Nice views to the water The bathroom needs more shelving around the sink and within the shower, as there was hardly any place to put toiletries at the sink and there was no shelving within the shower. Also, there should be a towel rack outside of the shower that is within reach of the shower.

• Aurelia (8/5): - La struttura è molto bella, in particolare la sala comune, curata e piacevole. La camera invece è piuttosto semplice, niente di particolare. Al momento della prenotazione, se si desidera una camera con vista, sarebbe meglio specificare chiaramente che la vista indicata è quella dalla sala comune e non da tutte le camere. La camera era composta da un piccolo banco d’ingresso, un corridoio e la zona letto; nel complesso essenziale ma comunque tutto pulito. Per quanto riguarda lo staff, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’aria condizionata: la responsabile si è mostrata subito disponibile a intervenire, ma fortunatamente siamo riusciti a risolvere autonomamente. La colazione non viene servita in struttura, ma in un bar molto vicino: tutto molto buono e personale gentile. In generale, suggerisco una maggiore chiarezza nelle informazioni, soprattutto riguardo al tipo di camera selezionata e al fatto che la colazione venga consumata all’esterno della struttura.

L’unica nota negativa, per quanto mi riguarda, è non aver trovato nemmeno una bottiglia piccola di acqua in camera o una brocca nell’area comune. Ho avuto necessità di bere e sono stata in difficoltà senza.

• Filip (10/5): Stunning place and view! We will come back! - The view, the floors and how it’s furnished! The place is just lovely and Francesca was very welcoming and also responsive on WhatsApp! The location is great in Posillipo, a beautiful quarter with views over Napoli and Vesuvio. The breakfast is a collaboration with a small cafe a 4 minute walk away! Tasty with several alternatives. To reach the old quarters my recommendation is to use the Lime bikes. So convenient and charming to bike around town! When we come back to Napoli we will stay here again! Nothing. Some complain about the rooms leaking sound and maybe that’s true but it didn’t concern us at all!

The bathroom could use some updates. Both the shower and sink had broken parts during my stay. A few updates would make the stay much more comfortable.

The air con in the room was temperamental. The room was a bit outdated. Host was not clear about the city tax ‘in case of no-shows’ which was a surprise & we had no cash.

Room is small,fits double bed with little room on either side. Need to duck under mounted tv to get in one side. No chair- bed and small metal table only. Difficult to get to without paying big price for taxis. No water provided. You pass a kitchen on way to room but it has nothing for guests. Loud noise from 11 pm to 2 am - sounds and smells like garbage trucks off loading and room filled with garbage/sewage smells. Window overlooks resident parking lot. Nothing conveniently located.

Breakfast is not at the property it is a 6 minute walk to a bar for a coffee and a pastry, use of the kitchen facilities is not allowed. Coffee machine was broken, no milk. Toiletries, v poor. Our room had a view of the car park. This place is totally over hyped with owners who do not care about their customers.
