The closure of the footbridge connection to the hotel from Don Muang airport. The temporary breakfast room (even understanding there is refurbishment underway the facility was too small for guest comfort. Breakfast quality was disappointing.

- Timothy (6/5): - It's clean and comfortable. I only booked this place for the walkway to and from the airport. I had a short 6 hour layover and was hoping to have an easy in and out for a quick sleep. After booking and arriving at the airport it turns out the walkway was closed so you had to use a shuttle instead which added a lot of time to and from the hotel. There are many other hotels nearby for way less that are the same quality. The only perk to this hotel is the walkway. Which was CLOSED.

Дорога заняла минут 15 неспешным шагом. В отель можно попасть по переходу прямо из здания аэропорта. Персонал приветливый и все готовы помочь. Номера просторные, есть все необходимое, халаты, тапочки. Подходит для ночевки перед или после вылета. Переход по которому нужно идти из здания аэропорта - это мост над автомобильной дорогой и раньше можно было по нему прийти прямо в отель. Но сейчас часть отеля находится на ремонте и пришлось спускаться с чемоданами по ступенькам и переходить одну небольшую дорогу и идти еще метров 500 по тротуарам, чтобы попасть на ресепшен. Район так себе, бомжеватые личности присутствовали. Есть, конечно же, трансфер, который ходит один или два раза в час, на него нужно регистрироваться и едет он минут 15-20 в зависимости от траффика. Стоимость номера достаточно высокая, по отношению к другим предложениям. Оформление не было быстрым, то ли компьютер подвисал, то ли сотрудник попался медленный. Кондиционеры в номерах очень плохо регулируются, особенно на силу обдува, можно поставить самую маленькую, но он как дул, так и продолжил. Постельное белье было сыроватое. Понятно, что влажность высокая, но сушки никто не отменял) Ну, и напоследок ресторан в отеле. Не было сил идти куда-то еще, пошли на ужин в отельный ресторан. Быстрое обслуживание, порции большие, съедобные, но не очень вкусные, а самое печальное, что ценник завышен раз в два точно...

- Camille (7/5): Average hotel that is great if you have an early morning flight and want to stay as close to the airport as possible - Convenient location very close to airport. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was not that clean (hair on floor and dead bugs lying around). It also did not look like the room in the pictures (not high-end at all, didn’t look like a 4 star hotel). Lastly, the bridge walkway to the airport (the whole appeal of this hotel) was apparently under renovation and nobody had notified us of this prior to our stay. There was not very good organization around the alternative transport, either a shuttle (only happening once every hour) or a golf cart taking you 100m before you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the airport.

Es waren gerade größere Renovierung im Gange die unter anderem die Direktverbindung zum Flughafen blockierten. Zimmer etwas dunkel.

- Dainis (9/5): Good option if you have early morning flight from the DMK - Nice hotel with a swimming pool. Close to the DMK, it offers a free shuttle bus to the airport. It's not the nicest neighbourhood, but a good option for those who travel to/from DMK.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and strongly recommend to other customers. thought about this question, and to be honest there was nothing I did not like, our stay there was exceptional 👌

- Maggie Travis (9/5): - So easy to get to from Don Mueang Airport. A shuttle bus drove us to the hotel's entrance which is now located down the side. They are doing renovations until Sep 2026. Does not effect the high quality of service. It was so quiet in our large comfortable room. The Reception Area and Dining Rooms worked very efficiently. The buffet served a wide variety of beautiful food. Would definitely stay here again even during the renovations.
- Nathan (8/5): Very nice stay for one night while I transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to DMK. - I've stayed here a few times as its right next to DMK airport, so great location. Was nice to stay in a newly renovated room so everything was new. Very good breakfast choices as always. Staff always helpful and polite. At the time of staying renovations are still ongoing. And the walkway connecting the hotel to the airport was closed so a minibus transfer was in use. But there was a problem with this or something so in the end me and other travellers used the service walkway. This involved crossing the busy road with suitcases which wasn't ideal. But I'm sure this will only be a temporary situation. Lastly, no matter how I adjusted the aircon temperature in my room it didn't make any difference, so perhaps some teething problems with the updates.

- Bernd (10/5): Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Weiterflug am nächsten Tag perfekt. Da muss man nicht extra in die Stadt fahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Beispiel hatte meine Frau den Kofferschlüssel verloren. Das Schloss wurde sogleich im Hotel von einem Mitarbeiter beim Check-in geknackt. Unser Hotelzimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und groß. Das Doppelbett war sehr groß. Das Badezimmer ist perfekt gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ sehr gut und lecker. Es gibt nichts Negatives.

Pool The walkway to the airport was run down and dirty, plus it stopped halfway, so you have to cross a busy road and then climb some stairs. Not nice with luggage in the heat. The breakfast room was terribly crowded, I don’t enjoy standing in line for 10min to get a coffee, so I had to return 30min later. Large Asian breakfast with nice fruit. Poor bread and pastries. No cheese. Room phone did not work, making it hard to order room service. The front of the hotel is under renovation. Low WLAN speed.
- Andrew (1/5): - People were polite. The whole purpose of going here is the bridge that connects to the airport, which is under construction. So you have to use the shuttle that goes around the block and adds 30 Minutes to get to the airport which with the bridge would take 5 minutes.

- Wayne (4/5): Choose for convenience, fail to be convenient. - The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the pool and I like how the rooms are built around the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Check in and out were efficient. I only picked this hotel because of the sky walk to the airport makes it very easy for local flights the next morning. The skywalk was not available so we had to wait for the shuttle to fill up to be driven around to the other side of the airport. I could have stays at 5 other hotels that were much cheaper and been shuttled exactly the same way. They were supposed to have a fitness center, but was told upon check in, it was not available.

- Alistair (3/5): Friendly and helpful staff, but hotel very poor condition, facilities run down and out of order - Friendly and helpful staff Condition of hotel was like a building site outside, gym, airport link skybridge out of order. Hotel is really tired inside, Amari branding inappropriate for what feels like a 2 star hotel, not value for money. Specifically requested quiet room with good internet. First room given was next to construction and drilling. New room internet and key card did not work initially, resolved later. Extremely poor value for money and should be re-branded.

The reason I booked was for its proximity walking distance from the airport. Unfortunately the bridge leading to the hotel being under repair /renovation, the hotel organizes shuttle which is not as convenient. Not sure I’ll book my room here in my return flights in a few days

- IRENE (6/5): Não fique se quiser dormir perto do aeroporto - Recebemos upgrade de quarto para compensar as 2 horas para chegar no hotel com o shuttle Hotel sem acesso direto ao aeroporto, pois a passarela que ligava o aeroporto ao hotel está fechada. Pegamos a fila do shuttle do hotel, e como disponibilizaram poucos ônibus no horário de rush, levamos 2 horas !

- Nikky (10/5): Great stay, good value for money. Lovely staff - The hotel was very nice. Especially the staff here. It was so close to the airport also. You will see a signage of the hotel inside the terminal after you collect your luggage and move towards the exit gate. You can ask anyone there. You got to take level 2 and then walk for 5 minutes and you will reach the hotel. It’s as simple as that, Everything was good. They let us check in late and check out late

- John (7/5): Did a job - Good location for stop over before flight from DMK Fitness room was closed. Temporary entry lobby (presumably while refurbishing) but not explained by staff. Poor signage on ground floor (the lift to the 4th floor only had a sign suggesting it went to the 1st and 2nd floors)
- Joseph Moore Piano (7/5): Excellent and helpful staff but not such a great stay this time. - The staff were great and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The rooms are very clean and new with a good mini bar and facilities. The new modern rooms are very clean but have a souless feel to them, in my opinion. The aircon unit was also incredibly loud, even when on the lowest setting so I am glad I had ear-plugs in order to sleep. The connecting airport bridge isn't in working order at the moment but they provide transfer buses however, it was very busy and a bit chaotic. For the price I expected better.
