- Mimi (1/5): Do not stay here - This property is a perfect example of FALSE ADVERTISING! The pictures look NOTHING like the actual. The front entrance is in a filthy alley. The hallway is loaded up with rat boxes. The doors are scratched up like they have been kicked in. I left immediately and asked for my money back. I hope i can get it but i wont stay there anyway. The only positive is the lovely young lady who works there.

- Liesbeth (7/5): Voor ons die enkel gebruik maakte van de kamer om te slapen, voldeed het aan onze verwachtingen - Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was net en verzorgd maar wat aan de kleine kant. Kleine frigo, kluisje, koffiezetapparaat, genoeg klerenhangers, stopcontacten, tv, toiletartikelen aanwezig. De zeer centrale ligging is uitstekend nabij vele toeristische trekpleisters. Ontbijt (a la carte) werd geserveerd op de kamer en was eerder beperkt maar wel lekker. De kamer was redelijk klein en er hing een muffe geur. Het bed was wat doorgelegen. Een beetje gehorig.

We inquired about the availability of elevators and no stairs since we use walkers. There were stairs at the entrance before reaching the elevator. The elevators were extremely small. Our walkers folded, but it was very inconvenient. Do not advertise as accessible!

- Daniel (8/5): Bed & Breakfast in touristisch sehr guter Lage in Rom - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Rom. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind von da aus zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Trotz der Lage war es im Zimmer ruhig. Das Bad bot sehr viel Platz, der Balkon war eher klein (zwei Personen können darauf stehen). Das Bett war bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die von der Unterkunft im Vorfeld übermittelte Beschreibung zum Auffinden des Zimmers und des Schlüssels war zutreffend. Das Frühstück konnte man am Vortag vorbestellen. Es wurde dann zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Minibar im Zimmer war gut bestückt und hatte eher unüblich faire (günstige) Preise. Mir war bei der Reservierung nicht klar, dass es sich nicht um ein Hotel sondern um ein Bed & Breakfast handelt. Es gab zwar Personal für das Frühstück und (auf Wunsch) tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers, aber keine Rezeption. Unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem gut und wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr italienisch, ohne frisches Obst. Bei Bedarf finden sich aber in der näheren Umgebung sehr viele Cafés.

The location is absolutely fantastic – everything is within walking distance, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. However, you should be prepared for significant city noise, which can be heard even at night. For me, this was an acceptable “price” to pay for such an excellent location. A big plus is the staff – incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. An important tip: it is necessary to contact the staff via WhatsApp in advance; otherwise, there is practically no way to access the room. The staff are available on-site only until noon, so it’s important to plan accordingly. Overall, a great option for those who value location and don’t mind the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended.

Śniadanie podane na stoliku do pokoju przez sympatyczną obsługę (do wyboru produkty z listy) , który punktualnie podjeżdża pod drzwi pokoju na wybraną godzinę (godzina do wyboru 8.00 - 10.00). Śniadanie na słodko (kawa, sok, mleko, płatki różne rodzaje, tosty, rogaliki różne rodzaje, ciasteczka, nutella, dżemy, jogurt naturalny, masło, dodatkowo jajka gotowane, sadzone lub jajecznica. Pokój DeLux z łóżkiem kingsize, inny niż wynikało z naszego wyboru (foto), mniejszy ale nie było to problemem. To sypialnia, nic więcej.

There was a strong smell when i walked into the room first night. It must have been some kind of soap or room defuser? But, i got used to it next day and it was ok. Not a big problem at all.

Nuestra habitación estaba justo puerta con puerta de la de la entrada. Estuvimos cuatro noches, entre semana apenas había movimiento, pero el sábado se oía todo. Llegaron unos clientes nuevos a las 7:00 aprox y no tuvieron cuidado en mantener silencio, tuve que salir a pedir que bajaran la voz…

- Deborah (7/5): Nice breakfast, dreadful shower in a grotty building in noisy area - Great location and very close to all the attractions. The superior room is clean and modern with 2 balconies. The breakfast is ordered in advance and delivered to your room each morning at a time of your choice by the loveliest girls - it’s a lovely fresh breakfast. Property is located in an old grotty building. Communal areas are dirty with rat traps inside the entrance door and up the stairwell which is very off putting. The shower is atrocious. Water pressure is non existent and the water temperature is tepid at best. There’s a lot of street noise as it’s on a busy piazza with an Irish bar nearby so lots of late night noise from people and daytime car noise.

- Svetla (10/5): - Изключително добро местоположение - съвсем близо до пиаца Венеция, удобно за разглеждането на повечето основни забележителности. Квартирата се намира на втория етаж. Има два асансьора. Закуската е италианска, но достатъчна за нас. Предлагат и яйца, носят я в стаята по заявка и в определен от вас час. Просторни стаи, достатъчно голяма баня. Тясно балконче. Отсядам тук за втори път и бих избрала това място отново.

- arianna (9/5): Soggiorno comodo a due passi dal centro - Stanza accogliente bagno ristrutturato con doccia con cromo terapia.. frigobar completo e TV di grande dimensioni. Servizio di colazione in camera super comodo puntuale e ben gestito. Palazzo un po fatiscente all'interno del quale si trova la struttura.
- Tânia (10/5): Para voltar! - As meninas que trabalham lá são maravilhosas, muito simpáticas. Assim que souberam que éramos portuguesas até nos começaram a desejar bom dia em português quando nos traziam o pequeno almoço 😍 Para além de que todos os dias davam uma limpeza ao quarto, não tenho nada de mau a apontar. Não esquecendo a localização que é ótima e de lá da para fazer imensa coisa a pé

- Suyanne (9/5): Satisfeita - Localização excelente . Quarto e banheiro tamanho ótimos e novinhos . Dois secadores . Café da manhã bem servido (vale a pena ) Elevadores bem antigos, preferimos subir de escada ( que foi bem tranquila ) . Assim que entra no prédio perdemos uma estrutura antiga , mas quando chegamos no quarto a realidade é outra.

- Paweł (10/5): Wspaniały city break w Rzymie - Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, chodziliśmy piechotą, nie było potrzeby korzystać z transportu miejskiego Śniadania do pokoju również stanowią duże ugododnienie
