Online it was meant to be one of the units higher in the building, with a terrace. Very little natural light. No views. Hosts stingy with supplies. Only two rolls of toilet paper. No paper towel. No dish towel. No olive oil. Substandard unit kitchen. Miniscule fridge. Slow electric burners. No oven. No microwave. No coffee machine. Tea water heater cord did not fit the outlets.

Não sei se o boiler é muito pequeno para acumular água quente suficiente para um banho decente ou se há algum dispositivo que faz esse controle para evitar desperdício. 2- Tem uma cozinha compacta para usar mas sentimos falta de um microondas e de mais louças úteis para o preparo de comida.

Seulement un velux qui ne s'ouvre pas et surtout le volet ne fonctionne pas ! Impossible d'avoir de l'obscurité pour la nuit. De fait, réveillés tous les jours à 6h à cause de la lumière... Aucun moyen d'aéré l'appartement mis a part en ouvrant la porte d'entrée. Canapé pas très confortable après des heures de marche. Obligé de faire coulé l'eau de la douche durant 5 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude..

Nessuno della proprietà è venuto sul posto; solo la signora delle pulizie che ha aiutato come poteva.

Friendly host that gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit plus how to get there. 10/10 would visit again :) We've had a small issue with the hot water, probably because we visited in the low season and the building wasn't populated - it took too long for the water to come through the pipes.
• Cédric Albert Denis (9/5): Au top et en plus, l'équipe du Napoli a gagné ;-) - La chambre est atypique, la terrasse est superbe pour profiter du soleil de Naples, l'emplacement est parfait sur la Piazza del Gesù au début de SpaccaNapoli (endroit qui bouge et typique de Naples) et de l'autre côté de Via Toledo (rue passante avec beaucoup de boutique) et le quartier espagnol proche. Dans le logement nous nous sentons entièrement en sécurité, grande porte donnant sur une cour intérieure, à nouveau un portail électronique, une autre porte et enfin, la porte du logement, au TOP. Paola extrêmement disponible et sympathique. L'unique chose qui peut être dites sur ce logement et qui est dommage est la grande baignoire à bulle dans la chambre, elle se vide autant qu'elle se remplit donc nous n'avons pas eu la patience de la remplir, il faudrait peut-être vérifier l'écoulement que l'expérience puisse être incroyable.

Несмотря на оживлённое окружение, апартаменты находятся на закрытой территории внутреннего двора, поэтому в квартире тихо и спокойно. Апартаменты просторные, с характерной исторической атмосферой, в холодное время года было комфортно и тепло. Очень красивая дверь-окно добавляет особый шарм. Заселение прошло без проблем, была оказана помощь со стороны хозяев. Отличный вариант для проживания пары. Из незначительных замечаний — диван требует небольшого ремонта.

Kilépsz a kapun és körbe vagy véve vendéglőteraszokkal, mehetsz korán reggel, késő este. Biztonságos turisztikai övezetben található, még egy kisüzlet is volt a közelben. Ilyen nem volt.

• RHop (7/5): Gute Lage aber zu teuer. - Die Lage war hervorragend um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Tipps vom Vermieter waren sehr umfangreich und hilfreich. Es waren nicht mal 2 gleiche Weingläser. Korkenzieher haben wir gekauft und da gelassen. Die Couch gehört ausgetauscht. Die Bilder im Internet suggerieren eine sehr helle Wohnung. Dies ist nicht der Fall, da es nur 2 Dachfenster gibt. Austausch von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche fand nicht statt. Waren 12! Nächte da. Für ca. 140 EUR pro Nacht entschieden zu teuer!
• Edem (8/5): ottimo direi. - Non ho usufruito della colazione. la situazione della struttura è molto conveniente ed è confortevole. Ottimo controllo dei rumori esterni. La signora Tiziana era molto presente in modo piacevole e professionale per risolvere i problemi del cliente, a volte prevenirli. Attivando l'idromassaggio della vasca in camera, l'acqua si era sporcata. Muffa sulla tenda della doccia. I primi con cui ho parlato volevano in modo poco cortese obbligarmi al check-in automatico, anche prima delle ore 20, quando le prime comunicazioni e quelle su Booking non erano cosi. Se la struttura è dotata di strumenti per il check-in automatico allora non ha senso dire che dopo le ore 20.30 c'è un extra di 20 euro.La comunicazione va corretta.

Appartamento veramente bello - Posizione strategica, centralissima, dietro Spaccanapoli, a due passi da Via Toledo, appartamento veramente molto bello, dotato di aria condizionata, phono per capelli in bagno, cucina attrezzata anche se mai usata, ci tornerei sicuramente. Divano letto dove hanno dormito i bambini scomodo, per quello lo consiglio a coppie o a persone sole, cuscini molto usurati quindi davvero scomodi, e soffione doccia da sostituire, un getto fastidioso sulla pelle, queste ultime due cose fatte presente al gestore che sono certa prenderanno in considerazione per migliorare il soggiorno ai futuri ospiti.

• Nicola (9/5): Perfetto! - La stanza si trova in una zona più che comoda, direi perfetto per girare Napoli a piedi. È fornita di condizionatore, vitale per l'estate partenopea. Diciamo che non avendo la struttura delle vere e proprie finestre, asciugare vestiti, stendendoli, è impossibile. Fornire le stanze di uno stendino da poter porre in esterno, all'interno del vialetto potrebbe essere una buona cosa.
• riccardo (9/5): - Il BeB si trova nel cuore di Napoli, a due passi da Spacca Napoli e da Toledo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la descrizione rispecchiava pienamente le aspettative. Alloggio grazioso e romantico. Giovanni è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

• Giulia (8/5): Un buon posto nel cuore di Napoli - Posto super centrale, vicino a spacca Napoli Pulito, comodo, gestione anche self check in comodissima. Il clima non funzionava troppo bene quindi abbiamo avuto parecchio caldo
• MASSIMO (10/5): Una perla nel cuore di Napoli - La posizione, vicina alla metropolitana, molti servizi, ristoranti e nonostante l'accesso fosse da una piazza mi ha colpito il silenzio della struttura posizionata in un cortile interno.
• Basil (8/5): Its quite charming, but the owners need to spend a bit on maintenance. - The location is excellent. The layout of the apartment was a little strange, but we got to like it, especially the terrace outside and the privacy, with no-one overlooking us. Our host had an iron and two wine glasses and a coffee maker delivered when we asked for one. The kitchenette equipment was inadequate (see above). The shower drains very slowly and the living room air conditioner was not functioning but dripped slowly anyway. TV Italian only.

• Judith (3/5): Uncomfortable, hot, not worth it. - The location is great, the place is very nice but poorly/cheaply maintained. Too bad. The AC barely worked, and did not cool the loft, the refrigerator would come on but did not cool, when we complained to the "manager" Jeanette she mentioned a "boss", who never showed up, despite demands to speak to him. We were hot the entire time. The sofa-bed listed in the facilities was ca. 1960 with the original mattress, and sleeping on it was very uncomfortable. The key-pad to the room didn't always work, the solution we were given was (1) kick the door or (2) use the key, water sometimes warmed up to lukewarm then went to cold during a shower. We were hot and uncomfortable for the entire stay.
• Nadir (9/5): Great host , great location, If I go back to naples I know who to contact. - the silence and the freshness of the house I liked that the property is very reserved, noone can see you and it doesn't feel to be in the centre of town
• Linda (7/5): Charming place, Excelent location - excellent location, charming apt has the potential to be great there was no hand soap, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, dish towels, hot water pot for coffee, fridge didn't work, sofa needed a deep cleaning
• Viet (4/5): We wouldn’t return here and would not recommend it to our friends. - If you’re looking solely for location and historical interest, this is a good property. Otherwise it has many downsides. Although it was indicated we were looking to use the sofa bed. There was no beddings ready to use. The sofa bed itself was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. I could feel the springs digging into my back! Another problem was unreliable water heating system. It took a long time for shower to run before water got hot. Then water would turn cold during the shower, usually when we were shampooing our hair. We messaged the rep, who didn’t get anyone out to check the problem until 2 days later. When the man finally came to check the water system, he told us rudely that it was running fine. The problem remained however. To top off the problems, the hot tub (which was the main attraction for us) didn’t work. It took forever just to get hot water into the tub, and then to find out the jets didn’t work!!!

• O'shaughnessy (8/5): Comfortable and excellent location - We were met at the property, given the keys and shown around. We were given a lot of very helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit. We were also given details for travelling to Pompeii. The suite is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The jacuzzi in the bedroom area is fantastic! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for us and our luggage. There was enough storage for us to unpack our clothes. The kitchen is basic but functional, we were glad that we remembered to bring our own knives. The property is very well located. Only a short walk to restaurants, bars, visitor attractions and shops. There is only enough hot water for a very quick shower and the water drains very slowly. The fridge doesn't seem to be very cold, however we managed to store fresh food for a few days at a time without a problem.
• Luke (9/5): Superb - So firstly I would like to praise Jeanette who took care of us on our stay. Her communication was amazing, and she was very accomadting and polite, and she was on call any time we needed her. She even sang happy birthday to my wife when we arrived and had gotten us some local birthday pastries 😊 very lovely woman. The location of the apartment was incredible. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better. You are right on spaccanapoli street, at the Spanish quarter end, so you can either go right, and head towards the centro historico or, go left and walk down via toledo and to the Spanish quarter and harbour. There are wine bars and cafes right outside your door, and some of the best street food vendors around. Also, the apartment is tucked back into its own private courtyard, so you are in the main area, but without the noise in your apartment. Perfect. The apartment size is great. We had the standard apartment for just the 2 of us, and it was more than enough space! The only slight negatives would be that the air conditioning was not working, the fan was blowing, but the actual AC was not cold, so the apartment did get warm, especially while sleeping, and this was in the 1st week of April, so 100% worth checking if this is working prior to any summer time visits. As this apartment also does not have any windows you can open, it only had 2 massive doors. The other slight issue is the kitchen work top unit. To use the sink or the hob to cook you need to open a massive heavy wooden hood, and this is held up by 2 small wooden legs that push against 2 smaller bits of wood, and they all rotate. This does not stay up. It fell on me while I was washing up, but luckily, I'm quite tall, so I was far enough away that it just missed my face and hit my arms instead. I would advise the owner of the apartment to sort this out before it does serious damage to someone.
• S (10/5): A beautiful city with a gorgeous room - The accommodation was beautiful and it in the best location. Everything we wanted to do and see was directly around us all within walking distance. The host was very helpful when collecting the keys and gave us lots of recommendations for places to see and eat it. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax and chill in. There were two things - there was no coffee machine as advertised and the shower curtain in the bathroom was in need up updating as there was some mould on it. Other than that everything else was great.
