Le personnel est très sympathique et dispense de petits conseils utiles pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et avons pu savourer de fruits frais de toutes sortes ainsi qu'une offre complète sucrée/ salée.

- Peter (8/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr gut, da man viele sehr gute Geschäfte direkt in der Nachbarschaft hat. Wir haben von dort aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden können. Tolle Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten leider für 2 Personen ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Kleiderschrank.

Location is central and perfect (next to Chanel!) so you can walk everywhere. Valet parking to store your car (if you came from with France or Europe). Courtyard with fountain. We left with a great feeling. Our first room was very tiny, dark, too warm and a bit dated. Not good value for what it cost to stay there! The plumbing did not work so we had to switch rooms in the night (luckily!). Second room was lovely.

Our hotel room was much older than it appeared in the photos, and the condition of the bathroom was poor. There were cracks in the sink and inside the shower. When we entered the room, there were already opened and partially consumed water bottles, and we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Breakfast could be more innovative but is good quality and top products. Coffee is great. Free non-alcoholic mini bar and Illy coffee in room. Plenty of bottled waters. A lovely cat welcolmes every guests. Good pianist at the lobby piano bar and courtesy champagne all afternoon as well as sweets and flavored waters all day. Laundry service is impeccable albeit expensive. A very nice stay!

Situated just steps from Place Vendôme and the chic designer boutiques of Rue Saint-Honoré, the location could not be more convenient. We were able to walk effortlessly to the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, the Opéra, and countless cafés and designer shops. Yet despite being in the heart of everything, the hotel feels peaceful and tucked away — a rare balance in Paris. The building itself is stunning — rich with history and character. You can feel the heritage in architecture and design, yet everything is beautifully maintained with modern comforts. Städning på rummet både förmiddag och framåt tidig kväll. Dricka i kylen på rummet och generöst med påfyllning dagligen. Väldigt uppskattat. Blev uppvaktad på min födelsedag, både vid frukosten och senare uppe på rummet med ballong och chokladask. Tack! Underbart och väldigt fint initiativ, det är sådant man minns och som sticker ut från andra stora hotellkomplex och som gör att man kommer tillbaka. Vi blev lite besvikna på de små portionerna på kvällen när vi åt i restaurangen. Gott men vi blev inte mätta.

Aaron, Michel, & Kate at the front desk were marvelous and provided excellent help with a warm smile. Michel provided wonderful suggestions for salons, and helped us with many inquiries and reservations. Chatting with Michel was really lovely. Aaron at the front desk was always willing to go above and beyond - he arranged for us to have a lunch box to bring with us to the airport in the car - which was ingenious and super kind since we had an early morning flight. I would definitely return to Castille Paris again because their entire staff from the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping and porters were top notch, professional and most of all - very friendly and made you feel at home. It will be my home away from home every time I visit Paris. Thank you for giving us the very best memories during our stay. It truly means a lot.❤️

Специально выбирали отель с возможностью заниматься. В итоге туда просто невозможно было ходить. Оборудования нет, помещение крохотное.
