets, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. The bed was spacious for me and was comfortable to sleep in. The TV has Netflix. The internet speed in the apartment was also very high if I remember correctly. The decor of the apartment was also very up my alley, really liked the brick feeling. The bidet was different to most other bidets I've experienced in Italy, it was a hose (?) as opposed to a separate bidet, but that didn't bother me too much. All in all, the place just makes sense. Even though it's a booking.com apartment, it just feels like a regular apartment you would live in (which I say with the biggest of compliments). Everything was in the right place, everything was working great (fridge, cooker, etc...) and just felt intuitive. All in all, this apartment is one which I really recommend staying in for couples or solo travellers. During my stay, it was affordable for three nights, comfortable, accessible, and just easy. I would absolutely love to stay in this place whenever I'm back in Milan again! Thank you once again to Mario. Wishing you all the best!

The apartment is located close to Dergamo station on M3 which is the best line for tourists since Duomo, Centrale, Rupubblica etc. are located on this line. Mario checked us in personally and gave us very useful tips as well. He was available on the phone in case we had any questions. Highly recommended.

It is a comfortable bed, a good sized shower, espresso machine (and pods) and even a couple umbrellas, in case of bad weather. (Not to mention other small items of thoughtfulness) Its a bit out of the city center, but the metro is easily accessible. we would absolutely stay there again!
