- Pablo (5/5): Bien pero nos cobraron de más en la tasa turística - La ubicación perfecta al lado del paseo marítimo y la amplitud del apartamento. Intentaron cobrarnos una tasa turística muy superior a la que sale en internet que es la actual en Nápoles. Cuando lo mencionamos nos dijeron que era una tasa de check in online que no sale mencionado en ninguna parte y luego en persona (fuimos a hacer el check in presencial) nos cobraron todavía más de lo esperado diciendo que el coste adicional era de la plataforma de pago. Además, el baño se llenaba de moscas continuamente.
- richard (7/5): Bon emplacement - Appart très bien situé loin de la foule et proche de la mer !Lumineux ,literie excellente.Bel immeuble.Grand e chambre avec coin cuisine ,entrée avec placards et une belle sdb spacieuse tout en longueur. Grâce à son emplacement, il est très facile de visiter Naples à pied. 😃 Très bruyant!Nous étions chambre 1 et on entendait tout de la chambre voisine.En plus dans la salle de bain ,une fenêtre fermée uniquement par un volet en bois donne sur la cage d'escalier donc on entend les allées et venues.Dommage... On entend également la rue mais la nuit circulation s'arrête. Autre point : en utilisant la douche ,bruit infernal des tuyauteries pour l'eau chaude.

- Marie-Cécile (8/5): Agréable appartement propre et bien situé dans Naples - L’appartement est hyper bien situé. Il est propre. Il est de taille correcte. La literie est bonne. Il y’a avait suffisamment de linge de toilette. Les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée et il était mis à disposition : shampoing, gel douche, liquide vaisselle et savon en quantité suffisante. Il y’a la Clim. Il y’a la télé . Les instructions sont claires et bien détaillées pour récupérer les clés. L’assistante location répond très vite et vous appelle dès le premier jour pour savoir si tout va bien. L’appartement sent le renfermé. Il ne possède pas de fenêtre pour aérer qui donne sur l’extérieur. Les fenêtres ou entrées de lumière donnent sur un couloir. Bien que propre et joliment décoré nous n’y restions que peu du fait de ces pièces fermées sans ventilation naturelle. La Clim se déclenchait toute seule par moment, s’allumer / s’éteindre en bipant du coup nous la disjonction la nuit pour dormir. Mais il faisait bon. Manque d’ustensiles cuisine, et de bols pour déjeuner. Attention c’est au 4e étage. Il y’a un ascenseur qui coûte 20 centimes, il faut mettre les pièces dans la boîte pour pouvoir le déclencher. Nous avons souvent monté les étages à pied

- María Florencia (9/5): Nice area appartment - This is the second time I choose Santa Lucia neighborhood to stay since its quiet and very beautiful near the sea. It is not well connected with public transport but you can walk 10-15 minutes to the Metro, take a bus, rent a bike by minute with local apps or just walk to reach your destination. If you plan to take a ferry, you will be close to the port, 10-15 minutes walk. The room I was assigned has a small balcony with sea/vesuvio lateral wievs. It is not an appartment (besides it has all the amenities), they are rooms separated by walls and doors that connect to other rooms (of course they were closed). So you can hear your neighbors.

On Fourth floor with lift but you had to pay 20cents each time for the lift to function…..if you run out of 20cent coins you are fried. Stove hub new but did not work, reported it but it remained so for the six days.

Posizione eccezionale vicino al mare, vicino a Piazza del Plebiscito, ben collegato con l''Accademia Militare Nunziatella e con il parcheggio convenzionato alla struttura situato sulla stessa via quindi perfetto per chi viene in macchina. Da migliorare, Il divano letto (scomodo); la spalliera del letto matrimoniale troppo usurata, mettere a disposizione anche un paio di cuscini bassi per chi soffre di cervicale e anche se l'appartamento nel complesso era pulito, consiglio di fare una pulitura più a fondo. Purtroppo io sono allergica alla polvere pertanto non ho potuto usufruire dell'armadio. Fatte queste piccole migliorie tornerei in questa struttura anche domani.

I was a bit worried about getting in after seeing comments from previous guests, but everything went smoothly and the instructions were clear. The studio was clean, and the mattress was comfortable and not worn out. The apartment is in a very central location. There is a coffee maker, but unfortunately no coffee is provided.

Für meine Verhältnisse war es nicht sauber genug. Wir waren zu viert und es gab im Bad viel zu wenig Ablagefläche oder Hacken um etwas aufzuhängen. Matratze war sehr durchgelegen

Posizione ottima, vicino a piazza Plebiscito, comodo per entrare ed uscire dalla città. Molti locali e 2 supermercati vicini. Il garage convenzionato con prezzo buono per la piazza Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, l' ascensore funziona con monete da 20 centesimi e non era segnato da nessuna parte, problema facilmente risolto, ci siamo procurati varie monete da 20 centesimi.

Access to the apartment was a bit complicated. Fortunately, the customer phone service was available. The problem was resolved immediately, and they were very kind and helpful.

- Florio (3/5): brutta avventura da ricordare !!! - salverei soltanto la posizione !!! camera n°4 notte tra il 6 e 7/12/2025In ordine : (n°1) all' arrivo (problemi infiniti con l'accesso in camera, non siamo stati gli unici, anche altre persone che sono entrate allo stesso orario hanno avuto gli stessi problemi. (n°2) blatta viva in bagno tra la tazza e la doccia, per prenderla ho usato un bel pò di carta igienica, lo buttata nella tazza e tirato lo sciacquone altrimenti mia moglie non entrava in bagno. (n°3) all' improvviso mentre io stavo in doccia e mia moglie si stava lavando i denti e trasalita una puzza molto forte di liquami, che veniva dal mobile sotto il lavabo, lo ho aperto ed ho capito che la puzza arrivava dalla pompa del vater, dopo due minuti l'odore nauseabondo è sparito, è ritornato dopo un paio di ore in modo random è questa volta in bagno non c'era nessuno. (n°4) Le macchie fatiscenti di ruggine sporco e calcare negli angoli a terra dentro e fuori dalla doccia. (n°5) Nel momento di metterci a letto abbiamo notato che il materasso era concavo, affossato totalmente, una cosa scandalosa, secondo mè un materasso da buttare, sembrava una vasca da bagno, scomodo da morire, ne io ne mia moglie abbiamo dormito bene, infatti al mattino ci siamo alzati doloranti in tutto. (n°6) nella nosrta camera c'era anche un divano letto matrimoniale aperto con il suo corredo per la notte, vi era un cuscino con macchie di sangue secco, cioè la federa del cuscino era lavata si vedeva, ma le macchie di sangue c'erano ancora, ma la cosa che più mi sorprende è il fatto è che le macchie stavano in bella vista, cioè non si era neanche cercato di girare i cuscino in modo che non si vedesse, come se fosse una cosa normale. (n°7) E veniamo alla ciliegina sulla torta, le camere prima e dopo la nostra camera, pure se accendevano la luce si sentiva da noi, senza contare quando aprivano e chiudevano i mobili, una cosa che non esiste neanche negli ostelli più economici. giudizio finale meno di zero.

- Pau (7/5): - La localització immillorable, centri, amb tots els serveis necessaris a peu de carrer. El propietari molt ràpid ens va solucionar les consultes que teníem un cop a l'apartament de manera super ràpida i això és d'agrair. M'hagués agradat saber que l'ascensor anava amb monedes, l'apartament és trobava a un 4 pis real i anàvem amb nens petits, per el que li heu de sumar 20 cèntims d'euro a cada trajecte. El sofà llit era molt feble, el matalàs amb una miqueta de pes s'enfonsava, sort que hi dormien els meus fills.menudets.

- René (3/5): - bon situation géographique pour profiter de la ville et des transports vers l'extérieure de celle-ci ; quartier relativement calme et commerces et restaurants de proximité odeur nauséabonde dans la salle-de-bains qui se communique à tout l'appartement ; cuisine sous-équipée (une cuillère à café) ; canapé et lit peu confortables ; aucun service (pas de serviette de bains de rechange alors qu'elles n'ont jamais séché) ; frais déguisés (évacuation des poubelles à charge du résident mais si vous n'êtes pas présents le jour du ramassage pour ce qui ne peut faire l'objet d'un tri, c'est 50 €...) ; système d'accès via application contraignant et pas toujours fonctionnel

- Ana Maria (7/5): Napoli bella! - Eccellente posizione, molto centrale, ma in un quartiere tranquillo Per me, il letto era troppo morbido. Suggerirei di lasciare uno straccio per asciugare per terra, non l'ho trovato neanche nello spazio comune. Trovo che sarebbe qualcosa di utile.

Ho avuto un problema con il portone d’ingresso e la prima sera siamo rimasti chiusi dentro per più di mezz’ora . Il guasto non è stato riparato durante il soggiorno creando qualche disagio. Il proprietario ha provveduto un rimborso per il danno subito.

- jordi (7/5): Preocupació per entrar a l'apartament - La situació era bona. A prop de molts monuments També a prop del carrer Toledo amb comerços i restauració de tot tipus , i del port. El barri de Sant Ferran és tranquil comparat a d'altres zones. Les instal·lacions de la cuina són deficients. Els utensilis son escassos. Sense gaires armaris, els utensilis els havíem d'agafar enfilant-,nos en una cadira. No podíem rentar-los en bones condicions. L'entrada a l'apartament va ser com una odissea, en un moment vàrem arribar a cercar a Booking.com un altre lloc on anar a dormir. Tot va ser massa automàtic.
