Huong (8/5): Very good - Conveniently located near Shibuya Station without being in the centre of the chaos. Good services and amenities, and staff were very courteous and generally helpful. When forwarding my luggage to my next location, the front desk had me fill out the waybill myself. Not a problem for me personally but I imagine this would be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

The room was very small for two people and was a little crammed but decent for sleep. It's about a 25 min walk to Shibuya scramble and there's a few restaurants in the area

Francesca (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, canal and off street walking paths. Close to train station, 1 stop away from Shibuya. Meguro Sky Garden is across the road (accessible via elevator). Bed is comfortable and very clean. The room is small but space in lobby to chill. Better storage in the room or hooks. Suggest chair that fits under the desk to take up less space or remove it from the room.

Isabella (7/5): Very solid hotel in a great location with close proximity to the metro, but the rooms are TINY! - The hotel was in a great area; it's walking distance from the center of Shibuya and also very close to the metro line. The staff was very friendly, and I loved the soda + ice cream machines in the lobby. The room was so so so so so small. We couldn't even keep our luggage open because there wasn't enough floor space.

Mark (8/5): Comfortable - Clean & Quiet Hotel. Comfortable Beds! Easy 29 minute walk to SHIBUYA crossing. Only negative was the 2000 yen fee to place a bag in the store room for a few hours at checkout, while we went for a walk. Most Hotels do this for no charge & so left with a negative vibe.
Renee (8/5): Overall a good stay in Tokyo. - We could have planned it better location-wise, as it required several subway changes to get around during our stay. The room was good as we don't have large suitcase. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries which is lovely. It is very foreigner friendly and provides local guides booklets in the lobby.
Francine (10/5): - This hotel was perfect for a short trip. Rooms are small but it was ok as we were barely in the room. Bonus! Magna magazines were available to read in the lobby all day, unlimited drinks and coffee, and self serve vanilla ice cream. This was such a treat especially coming back to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. You would need to go a few buildings down to Corner Restaurant to eat breakfast. Other than that hotel neccessities were available in the lobby and room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Will (10/5): WANDER AT YOUR LEISURE - The hotel, facilities and staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast at the Cafe in the morning was healthy and a great way to start the day. With a 1 stop train ride in 3mins to Shibuya was perfect.

It’s small, but the staff was more than excellent, and the location is right next to a 7/11 and a Mcdonald’s. The room is tiny, but charming and cozy. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the subway stop and one stop away from Shibuya! Best hotel ever.

Yien (8/5): Well located quiet hotel for a convenient stay near Shibuya - Clean, well located hotel just outside Shibuya - much quieter and lovely residential location. Shibuya is walkable from here in nice weather, and public transport is easily accessible. The room was small but clean - it's pretty dark decor so feels extra small, so the downstairs reception area with free drinks and places to sit is a nice touch. New towels provided every day. They have soft and firm pillows which you can ask for at reception.

Maria (10/5): Amazing Staff and Hotel - What at a great hotel. Very nice staff and you are a 5 minute taxi ride or 10 minute train to the shopping and night life. This is the only hotel we stayed at that offers free self serve ice cream and fountain drinks. Location is excellent. One thing to keep in mind the rooms are VERY VERY SMALL GET A DOUBLE ROOM.

A special thanks to the staff who helped me get my wallet back after losing it in a different city!

It’s located one subway to the west of Shibuya station, which means you are close to one of the main attractions in Tokyo - the Shibuya Scramble! It’s about a block from the subway entrance, which makes getting around easy. And the hotel itself is great! The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, the onsite laundry is super convenient, they offer free fountain drinks during your stay, and they have a pretty large collection of mangas that you can read in your downtime. Would recommend if you’re staying in Tokyo!

Daniela (8/5): - The hotel is definitely geared towards business folk, as the area kinda seems to have more locals around and less tourists. However, it's only 1 train ride away from Shibuya (and sometimes you don't even have to transfer-just stay on board). The rooms were TINY (could barely fit 2 carry-on sized luggage in the room) but very clean. It's nice getting free ice cream and pop in the lobby and the staff is very friendly.

Paul (10/5): 100% would stay here again - Hotel was good, service was good, love the lobby with manga, free ice cream and drinks. Clean and neat hotel. Location is good, places to eat, supermarket closeby, 15 min walk to Shibuya centre, quick taxi to Airport limosine bus, LCB. Laundry, only 2 combination washer dryer machines so sometimes there is a wait to use but you can see if they are vacant from your room TV which is very handy. Rooms are smaller but ok if you are just there to rest when you are not exploring the area. There are slightly bigger rooms though. We would 100% stay here again when we return to Shibuya area😁😁
Claudia (5/5): Okay hotel if you only stay a couple of nights. - Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms are extremely small and don't have a proper window. We struggled with that a lot since we stayed for over 10 nights and when not sleeping it felt very claustrophobic. Also, they made us pay for leaving the luggage at the hotel before check in and check out. We ended up paying over $40 which is ridiculous when thinking how many days we spent at the hotel. They claimed there was a shortage in space, but this is a service EVERY hotel offers for free and paying extra seemed abusive. Another thing to have in mind is that the hotel is located under the highway, no one mentioned this and I also feel it is quite a relevant note.

Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was fantastic, free ice cream and coffee during the day, they also had drinks for sale if you wanted. They provided extra pillows upon request also. The location was perfect, easy to get to from the subway, just a few minutes walking. It was also next to a bunch of convenience stores and a grocery store if you need anything or want to stop for a quick breakfast. The room was small, but perfect for two people with two suitcases. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!
Sin Yan (10/5): - We stayed for 1 night while in Shibuya. Hotel is closed to train station. Very reasonably sized room for a city in Tokyo. Much better stay when compared to other chain hotels. Great selections of drinks in lobby. Highly recommended. Cleanliness is top notch as well.

Blaise C (4/5): - Convenient location and clean property, but the room was tiny. It was a double-room apparently, but was awkwardly small for just 2 people. Not worth the price. We asked for early check-in but apparently they forgot. It was a 1000 yen charge per hour, which we didn't mind. As my girlfriend sat there waiting for them, they checked in others and when she finally asked they said yes, they had a room ready. The staff were the least friendly people we encountered our entire trip and they weren't very informative or particularly helpful. And yes, they could speak English. Would not recommend.
