- Dhuha (4/5): - The location is excellent for anyone who wants to stay close to lively areas, restaurants, and shopping spots. However, the hotel itself is very old, the rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell and were not clean. The most concerning issue was the lack of proper locks on the room doors. In addition, the housekeeping staff entered the room without permission despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

- aprilcQ2002SY (8/5): Nice stay in paris - The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We arrived by taxi and had been overcharged by a corrupt driver- Mile, one of the bellman, had helped us to negotiate a lower fare which was very appreciated. The rooms were nice and bathroom appeared recently remodeled. We stayed in a twin deluxe which was spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed at. I do think the carpeting in the hotel hallways were in need of an update as they were a bit stained and dirty and the floors beneath were creaky. The location is convenient next to the train and metro. The other recommendation I have is related to improvements in security. Our room door only had a keycard reader. There was no additional deadbolt or top lock on the room entrance. The bathroom door did however have a deadbolt lock. Given that a keycard wasn’t needed to use the elevators and front door security was a bit lax I think this would be a beneficial addition to make guests feel more at ease. The breakfast was delicious. Overall we had a nice stay here.

It was impossible to sleep due to significant vibrations and a constant noise caused by nearby public transportation. It’s extremely stressful to hear this noise and feel vibrations every 3 to 4 minutes from 5 a.m. until midnight. Executive rooms are supposed to be the best, so we didn’t take the risk of switching and instead left after 3 days for another hotel.

It was also great that cars were readily available at the curb outside as my MIL has limited mobility. Restaurant nearby and central location made everything easy. Will definitely come back again.

- kristinacJ9095GS (4/5): Disappointing experience for the price - I chose this hotel because of its central location and the expectation of a certain standard associated with the brand. While the location is indeed excellent, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The room was surprisingly basic, lacking several amenities that are typically standard—even in lower-category hotels. There were no proper glasses (only paper cups), no coffee machine, and no water provided in the room. In the bathroom, even simple items such as a glass for a toothbrush were missing. Service also fell short. When I requested slippers, I was told availability needed to be checked, and when asking for a bottle opener, I was asked to go to the bar instead of being assisted directly. For the price paid, this level of comfort and service is simply not acceptable. The experience did not reflect the expectations one would have for a hotel in this category.

- 317bobw (2/5): Absolutely horrendous beds & pillows! - The absolute worst! I have never experienced a bed so incredibly hard and impossible to sleep on. The pillows are horrendous as well. It’s day 1 of my stay here at 1 am. I can’t wait for daylight because there’s absolutely no way I can tolerate this for another 7 days. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are much smaller than you’d imagine. The service is top notch. I won’t mention what I assume is a rave happening every 45 seconds to where music is absolutely blasting causing my room to shake. If you desire comfort and quiet don’t even contemplate this hotel. What an absolute horrendous experience!

- annwY280LD (4/5): Checked in tonight VERY DISAPPOINTING - Checked into hotel tonight and extremely disappointed w/front desk reception and condition of rooms. Would change hotels if possible. As a Hilton Honors member confirmed 1 deluxe and 1 executive Deluxe room 111 had horrible musty moldy odors - requested a move and given a much smaller downgraded room without any price adjustment or offered an upgrade. The executive room 125 has no drawers for unpacking and a weird split bath with the toilet in a small separate room (o e can’t turn around if the door is open or closed). and the shower and sink in a space that can only accommodate one very skinny person at a time. Carpet in halls and bedrooms old and dirty. The bellman Mohand was very gracious as would be expected from a Hilton service member. At arrival - There was no welcome greeting. Our family had spent 5 prior nights at London Canopy and the service levels and room amenities were exceptional. My daughter has worked at 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts and was underwhelmed by arrival experience and quality of rooms. Dry disappointing experience and we have 3 more nights ! M. Sievers. - victoriakR6899OZ (6/5): Hotel ok, rooms small - Supposed to be a 4 star hotel. With tax, close to $800 per night for a junior Queen suite. The hotel is kind of dirty. Carpet is dirty in any case. Junior suite has not one single drawer to store clothing. Room for 1 suitcase, the other is currently blocking the room on the carpet. The executive lounge is packed with people and it’s not restocked with food very often so when I’ve gone, just a few scraps left over. No amenities in the room - I was looking for q tips and cotton pads, usually called a vanity pack. No amenities at all. Maybe if it were not so pricey, like maybe if it were $400 per night for this room, it would be ok. The staff are very nice and helpful, I will say that. Breakfast is good. But the room is not something I would recommend for $800 per night.

- BerlinG-ParisF (8/5): Average Stay-Breakfast Highlight of this stay but many Areas for Improvement Still - We stayed 2 nights with Hilton Rewards...1-3 December 2025 in room 349. We arrived and were told by Rosa that our room was not yet ready (it was after 14h-2p.m.?). We were sent to Club Lounge and told we would be contacted in 30 minutes or less. We waited and waited over an hour so I went back to front desk to find out that Rosa had gone off duty without informing anyone of our waiting in lounge? Bad start to our stay. Those then at the desk apologized, but we are older and enjoy an afternoon nap, which this experience ruined. We've stayed here about 10 times with a couple of over the top stays, some complete disasters, but mostly some good/some bad like this one; however, the location is great with access to much of Paris by bus, Metro, train, and more. We also have HiltonHonors Diamond status and receive access to the Club Lounge, but our status recognition here otherwise is hit or miss. Our room this time was very tiny. The minibar was empty despite the sign with prices? The bathroom had good size shower, but the rest of the bathroom was about the same size and cramped. The bed took up most of the room, and I don't remember a view. The Club Lounge still only offers 1 red and 1 white wine choice each. There is no liquor! Food is hit or miss and can be something like chicken wings, some other tasty bites, or the possible high carb dish which looks as if it came from the frozen food section! We were able to eat enough to save money by not going out for dinner. We tend to have big lunches at our favorite restaurants when in Paris and eat minimally for dinner. There was one outstanding employee, but I didn't get her name. She worked the breakfast in the main restaurant (not impressed with Club Lounge breakfast so always eat in main restaurant since it's also free for us). I drink lots of water when I eat, but they only had very small glasses for water so I asked her near the end of our 1st breakfast if they had larger glasses, and she presented a good size (500 ml-16 oz or larger) glass filled with water when she saw me the 2nd morning. I still had to refill that one 3-4 times, but it was a lot better than the tiny ones! I would also order my omelet when we checked in and would receive such in 3-5 minutes. I then added my meat and bread choices, got my coffee (and water refills), and other tasty morsels. In conclusion, we will return here because it is the best located Hilton property in Paris for our needs, is the only Hilton property with a Club Lounge in the city, I think, and because we do have so many reward points! Most of the staff, especially the person who initially greeted us at the front desk (Rosa) and then forgot about us as she ended her work day, need many hours, if not days, of customer service training, especially about to how to treat their top status HiltonHonors members!

The room was so small- no room at bottom of bed to walk past. - R7396IOjeffg (10/5): Excellent Stay at the Hilton Paris Opera - We recently completed a 5 night stay at the Hilton Paris Opera and it was a great experience. We were warmly greeted by both the bell staff and the front desk staff upon our arrival, and my Lifetime Diamond status was recognized. The room was amazing (clean, comfortable, and with very low noise levels) and the location of the hotel was excellent for transportation, sightseeing, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast options and evening happy hour in the executive lounge. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Again, our initial interaction with the bell staff and front desk staff set the tone for our stay. Further interactions with the breakfast and lounge staff were equally pleasant, but I wanted to share a special shout out to Margot, the Duty Manager. She really went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. Thank you to all the staff at the Hilton Paris Opera and we look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

- walkaj12 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE SLEEP - The beds feel like you're sleeping on the floor. The charging ports in the room take 16+ hours to charge phones and would not allow a blow dryer to be used. The lobby smells like farts. Homeless men fought outside all night long. Police sirens every 30 seconds. The heating system was stuck on and it was miserably hot. We barely slept in the 4 days we were here. I'm writing this review from their awful bed. It ruined our trip to Paris. If I wanted hostel conditions then I would have booked a hostel. I booked a 5 star hotel which clearly this is not. If you're going to spend a lot of money for a hotel in Paris... please make sure it is not this one. Horrible value.

- Simon (8/5): A very good hotel that lives up to the Hilton brand. - This is a very good hotel. All rooms in Paris are small unless you pay a small fortune, and yes the room was small but very comfortable and kitted out in a ln upmarket way. Everything worked - no niggles. The staff were v friendly and helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent with good fresh ingredients- the fruit juices not concentrate. Put it this way - when you’re trying to figure out what an unknown hotel is like from photos and guest’s reviews, in this price bracket, you can depend on the Hilton Brand that you will not be disappointed. It’s in a v good location, (Gare St. Lazare) from CDG you just get the RER B and change to the RER E at Gare du Nord (Reverse on way back) and you have access to the Metro (and a Taxi rank) on your doorstep. If you are feeling energetic as we were then most of the major sights are a 30-40 minute walk. Nothing at all!

- Charona3101 (10/5): Loved the stay! - As a gold Honours member I use Hilton quite a lot and this one is excellent. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly service and lovely rooms. Some reviews suggest the rooms are a little small but this is Paris and entirely in keeping with the norm. Great location, lots of places to eat around and taxis immediately outside. Very close to the excellent public transport system too. Highly recommended. We will be back.

- elizabethwK9406HO (6/5): Plesent place to stay - Great location, Atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable. Rooms comfortable although a lot smaller than the pictures would indicate, and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned although House keeping tend to come round very late on weekends. A quiet place to stay, but have busy restaurants opposite. Slightly over priced for the size of rooms. Do not use the Taxi's outside the Hotel they charge in some cases double to Uber or other apps do.

- 777hendrika (10/5): Five Star Hotel !!! - Going to Paris, as usual we booked a weekend and had a special request about the room. Miss Margot Ferragu, Manager on Duty, replied me ASAP and the request was fullfilled upon arrival. Very nice and classy hotel, excellent location with metro nearby. Extremely friendly staff. This hotel is a full 5 star hotel !!

- elzadas2022 (10/5): Amazing stay - I stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera in January, and the hotel’s location was absolutely amazing. Every team member was extremely helpful, from the concierge and reception to the F&B team and housekeeping staff. A special shout-out to the entire hotel team for making my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was excellent, and the Executive Lounge was amazing as well. Keep up the great work—I will definitely recommend this hotel.
- Shaikha (3/5): You can only live there if you don't drink much water, don't need to clean or stock the room with daily necessit - Lactation, Concierge staff and staff in restaurant The shock was that there was no water in the rooms; we had to go down the corridor to get some! We had to buy water for the duration of our stay, costing €85. They don't clean the rooms daily, and if they do, they don't provide toiletries or tea. We booked an extra night through their website, but we couldn't find a reservation on Booking.com, and they wouldn't even allow us to stay in the same room for half a day. When we moved to another room, we left the handheld bidet for just a few minutes and returned to find it missing. We reported it missing, but unfortunately, the response was, "We couldn't find it." Umbrellas cost €3; they're not free! Feeling unsafe, there was a loud and forceful knocking on the door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I couldn't see who it was, and it wasn't room service. I called reception to send security to see who it was. They apologized and said it was room service, but I didn't believe them; the voice was a man's, and all the room service staff were women. This is a very bad experience at this hotel.

Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre: bruits de canalisation et musique d'une soirée festive. Moquette défraîchie et constellée de tâches. Douche et toilettes défectueuses. La suite est indigne d'un 4 étoiles

Un beau séjour, gâché par la personne chargée du Check out qui s’est emmêlé les pinceaux au niveau de la facture finale et malgré des erreurs évidentes,n’a pas jugé bon de s’excuser. Dommage que cette personne représente une institution comme le Hilton au moment de notre départ .

- twiz77 (8/5): Great stay! We stayed 4 nights using our Hilton points. Did not get an upgrade - the room was small, but say - Great 4 night stay early December. We used Hilton points / Hilton Diamond member - did not get an upgraded room. While the room was small - it was well appointed, quiet at night, clean, bed was comfortable and we had space for our bags/clothes, etc. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We are appreciative of the birthday wishes and the goodies received. The lobby is beautiful-loved getting a drink before heading out for evening festivities. I have seen the reviews of the lounge - yes, it is small - but the food and drinks offered were nice and worked for our needs. I thought the croissants to be rather good! We also loved the location - so very handy for everything- shops, Opera, metro, restaurants, etc. Also very handy to have taxis typically parked out front. Great and wonderful stay! Merci!!
