• Atiqulla (5/5): - The only reason I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel was one staff member, Adnan — he was absolutely the best. When I checked in, the staff first gave me a room underground which was dark, and I personally have difficulty sleeping underground. I went back to reception and spoke with the staff. They told me to contact the manager, and the manager explained that I had supposedly booked an economy room, which is why I was given that room. However, before booking I carefully checked the room pictures on Booking.com, and the room I received did not match the pictures shown online. The manager then said it would be possible to change rooms if I paid an extra 20 euros, and I agreed. However, when I returned to reception, another staff member told me I had to pay 60 euros instead, even though I had already paid 168 euros for three nights. I did not agree with that, and when I mentioned contacting Booking.com, Adnan stepped in and arranged another room upstairs for me without any extra charge. The hotel owner is lucky to have staff like him, because without him the hotel would definitely not be worth the money. Another disappointing thing was that I booked this hotel because Booking.com showed that the hotel had a gym available, but when I asked the staff, they told me the gym was currently unavailable. Overall, this was my worst hotel experience, except for Adnan who was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind.

• Yuliya (10/5): - This is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff, very polite and attentive, clean linens, perfectly clean white towels, reasonable prices in the cafe and restaurant. Thank you so much for everything, I'll definitely be back. Downstairs, the breakfasts are delicious, and there's a great restaurant open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good, walkable and easy access to most locations. The housekeeping could improve in the sense that cleanliness could be better.

While the property looked a bit different from the pictures online, it turned out to be a nice and comfortable place to stay overall. Otel içi genel olarak temiz ve sabah kahvaltısı iyi seviyede. Otel odasının boyutu fiyata göre idare eder ama oda ilk girdiğimizde yoğun sigara kokuyordu, yan oda ile aramızda da kapı vardı ama ara ara sesler geliyordu. Birde odada sürekli tiz bir ses vardı. Yatak rahattı, onun haricinde küçük bir balkonu var havadar ama diğer odalar ile ayrılmıyor, ondan bazen başkaları kapının önüne geliyor.

Only downside was the breakfast, there was very little to no choice! That is why we chose to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Staff are very friendly and if you need anything they are very helpful ( specially abdulrahaman ,baral and mustafa are really generous guys whenever you need anything they are there to help they have great personalities and very welcoming). This hotel is very interesting and I enjoyed my stay very much .

Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it is available from 7:30 to 10:30 & they say they have free room delivery for the breakfast which is a big plus. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area Would've loved if there was a clothes iron in the room. Also the room keeping workers kept knocking on the door ever morning even though I have the "do not disturb" sign on, but apparently the sign couldn't be turned off in my room so they were making sure.

• Nabil (3/5): That weird smell... - The room is spacious. Decoration is okay. The rooms themselves are fairly clean. There was a bad smell coming from the air conditioning grill. I told the staff about it and they moved me to another room that was just better. Apparently it's coming from the bar/kitchen. Speaking of which, the bar, kitchen, and café are the same. I technically had breakfast in the bar which isn't the best experience. The breakfast has also been poor and far from you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. I ended up checking out prematurely and moved to a new hotel.

• Michelle (5/5): A pleasant stay - The location was great. Lots of shops surrounded the hotel so no need to walk a great distance. Pharmacy, Starbucks etc. were located just a few metres away. It was also on just a small incline so it was not difficult to move around. The hotel was extremely close to the hospital where I did my surgery. The staff accommodated me by having my breakfast delivered to my room each morning since it was so difficult for me to see post-op. I also like the fact that I could order lunch and dinner to the room directly from the hotel and the food was of high quality. When I arrived, I was post-op. It would have been more helpful if the staff took more initiative in helping me pay for the taxi, getting me from the taxi, helping me find the reception, and telling me how I could order food etc. Since I was post-op and apart from feeling very unwell, I could barely see.
• Hilal (10/5): - This hotel was clean, the room was big and very modern. We enjoyed the breakfast. The location is perfect with easy access to transport options. There are shopping centres within walking distance and loads of shops. There was a street market on Sunday outside on the streets, where there were fresh vegetables and fruit at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it.
• saloibenbaha (8/5): Short stay - Nive clean affordable hotel in a lively area. You need a cab ride to the center like taksim. Area with restaurants and bars. Hotel is well Maintained and cleaned regularly. I would recommend very affordable.

• 325daryat (2/5): Awful - Awful, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff steal money and things. The manager does nothing. Cleaning ladies climbs on personal belongings. I have never seen such I have never somrthing like this anywhere . Disgusting attitude
• 15serges (6/5): Good hotel for a few days - It is a good hotel with a good price situated in a living neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and pubs near by. Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. A perfect place to spent a few days to discover the city. Hotel has a spa, but didn't have the time to try it.

• Pazcairo (10/5): My stay at the Milord was wonderful an honest unbiased review - I had a very pleasant stay at the Milord hotel. Its located in the European side in a very safe and somehow central location that is around 30 to 40 mins away from the Asian side say Fatih or Grand Bazaar. Very close to Osman bey a station away by metro . The metro station is around 10 minutes walk and there's a mall next to it. Koton department store is 2 mins away. The room was spacious we were a family of three, it had a double bed and a big sofa bed that takes two. We had a very good sleep, the window isolates the sounds but the area is quite in all cases.Comfortable and clean. No coffee only tea packets are available in the room.The cleaner is available daily.The breakfast is the same every day but quite good there's eggs, cheese, veggies, cereals. Mr Kasem from the reception was beyond wonderful and helpful always smiling.He booked us our trip to Bursa, booked our PCR and helped us w our bags and airport transportation. Hilal and Medina from the restaurant were lovely, friendly and the whole team catered for our needs . I have to say the dinner was also very delicious and affordable. There's a street market every Sunday, an authentic Turkish experience. Finally Milord the hotels cat was a great addition to this satisfying experience. Peri from Egypt
