- takayuki (4/5): - 朝食が毎日同じで、美味しくないし、レンジが壊れているし、今まで宿泊してホテルで最悪のレベルでした、4日間宿泊して残念でした。
- Kumie (10/5): - 自動チェックインでもスタッフが絶えず目配りしてくれていて、外出に際しての「いってらっしゃいませ」も心地よく響きました。日本の「おもてなし」を改めて感じる時間でした。
- Eng Chin (10/5): - Good room size , not a large hotel so not crowded at check in. Bed comfortable and facilities well maintained. Surrounding area not your usual tourist hotspot but enough variety of eateries around with an office commercial area close by
- Miki (8/5): - Good location, close to Daimon and Hamamatsucho station. Easy walk to zojoi beautiful temple and lots of cafe around that area. Also there are so many restaurant option.
- Eng Chin (10/5): - Not in major tourist districts but quiet and close to station. Escalator up A4 exit of daimon station and turn 180 degrees around upon reaching road level as described in hotel website and hotel is 20 seconds away.

- Eng Chin (10/5): - Eateries around but a good one are restaurants where you can have teppanyaki olive beef (cows fed with olives) at Teppanyaki Seto close by to an office building (other restaurants also around there ranging from lunch cafe food to ramen) . Had the sirloin lunch set which was great if you prefer a bit of fat in it otherwise the tenderloin is top most. A weekday lunch set is range from 3k to10k which is good value.
- Eng Chin (8/5): - A quiet area with eateries around. Not much activity like in shimbashi but hotel is not large but twin bed room is very comfortable for the size.

- Pedro (10/5): - This was my family’s first time in Tokyo and this location and hotel was the best. The price was amazing and it’s next to all the major stations so getting around was easy and getting home would have us walk no more than 10 min. Also the Tokyo tower was amazing as well.

- Chun-yi (8/5): 恰到好處的服務與品質 - 位在大門站出口旁，離JR濱松町站也很近，鬧中取靜，在這裡獲得非常舒適的休息。巷口外步行一分鐘也有便利商店、各式餐廳、藥局等，一般補給很方便。 因為我是一人入住雙床房，出遊習慣會自備備品，且不要求天天清掃房間。本次住宿多天，其中一天請求打掃房間時，雖然房內仍有未使用的全新備品，但房務還是提供了一大袋完整的房內備品。雖然知道可能是公司政策對服務品質而要求房務員，但感受上較不環保，我最後也沒有全部用上。如果補給制度上能更有彈性，相信會更好：）

- Richard (10/5): - A good option for a layover - is a few minutes walk from the monorail and has an interesting selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Clean and well presented rooms. 35m minutes door to check in on the way back… I will definitely stay again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 위치: 다이몬역 바로옆, 하마마쓰초 역 도보3분 거리. 주변에 로손, 패미리마트 등 편의점 있음. 숙소옆 모스버거, 유명하다는 fukki ramen 걸어서3분거리. 숙소 9~11층 사이로 숙박했습니다. 뷰는 맞은편 건물뷰였지만 커튼이 이중으로 잘되있어서 사생활 보호는 잘되었습니다. 코너룸이라 캐리어 두개 열고 쓰는데 조금 좁지만 괜찮았고, 욕실이 일본호텔치고 큰편이었습니다. 욕조커요 여자는 앉아서 다리 뻗을수 있는 크기입니다 매일 룸클리닝 했고 일회용품 칫솔 치약 바디타올 수건 제공됩니다 히터 따뜻하고 방에 담배냄새라던가 나지 않아서 좋았어요 다음에도 이용하고 싶어요

- Wai Teng (8/5): - The room is of decent size for Tokyo standards. Location is convenient if using the metro. However due to renovation works at the Yamanote line station of Hamamatsucho, it is a bit of a detour given the lack of a lift at the nearest exit of the station.
- Rosario (10/5): A Tokyo Tower visit - Once again, the location was perfect. The Tokyo tower was within walking distance and dining options were available. We soon found our perfect cafe or curry house.

- meichen (10/5): - 從羽田機場過來很方便，又快，a5出口是樓梯，a4出口有上樓手扶梯，若是單件行李也可直接從這出來，不過ㄧ出來向後轉就能通過a5出口直接看到飯店，若是很多件行李還是要坐電梯在a1出口比較安全！ 附近有超商全家跟7-11，而且對面就有麥當勞，在麥當勞直接可以看到東京鐵塔！有摩斯漢堡、章魚燒、吉野家、松屋！十字路口有一間鯛魚燒！不錯吃！飛羽田還蠻推薦的住宿！

- WONIL (10/5): - 도쿄타워가 보이는 숙소입니다. 침대에 누워서 도쿄타워를 밤야경. 낮전망 계속 볼수있어요. 화장실은 건식으로 너무 깨끗하고 샤워실도 뜨끈한 물아 콸콸. 2층에선 커피무료재동. 흡연실 완비. 복잡한 시내와 다르게 한적하지만 있을거 다 있는 다이몬 하마마쓰초역 근처라 공항을 가기에도 시내(시부야. 도쿄역) 가기도 교통의 요지라 너무 좋습니다. 특히 공항 가는길에 너무 훌륭합니더. 30분이면 가요. 근처 맛집도 내국인과 어울려 먹을수 있는 좋은곳이 많아서 추천해요

- Wai Chu (10/5): Great room and excellent service - The room was so neat and tidy and I saw the Tokyo Tower from my room, all these make me feel great! And I would like to give the compliments to all staff there, especially the housekeepers. They were so friendly and refilled all items I needed every day.

Location was fantastic too, literally meters away from a Metro station. Would definitely come back next time.

- Ted (10/5): - This hotel is at a really good place which is in walk distance to Tokyo Tower, and close to two subway stations. It’s a clean and quite hotel but it’s close to a shopping street and there are tons of food options.

- KUDO (6/5): - 予約時に会員値引きされた額が表示されていたが、実際には会員でないので値引き前の価格での支払いとなった。表示に騙された感じです。 大人3人、子ども2人でエクストラベッドを入れていただいて3ベッドでの宿泊でしたので、かなり手狭でした。荷物を置くスペースがなく、ベッド上を移動しないといけなかったです。 ユニットバスではなかったので、ゆったり湯船に浸かれて雨で冷えた体を温められて良かったです。 東京タワーの見える向きだったので、マイナス点を消してくれました。

- Trevor (8/5): Small Room but Convenient Location - This property is conveniently located to train lines that service all areas of Tokyo including Haneda airport. Rooms are small but the price is reasonable. The rooms are clean and the hotel seems quite new. Please confirm the check out time. My Hotels.com reservation stated 11:00 AM check out but I was asked leave a 10:00. Overall, I would recommend.
- JUNG (10/5): - 완벽한 도쿄타워 뷰와 쾌적한 시설 덕분에 행복한 7일이었습니다. 셀프 체크인이라 조금 놀랐지만, 일본어, 한국어, 영어 등 대응하고 있어 수월하게 체크인을 했습니다. 다이몬역이 바로 앞이고, 하마마츠초역도 도보로 7분 이내라 교통이 편리해서 이곳 저곳 다닐 때 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 체크인 전, 체크 아웃 후에도 짐을 잘 보관해주셔서 감사합니다. 프론트를 갈 때마다 가끔 마주쳤던 직원분들도 상냥하셔서 정말 좋았어요. 체크아웃할 때 짐이 많이 무거웠는데.. 오늘 아침에 도와주신 직원분 진심으로 감사합니다! 다음 번 도쿄 여행에도 숙소는 이곳으로 정할 것 같아요. 덕분에 즐겁고 편안한 일주일 보냈습니다.
