• Freddy (4/5): Locatie niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Enige pluspunt was de locatie. - Enkel de locatie Hygiene was zeer slecht. Sanitair was smerig. Locatie wordt uitgebuit. Toegang via code kastje, veel trappen etc lopen. Geen receptie aanwezig. Ontbijt is in nabijgelegen café. Wat zeeeer karig is.
• TK (8/5): מיקום טוב, נקי מאוד אבל כמה חולשות - מיקום מצוין. קרוב מאוד לפנתיאון. מרחק הליכה מכל האתרים המרכזיים והאטרקציות. לא השתמשנו בכלל בתחבורה ציבורית. חדר נקי ומסודר. לבקשתנו גם ארגנו לנו פינוק לחדר (בתשלום כמובן). בסה"כ מומלץ. כל הקשר עם המלון התנהל בהתכתבות בואטסאפ. לא ראינו אף איש צוות. לא מעט אי בהירות סביב צ'ק אין, צ'ק אאוט והשארת המזוודה, ברמה של כתב חידה חוזר שצריך לפענח (סטים שונים של מפתחות, 4 דלתות ותחושה של חדר בריחה). באמצע השהייה הוסבר לנו גם שאנחנו לא זכאים לארוחת בוקר כפי שחשבנו שסוכם (קפה ומאפה). קומקום בחדר היה אבל מלאי קפה ותה לא חודש בכל שהייתנו במקום.
• IGHC (7/5): Buena ubicación en habitación amplia. - La ubicación es inmejorable, puedes ir a todos los lugares de interés a pie. La cama era grande y cómoda, y las almohadas también. Buena limpieza diaria. Tanto ell check-in como el check out se hace en contacto por WhatsApp por lo que es muy cómodo. Si hay alguna incidencia responden rápido. Al estar en pleno centro hay muchos pequeños markets y restaurantes cerca. Está situado en la 1ªplanta y no hay ascensor pero la escalera es amplía. Que había días que no reponían ni toallas ni botellas pequeña de agua.

Two of our six breakfast there was not croissant left and we got a little sweet cake instead. We wanted to pay extra for a better breakfast but not possible! We wanted a thelefonnumber to the host, but we could not find it, only possible with mail. Not satisfied!
• marcos (9/5): Excelente! - Excelente localização, apartamento super limpo e bem cuidado, camas confortáveis, fácil comunicação com o proprietário que foi muito gentil e nos deixou 2 dias de café da manhã pagos ( com vouchers) para 3 pessoas no restaurante que fica bem próximo mesmo chamado "Pasta in Corso", que é um ótimo custo benefício na região. Tudo muito bom mesmo! Recomendo! Apenas a ducha do chuveiro que estava sem um lugar para pendurá-la. Não foi um problema, mas seria mais confortável ter as mãos livres para tomar banho ao invés de ficar segurando a ducha com uma mão. Apenas isso.

Nous sommes arrivés tôt un matin, nous avons souhaité déposer nos bagages mais personne n'a répondu à mon email de demande. personne à la réception à notre arrivée, nous avons reçu les instructions pour rentrer dans le logement tardivement. Le petit déjeuner était inacceptable, nous avons été très mal reçus par le restaurant imposé. Il n'y avait aucun choix et quand nosu avons demandé de prendre autre chose en payant un supplément, ceci a été refusé. Nosu avons dû insister pour avoir autre chose que du café pour les enfants! Nous n'y sommes allés qu'une seule fois, nous n'avons pas utilisé les tickets pour les 2 jours suivants. Nous avons demandé un remboursement mais notre demande est restée sans réponse.

• Francesco (9/5): Camera top e ottima posizione - La camera era luminosa,ampia e pulita inoltre la posizione centralissima a 2 minuti dal Pantheon ci ha permesso di visitare tutta Roma a piedi. La formula della colazione è ottima in collaborazione con un bar a circa 60 metri dalla struttura, inoltre ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out cosa che si è rivelata molto utile. L’unica cosa è che sono riuscito praticamente a dialogare con i gestori solo tramite WhatsApp perché la reception è inesistente

De tog heldigvis tlf og kunne guide os til at finde en nøgle box til at komme ind. Havde skrevet til dem flere dage inden vi kom vores ankomst tidspunkt og om der var 2 enkelte senge, vi fik aldrig svar. Skrev til personalet vi gerne ville have vores bagage stående efter vi var tjekket ud så de skulle sende os en kode men de svaret aldrig.

Leider gab es einen Tag lang kein warmes Wasser und die Heizungsleitungen haben sich nachts lautstark mit uns unterhalten. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter leider nur über WhatsApp möglich.

Not sound proof. There's no microwave or ref.. So just a room with toilet.

• Luis (10/5): - If you are looking for the best location in Rome this is the perfect place. Everything is near. And if you need to get to another place there is a bus stop really close. The security is good, 3 doors to get to your room, smells clean and fresh, the service is great: new bedding everyday, clean towels, the bedroom is huge and there is good heating even in the floor. There is an air conditioning heat/warm. The breakfast is around the corner with gluten free options and family friendly. Communication is really good with Roberto, English / Spanish. They wait for you with options for coffee and te in your room. We didn’t feel it was noisy even if it was in the middle of a busy street: nice restaurants and pizzerias (Gnocco is a must, make a reservation online) If you are going to complain about the view (and internal patio) or some minor stain in the wall from a reparation you are not thinking smart about the location and the history of Rome. We’ll definitely come back.

Il pulsante della luce era sopra al letto, non ne abbiamo trovati vicino la porta di ingresso, quindi un po’ scomodo, abbiamo dovuto usare la torcia di sera per entrare in camera. Nessuna presa di corrente in bagno, quindi ho dovuto asciugare i capelli a metà tra il bagno e la camera da letto, anche quello un po’ scomodo. Il termosifone in bagno era un po’ sporco, non è molto carino alla vista, ma non è stato un problema ovviamente.

Aklınız karışmasın. Gerekli bütün açıklamaları yapıyor her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltıda 1 adet kruvasan bir kahve ve bir portakal suyu veriliyor. Az gelebilir fakat gerçekten doyuruyucu ve keyif verici kahvaltılı aldıysanız inanmıcaksınız ama öğlen yemeğine kadar sizi götürürür başarılı ve kahvaltı otelin 50 m yakınında mutlaka orada öğlen ve ya akşam pizza ve ya makarna denemizi tavsiye ederim. Otel ev tarzından fakat ses veya gürültü yok. İnternet var. 24 saat sıcak su var. Temizlik hergün yapılıyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Roberto çok teşekkür ederiz.

Com uma caminhada, chegamos aos pontos turísticos. Não faltam opções para comer, especialmente o Bucio, que tem o melhor atendimento que tivemos em todo o nosso período em Roma. Não tem condicionador para o cabelo.

• Doshi (10/5): Excellent 👍 - The room was perfect.. it had all the amenities required for a short stay.. very clean and comfy, it also had air conditioning which is superb in such hot weather or Rome. It is bit far away from Rome termini station but the location is superb and lively even at night, too many restaurants nearby and the area is safe. Breakfast was proper Italian, coffee croissant and juice, which I loved! And the host was very helpful and kind, he even helped us with early check in. Loved the property! Loved everything!
