• valerie (3/5): Ce n'est pas un hôtel - Seul avantage la situation géographique dans le centre historique Chambre propre à notre arrivée Lit confortable Grande douche mais mitigeur à moitié fonctionnel Ce n'est pas un hôtel Pas de personnel sur place Tout se passe par WhatsApp de 14 à 16h Clé à récupérer dans une boîte à clé devant l immeuble et instruction pour accéder à la chambre Données après avoir transmis via WhatsApp sa carte identité !! Ce n'est pas normal de devoir envoyer ube photo de sa carte d'identité sur whatsapp pour récupérer les clefs d'un hôtel qu'on a payé. Petit déjeuner à l extérieur dans un bar à 50 m 1 café 1 jus d'orange 1 croissant loin des 3 étoiles ! Rangement sommaire : rien pour poser trousse de toilette Pas de place pour poser 2 valises à plat Pas de chaise pour poser ces habits Drap non changé ( qui etait taché dès le départ) Nous avons mis nos serviettes par terre au bout du 3eme jour pour avoir des propres surprise en rentrant aucune serviettes !! WhatsApp au propriétaire, relance enfin au bout d une heure eurêka il nous a ramenées des serviettes Le départ sur Booking était noté 10h30 On nous à demandé de quitter la chambre à 10h Pas de possibilité de laisser nos bagages dans un local sécurisé comme dans tous les hôtels mais on nous profondément les laisser dans l aire d entrée Nous avons du payer un local sécurisé en dehors de "l hôtel " Conclusion : Rien ne correspond à 1 Hôtel 3 étoiles C'est n'est pas normal de trouver un hôtel, qui se rapproche plus d'un Airbnb, pareil sur booking, cela ne me donne pas envie de revenir sur votre site par crainte de tomber a nouveau sur un logement pareil.

• Francesco (10/5): Posizione ottima - Ho soggiornato al Juno Pantheon e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal Pantheon e nel cuore del centro storico, ideale per visitare Roma a piedi. La struttura è curata, elegante e molto accogliente. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’attenzione ai dettagli e l’atmosfera intima. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno comodo e di qualità nel centro di Roma. Ci tornerei senza esitazione! Nulla da dire

• Ormond Conor (6/5): Get it as a last resort. - I liked the location. There was one window in the entire room including the bathroom. The one window qe had was facing the atrium of the building and you could hear beer bottles and workers in the early hours of the morning. The getting into the apartment for the first time was awkward enough. We never got fresh towels everyday which wasnt ideal. The only good thing about this booking was the location.

Das Frühstück war in einem Restaurant 50 Meter vom Zimmer entfernt. War einfach, aber lecker! Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Überall hatte es Flecken und Stellen, welche sehr schmutzig wirkten. Ich habe mich am Anfang sehr unwohl gefühlt und wollte nichts berrühren.

• Cutelli (1/5): Pessimo. Sconsigliamo l’esperienza in questa struttura - Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Le immagini della stanza che abbiamo prenotato su Booking non corrispondenti alla realtà. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con salottino ed invece ci è stata consegnata una stanza completamente diversa e più piccola. Ma la cosa più grave e insopportabile è stata la terribile puzza di fogna. Abbiamo fatto scorrere l’acqua ma la situazione non è cambiata. Lo abbiamo segnalato ma non hanno fatto nulla. Sconsigliamo vivamente la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. Un vetro della finestra del bagno era rotto e L’infisso vecchissimo. La doccia aveva un vetro pericolosissimo e sicuramente fuori norma. Il rubinetto del lavandino schizzava acqua ovunque…. Il disagio è stato totale. Inoltre abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno e non ci è stata fatta alcuna ricevuta perché non abbiamo visto fisicamente nessuno né al check in né al check. Non torneremo sicuramente. Abbiamo pagato di più rispetto ad altre strutture vicino per avere confort e una bella stanza ma la delusione è stata totale!!!

Ci ha lasciato un’ora fuori dall’appartamento fino a che finalmente un altro cliente ci ha aperto. Se non fosse stato per questa persona avremmo perso i mezzi per rientrare a casa, la risposta è arrivata ore dopo. Pessima comunicazione e pessimo servizio, non è ammissibile che succeda una situazione del genere.

The officially announced time was 7:00 AM, which is why we planned our trip and bought our flight tickets. After 2 days, we were told it only starts at 8:00 AM, which was too late for us.The hotel refused to refund for 4 pre-paid breakfasts that we could not have due to their incorrect information. Furthermore, the staff's communication was unprofessional. Instead of solving the issue, they threatened us with reports regarding the city tax (which we wanted to settle using the credit from the services they failed to provide). This approach is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place due to misleading information and poor customer service.

• Ben (7/5): Great location with a clean room - Location was great, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the extras of a light breakfast along with tea and coffee facilities in the room was great. There was no hand soap, there was shower gel and shampoo mounted in the shower, and there was body lotion show caps and feminine wash but no hand soap. The show was not easy to understand as it was and all in one unit with body jets, multiple show heads and a spout at the bottom. Eventually we discovered that the bottom knob has a sweat spot when move up that will start the flow of water. However if the dial at the top is in the wrong position minimal water will trickle from the bottom spout giving the impression that it’s not working. Whilst there are great instructions for every other aspect of the property (finding it and getting in, along with breakfast location) the reception support hours are only for a few hours via WhatsApp in the afternoon so getting help with the shower was not easy.

Ben servita la zona da mezzi pubblici. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Camera molto pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo esclusivamente per la posizione centrale e la pulizia della camera. Bisognerebbe rivedere l’insonorizzazione della camera, ahimè completamente assente. In bagno non c’era un appoggio per le asciugamani da doccia. Colazione: non giudicabile essendo in un bar convenzionato con la struttura a pochi metri. Sono ancora in attesa di ricevere la fattura, più volte richiesta.

• Irena (10/5): - Location is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, it is cleaned every day, you get clean towels. The room is entered from the hallway, which is entered through a very narrow door. You literally have to enter from the side, because normally it is not possible. The toilet door cannot be closed, it keeps sliding and you have no privacy. They are stingy with toilet paper. The window frames are rotten, it looks very ugly, and it is not hygienic either. The kettle for water is full of limescale. Additional cover is needed in winter.

• Maura (3/5): Incubo - Struttura in una posizione perfetta, vicina al Pantheon e a Piazza Navona. Colazione buona presso ad un bar vicino alla struttura. Partiamo dal check in. Avevo contattato la struttura per chiedere se era possibile lasciare i bagagli all'interno della struttura e dopo aver avuto la conferma mi sono state mandate le info di come entrare nella struttura, prendendo le chiavi in una cassetta verde vicino al portone d'ingresso. Arrivati, nella cassetta indicata non c erano le chiavi. Provo quindi a contattare ripetutamente la struttura ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Fortunatamente dopo 30 minuti fuori dal portone, entriamo approfittando di una persona che usciva. Saliamo all'interno della struttura e ci mettiamo nel corridoio per provare nuovamente a contattarli ( preciso che insieme a me c erano 2 persone di oltre 70 anni). Ovviamente nemmeno stavolta nessuno risponde alle chiamate, ai messaggi su WhatsApp. Dopo circa un' ora nel corridoio fanno la comparsa nella struttura le signore delle pulizie insieme ad un'altra signora che aveva nelle mani un mazzo di chiavi ( ci dice che sono le nostre, peccato che erano state messe in un 'altra cassetta rispetto a quella che ci avevano indicato nel messaggio). Ci fanno fortunatamente lasciare nel corridoio le valige dicendo che c'è le avrebbero messe loro in camera una volta sistemata la camera). Usciamo e rientriamo nel tardo pomeriggio e recuperiamo le chiavi, questa volta nella cassetta corretta. Saliamo all'interno della struttura con le chiavi, peccato che le chiavi non aprivano la stanza e noi soprattutto avevamo bisogno di utilizzare il bagno. Provo e riprovo ad aprire la porta ma nulla. Provo a contattare più volte i proprietari ma purtroppo nessuna risposta. Dopo più di 45 minuti ricevo la chiamata del responsabile che mi dice di prendere una "passepartout" nascosto in un mobiletto e finalmente possiamo entrare in camera. Il giorno seguente altro imprevisto. Ci accorgiamo che durante la doccia l'acqua della doccia attraversava le pareti e ci siamo ritrovati la camera allagata.

In bagno c'era puzza di fogna. Receptionisti mai visti e disponibili solo dalle 14 alle 18. Chiave del portone per il deposito bagagli difettosa. In bagno mancava il tappeto, abbiamo usato gli asciugamani. La doccia perdeva acqua. Avevo letto recensioni positive, ma ho trovato tutt'altro. Decisamente deludente

La chambre n'etait pas tout a fait conforme a la description, (plus petite que préve), beaucoup d'humidité, et des odeurs nauséabondes (refoulements d'égouts) et des fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas en bas, laissant passer l'humidité et le froid. Le petit dej à l'extérieur de l'hotel, ce qui n'était pas précisé non plus.
