Emilie (1/5): - The staff were very friendly, polite and numerous. Breakfast was great. But the room and bathroom were in poor condition (I attached a picture of the walls) and smelled very bad, making me feel nauseous all night. The room was not soundproofed at all and was lit only by a large lamp that didn't work and a small, dim light. There were no amenities, except an immense TV, not even a glass for water. But above all, I didn't feel safe during the night because the door opened directly onto the courtyard. The old curtains didn't even cover the windows. I really don't recommend it.

Ciro (8/5): - ottima posizione vicino al centro - zona duomo - raggiungibile in 10min. a piedi o con poche fermate di BUS lo staf addetto alla colazione è stato molto scortese per aver sforato di pochi minuti l'orario max di colazione (presentati alle 09:35 anzichè alle 09:30 orario max.). Devo però sottolineare che il titolare è interventuto prontamente scusandosi e fornendo personalmente supporto per la preparazione del cappucino.

Christelle (6/5): - Le personnel était aux petits soins pour que nous passions un moment agréable au petit déjeuner, qui était très bon, varié et copieux, même en arrivant en fin de service. La cour est magnifique avec sa végétation soignée, et son joli mobilier de jardin pour en profiter. La chambre était aussi propre que possible, avec de nouvelles serviettes de bain chaque jour. Le bruit, car les heures silencieuses ne sont absolument pas respectées par les clients qui partent en plein milieu de la nuit, sachant que les murs sont très fins. La lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit et passe tout autour de la porte de chambre. La VMC ne semble pas efficace et l'humidité est visiblement rejetée dans la chambre, donc rien ne sèche, même en aérant avec la fenêtre. La literie est assez dure, donc pas agréable. Rien pour pendre les serviettes ni poser les produits dans la douche et les habits dans des étagères. Aucune décoration au mur, donc cela accentue la résonance des bruits.

La camera era molto luminosa, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per il pernottamento. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione, dolce e salata con prodotti buoni e di qualità. L'hotel si raggiunge facilmente anche dalla stazione con una passeggiata di meno di mezz'ora, ed è comodo per gli eventi nell'area dello stadio Franchi.

También, aunque no dependa del hotel, hay un restaurante encantador, con un ambiente familiar,a dos puertas del hotel para cenar. El único defecto que podría encontrar es que no tiene ascensor pero estábamos en el primer piso y el de recepción nos subió las maletas el mismo.

Isabella (6/5): - A localização é muito boa O hotel poderia ser mais atualizado no quesito equipamento, o secador é muito antigo, televisão não tem streaming, não tem frigobar e tem cheiro de empoeirado nos cobertores portanto quem tem rinite não recomendo pois ataca. Alguns funcionários são simpáticos, outros não, pedi para encher minha garrafa de água com água mineral da garrafa e não deixaram alegando que eu deveria encher na fonte do jardim! O café da manhã poderia melhorar oferecendo pães frescos, pois a maioria era duro e velho

Paula (9/5): Cómodo y limpio. Personal muy amable. - El personal del hotel es muy amable. Y las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Además el personal se encarga de evitar ruidos que incomoden a otros huéspedes. La localización está un poco alejada del centro y de la estación de tren, pero Florencia es pequeña y se llega bien andando (también hay transporte público cerca). El hotel no tiene cocina ni bar, sólo máquinas expendedoras. Pero puedes traerte tu propia comida/bebida y comer en las mesas de la zona comedor.
