RICHARD (10/5): Un pasaje perfecto a la Roma “local” perfecto - El hotel tiene instalaciones Implacables. Está ubicado en la zona residencia una zona residencia de Roma.muy Cerca del Vaticano y de las zonas turísticas de Roma. Pero sin estar inmerso en las zonas turísticas congestionadas de turistas. Tiene el Metro a menos de tres cuadras y múltiples paradas de Bus caminando. Si se paga el pase del transporte público de Roma, va a tener acceso a el Metro y sistema de buses con muchísima facilidad. Cómo es una zona residencial hay muchas opciones de restaurantes “tratorias” legendarias donde suelen ir los Romanos, opciones locales de comida excelente a un precio razonable a distancia caminando en una zona segura. Las habitaciones son detalladamente elaboradas, confortables y en lo personall me tocó una habitación inmejorable con vista a la capilla del Vaticano. Hermosa vista especialmente al Amanecerer! Hermosa vista desde el balcón de la habitación. Desayuno fantástico, de excelente calidad y con muchas opciones. Muy buen servicio. El restaurante en las Noches, funciona fantástico. Excelente la comida con inmejorable el servicio. 10/10*** (Hasta los locales va a cenar en la noche ahí). Tiene bodega para guardar el equipaje antes o después del check in/out. Se puede llegar fácilmente en Metro desde o hacia el aeropuerto. Utilizando el leonardo express combinado con el metro Local. Se llega muy fácil a a la Roma Termini también a través del metro en caso de necesitar tomar trenes a otras ciudades de Italia. En caso de Regresar a Roma me volvería a hospedar ahí. Con toda certeza regresaremos a Roma… la Moneda cayó en la Trevi. Así que con seguridad volveremos a disfrutar de Roma y del NH Roma Centro. Muchas gracias al personal que se portaron de manera especial con nosotros. Hicieron de nuestra estadia un viaje a Roma excelente. Todo fue perfecto.

Cacá s (6/5): Boa localização - - A localização é muito boa - a atenção ao pedido especial que eu fiz , pois estávamos comememorando o aniversário do meu marido e houve atenção a esse detalhe. Também tivemos um mimo para o meu filho quando chegamos no quarto. - Café da manhã muito bom. - o quarto fica iluminado logo cedo a janela não é blackout. - o período de funcionamento do bar é muito curto e às vezes nem funcionava, não tinha um local apara comermos um lanche ou um drink rápido e alguns dias não tinha nem mesmo funcionários para nos atender. - a limpeza do quarto : os copos naõ foram torcado todos os dias, a impressão que dava era que o mesmo copo que usávamos era "passado uma água" e recolocados, as colheres tinham marcas de boca indicando que não forma limpas. Meu filho sempre bebia leite à noite e um dos dos dias o copo que encontramos continha restos de leite, por isso a impressão de que somete era "passda uma água" nos copos que usamos. - estávamos em 3 pessoas no quarto, asm alguns dias foram deixados somente 2 toalhas e 01 água.

Jeg hadde bursdag når vi kom dit, fikk veldig god service og de ordnet med en kakebit imens vi ventet på rommet. Hotellet lå veldig fint til og det var kort vei å gå til alt. Kunne vært litt bedre senger, mykere. Noe oppussing på bad kunne vært nødvendig.
FTamas13 (7/5): Good located but shabby hotel - Great location close to the center. The hotel was a shabby, the room impersonal. The bed was very small, comparing similar type of 4* hotels (140cm). Our room was at the lift, therefore was noisy. If the hotel was full, I can understand to offer this room, but I guess this was not the case, just got the easiest room from the staff point of view. The cleaning staff talked very loud arround 8 am, when we still wanted some small rest, due to we were on holiday😀

Habitaciones pequeñas y con olor a cerrado Desayuno muy decepcionante para el precio. No lo recomiendo para nada. El sábado no había de nada a una hora razonable y tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para una tetera y pedirla varias veces. Salvo Ornella el resto del personal en servicio muy poco servicial

El colchón era de goma espuma de muy mala calidad, con mucho uso, me hizo doler la espalda. Pedi que lo cambien y nos hicieron hacer las maletas para cambiarnos de habitación, luego nos dijeron que no nos iban a cambiar e iban a cambiar el colchón. Por supuesto que no lo cambiaron.
