The amenities combined with the steam, sauna, whirlpool, wave and jets ecosystem and pool elevated the standard to a whole new level of indulgence combined with therapeutic soul. Outstanding wellness team and the message artist truly delivered an experience that was closest to the sky in the top floor elevation with views for miles and miles....reminiscent of The Who level enchantment of tunes echoing in your head as you glide out of the Four Seasons. - 772aleciac (10/5): Exceptional in every way. - This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property, and it was absolutely exceptional. The location, obviously, is unparalleled for the important sights of London, as well as tube access and just strolling around the three main parks- all of which are at your door. The property is stunning, elegant, and so comfortable. The food was so spectacular that I would spend a good part of each afternoon dreaming (and strategizing) about the next morning's breakfast. We were upgraded to the Westminster Suite, which had a stunning view of the Abbey and Big Ben, as well as a small balcony, two marble bathrooms, a luxe sitting room with a stocked minibar and a gorgeous bone china tea and coffee set. Everything we touched was seamlessly, instantly restocked. It felt like every time we left the room, someone slipped in and improved it. The soaking tub came with a bag of beautiful bath salts that most hotels might give you once, the Four Seasons replaced them every afternoon. This generosity extends to everything - an endless supply of restocked glass water bottles, soaps, towels, snacks, more than you could ever need. The total absence of corporate stinginess was almost startling in 2026. There is a full turndown service, which also feels vanishingly rare these days. The bed is a cloud, I have never slept better. While all of these qualities could be found at other luxury properties around the world, it was the people on staff who made it an unforgettable stay. Hotels of this caliber, especially in London, are typically run with a chilly, placeless formality. The Four Seasons, however, is staffed entirely by cheerful young English people who ask sincerely about your day, your plans, your family, and remember everything you tell them. We were there for nearly a week, and a highlight of every day was chatting with the lovely desk guys, the breakfast hostesses, the cheery housekeepers. Everyone rushes to help you, to detect an unasked question, to anticipate a need. They all remembered us and greeted us as friends. Mr. Cechak from sales took time out of his day to give us lots of advice about London and the Four Seasons generally; he made lifelong guests out of us. On our last day I needed to mail a thank-you note to my parents for watching our kids, and asked the gentleman at the front desk where I should buy a stamp. He simply took the letter and so graciously said, "Leave it with me." That's the ethos of this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and the food is made by high professionals.This is what I noticed and felt .They have the service of the Bentley car that can take you to near places .I would like to thank George on the front desk for taking care of our requests , welcoming smile and hospitality.And all the other staff were helpful and fantastic.

- JetsetWestCoast (10/5): Sophisticated and luxurious London stay! - This hotel is a true luxury hotel in the heart of London, and I had a lovely stay - it also has the price tag to match! While parts of the hotel aren't the most modern in the design choices (for example, the lobby and the bathrooms in room), overall the hotel is kept to top notch standards, with meticulous upkeep and no signs of wear or tear that we could see. There was also excellent service in the attached bar and restaurants. There were a few notable differences in our experience at this Four Seasons vs. other properties that felt like misses, but didn't really detract from the 5-star experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a hotel in central London. We opted for a Park View, which made waking up and spending time in the room lovely, with a great view of the skyline and park. The bed and pillows in the room are the best, the signature Four Seasons sleep experience. The room decor was comfortable, sophisticated and incredibly thoughtful to settle into. The closet area was spacious to unpack and keep luggage. The bathroom is spacious, and although it felt a bit dated with its aesthetics, it was very functional and had lovely toiletries on offer. The room was quiet, too! The location is wonderful. The hotel is nestled between Hyde Park and Green Park, and a quick walk to Knightsbridge and Mayfair shopping, and close to a tube station for other sightseeing excursions. My only complaint was that it wasn't super close to one of the ubiquitous grab-and-go food options in London like a Pret, M&S Food, etc for a quick and affordable snack, or your Diet Coke fix if you don't want to spend 7 pounds for one at the hotel. The service at the hotel was always friendly and welcoming, though there were a few missed opportunities for a hotel of this caliber. First, the things that delighted us - the staff at the bar and restaurant were excellent. The food and drink were all delicious, and everyone from the hostess to the servers to the bartender made us feel like VIPs. The highlight of our stay was having afternoon tea - pricey but very worth it. The staff was kind enough to accommodate us with a table in the restaurant area to make it easier for my elderly in-laws to sit and enjoy the service more easily rather than sitting at a low table in the lounge area. Also, the housekeeping staff was top notch. The room was perfect every day top to bottom. One day, when the housekeeping team checked in and I mentioned that I was spending the day in the room fighting a cold, they offered to have herbal tea with fresh ginger and lemon sent to the room, which really made me feel looked after. Also, the hotel lobby and toiletries all smell amazing! We were a bit surprised that the hotel's signature scents weren't available for purchase on-site when we asked about them. There were a few surprising missed opportunities with the service, I thought. They weren't deal breakers - but for a hotel at this price point and compared to the surprise-and-delight service I'd received at other Four Seasons properties, felt a bit unexpected. One example was when I asked the concierge team for help figuring out how to best arrange train travel for my family and I for our onward journey in England - the concierge seemed confused that I was asking her about this, and only after I kept asking questions did she somewhat bemusedly offer to print out a train schedule for me. As a point of comparison, at the Four Seasons Seoul, when we asked about the same thing, the team immediately explained everything to us about what trains to take, and also offered to book our tickets for us and simply add it to our room bill. Another example of a missed opportunity was that our luggage had been delayed by British Airlines for the first several days of our stay - understandably the hotel can't fix this as they aren't the airline, but after we discussed it with the concierge team at check in, gave them the details of the situation and the missing luggage case, and we were clearly frazzled and unsure what to do or how to proceed, it felt like we just got nods and smiles - it was polite, but offering a complimentary drink to settle us into our stay and offer some inside knowledge or assistance of what to do would have been exceptional. Overall, I'm glad I got to check this property off of my Four Seasons wishlist, and would recommend it if you're looking for a luxury hotel in London!

Every single member of staff from the doormen and concierge to the housekeeping and in-room spa team made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism made our stay memorable and stress-free. The room was beautifully presented, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. I particularly appreciated how smoothly everything ran and how every request was handled with genuine care. That said, while the experience was undeniably luxurious, I’ve given a 7 because for the price point, I expected a few extra touches or inclusions to really elevate the value. Still, it was a wonderful stay overall, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and comfort in London. Nothing major if I had to mention one thing, I'd say the dining options could be a little more flexible, but overall, the service and comfort far outweighed this.

- DayTrip53171689975 (6/5): Most disappointing 4S ever - As a regular traveler, been to many four seasons hotels around the world (Taormina, Budapest, Marrakesh, the 2 of dubai, Moscow, Lisbon…) and naturally decided to pick this one for my stay in London Never been so disappointed by this brand Booked a park view premier room, paid full amount in advance, expecting a park view (as per their website photos) Discovered at check in that the view was not guaranteed (check photos) and that the premier room has the same size as the deluxe. Only the view is different, but look at this view… waking up to a full building covering any park view So how does four seasons allow this misleading behavior? You’re selling a park view? The photo on your website shows a park view? You’re selling the room at a premium? Then waiting for guests to complain or not before offering them something else? Which happened… As every traveler, I hate facing these kind of situations, where you need to complain to get what’s due to you. Four seasons is a brand meant to anticipate your expectations and your wellbeing, that’s why we pay a serious premium to stay there Instead, four seasons park lane London sold us a non compliant room with no view, recognized it was misleading and then tried to fix the situation. Staff is extremely polite, accommodating and prepared in all departments: from Reservations, to Housekeeping, to room service, Reception and Breakfast hosts. Everybody seems genuinely interested in making sure your stay is pleasant, so well done! The view from the last floor, where the Spa is located, surely represent the “wow factor” of this hotel, as you can work out while enjoying the most perfect London Skyline, with all its famous landmark.(picture attached). This was my first time in Park Lane, but surely not the last.

I would only change a couple of things about it - one would be the breakfast. It’s always our first and last stop on the journey, and every time we stay, it only gets better. The rooms are stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. With their recent remodel, the entire property feels refreshed and modern while still maintaining that classic Four Seasons elegance. The new restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was a standout, and we’re still dreaming about the meals we had there. Huge compliments to the new Chef Benjamin—what a talent! The service, as always, was top-tier. A special shout-out to Peter, Ricardo, Antonio, Connor and Catalina (among many others!) who made our dining and bar experience unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made every moment special. The bar area is a perfect place to wind down, with an excellent selection of wines, spirits, and cigars—enjoyed best on the cozy patio. This hotel is a true treat and continues to set the gold standard for luxury hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

From start to finish, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and helpful (I wish I could remember his name!). The hotel had our room ready upon arrival, which was a lifesaver after a long overnight flight with jet lag setting in fast. Dale, the concierge, was also incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. Traveling with kids, we especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. They arranged an amazing babysitter, Amy, who our children adored. Our room was spectacular, with a large private garden terrace where we could enjoy room service in the fresh air and take in the beautiful London sunshine. The hotel seamlessly handled all of our dinner, afternoon tea, sightseeing reservations, and transportation needs. The food was outstanding—the full English breakfast was a highlight, and the eggs were next level. They also kindly accommodated a late checkout, which made our departure day so much smoother. We’ve stayed at Four Seasons properties around the world, but this was by far the very best. If you’re planning a visit to London—especially with children—this hotel is truly unbeatable. - Riki747 (10/5): Daughter's Birthday Celebrations - Apologies for the wordy introduction and detailed review, it all comes together in the end, ‘onest: It was over 40 years ago that I first frequented the (Four Seasons) “Inn On The Park” (renamed as the Four Seasons Park Lane) to impress my girl friend over a romantic dinner -staying there/similar hotels was out of my financial reach at the time but it served as something to aim for. Despite having achieved that goal a few years later and having stayed as some of the best hotels in the world I cannot explain, despite their excellent reputation, why I have not actually stayed at a Four Seasons or for that matter the Park lane Hotel as I have stayed at quite a few of it’s London competitors…. So what changed, it was a combination of the Channel 5 documentary on the Park Lane property and White Lotus which currently features the Four Seasons Koh Samui -a stunning property that is now on my “to do list” even though it has been on the hotel scene for many years. The Channel 5 programme provided a detailed insight into the hotel and it’s workings, the professionalism and dedication of it’s staff especially Andrea the Guest Experiences Director so as I was visiting my daughter in London back in March I decided to “check it out” for lunch at the highly rated Pavyllon and booked coveted seats at the famous counter right in front of the open kitchen.`I also made a (provisional) room booking for Easter weekend to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. The room I had chosen has an unusual feature in London of a conservatory/outside terrace which if the weather was kind we could celebrate post lunch with cake and drinks. Lunch was a success (special credit to Romain who looked after us) so I confirmed my daughter’s birthday lunch and by good fortune I spied Andrea who was seeing to some guests and we had a brief (fine tuning) chat regarding the forthcoming stay. Although my booking entitled me to an upgrade I requested that he made a note on the system not to upgrade (the Westminster Suite is about 30% bigger) -naturally he was surprised, it was only the 2nd time in his career that this had happened. The Westminster Suite did not have a terrace so did not fulfil my plans for an outdoor celebration. If the weather did not allow as a Plan B the room had enough space to sit around the coffee table inside. He understood and wheels were put in motion. On the day the room was ready prior to the standard check in and the room/terrace prepped for post lunch celebrations -when it’s possible for things to happen in this manner the hotel gets extra “brownie points” Thank you Andrea and your “little helpers” The Executive Conservatory rooms are spacious by London standards, 49m2 with a separate decent seating area in front of a 2nd TV and of course an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. If there was a negative, the bathroom only had one sink and provided enough privacy for one person at a time although for most couples this is not necessarily an issue. A ¾ bath allows for a decent sized separate shower cubicle along with the usual high end toiletries which were in large home sized bottles as opposed to the standard miniature ones in hotels. Nice additional touch, one of the pillows had my daughters name embroidered which will serve as a more permanent and long lasting memory of her 30th birthday. Anyway, back to the all important celebratory lunch at Pavyllon: we had a corner section of the counter which made for a better interaction between us as opposed to sitting in a straight line -we fine tuned our food and drinks choices and let the experience evolve. The décor/ambiance is low key luxury -it’s not a formal jacket and tie scenario although it can be if you want it to be. Two of us opted for the set menu and two for the a la carte so we we had a mixture of dishes. The one dish myself and my daughter wanted to try after our initial lunch visit was the Chicken Cordon Bleu which is a sharing dish and is cut into two at the counter; definitely recommended. Other dishes of note (albeit everything was excellent) were a perfectly cooked lamb chop and we loved the steamed comte cheese soufflé with watercress and smoked eel butter which we had previously enjoyed and had to try again -sounds like a strange combination but it works. It was nice to meet and chat with Chef Benjamin who came over at one point and we shared our positive feedback along with how good his French was, practice makes perfect 😊 The lovely Hotel Manager, Saakshee, was doing the rounds and it was a pleasure to meet her and have a brief chat. Post lunch we were able to sit on the Conservatory room’s outdoor terrace as I was advised that the GM (Lynn) had ensured that the weather would hold out -much appreciated and even more brownie points. We tucked into the famous Four Seasons Cheesecake -no cake cutter server was provided although it’s not the end of the world it’s attention to this type of detail that counts. A nice perk of staying at the hotel is the complimentary Bentley (within the first 2 miles) which we took to Harrods post birthday celebrations. Next morning The Mayfair Muffin, as recommended by Roberto, went down a treat albeit next time I must go for the Full English which had a bit of a contradiction as it included an Italian sausage, I was curious so Roberto arranged for a taster. It was o.k. but I would prefer a quality traditional (English) Pork/Cumberland/Lincolnshire sausage, after all it is meant to be an “English….. “ The in house baked muffin was excellent but I was disappointed with the croissant and for that matter the Four Seasons Cheesecake from the day before -I’ve had better at lesser establishments. Thanks also to Sharn? Almond the breakfast Chef for your time during a busy service. The location of the hotel is close to Hyde Park Corner tube (Piccadilly Line with direct access to Heathrow or Piccadilly/Leicester Sq/Covent Garden in the other direction) and Harrods is a short walk away or one stop on the tube. In summary: The staff -first and foremost, are very personable and excellent at their jobs. It is without doubt a top notch establishment but thankfully what it does not come with is a superiority complex as so many hotels at this level around the world seem to have in their DNA. Upon checking out Andrea came out to say “bye” and to ask if all was satisfactory with my visit – a nice touch. Unfortunately there was a last minute fly in the ointment, the bill had an error which although immediately rectified, it should not have happened. All in all a very enjoyable experience and not sure how the staff did it despite it being my first visit to quote the programme “Cheers” all the staff seemed to know my name!

This hotel has to be the best hotel in the world! The location is in the midst of everything London has to offer. The staff here are the most thoughtful, kindest I have ever met. They go above and beyond to see to it you are comfortable and cared about. They remember your name and nothing is too much to ask for. You can tell they enjoy working here. The whole hotel is totally spotless. Housekeeping will keep your room organized. They do this twice a day! The bed and linens will have you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The food here at both restaurants is so elevated and creative. I enjoyed being able to watch the chefs in action. The concierge team spent so much time helping me plan activities to Windsor Castle including securing tickets and transportation. I’m excited to see Westminster Abbey tomorrow. The doormen are friendly and welcoming. They even have a house car for short trips within 1-2 miles of the hotel. It means alot when you are my age that you are in a safe environment with people that truly care. A special thank you to Nathan Jeffreys, hotel manager for making this a most memorable vacation!

I have traveled all over the world this past year running the 6 now 7 Abbott marathon majors. The Four Seasons Park Lane is the very best hotel in the world! As a physician, I am incredibly picky about cleanliness. This hotel has superceded all of my expectations! The hotel staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and housekeeping truly go above and beyond to make certain that you are 100 percent comfortable and have everything that you need for your stay. Front lobby has these amazingly big and fresh floral displays that just really put me in a great mood every single moment of every day. Staff greats you so warmly whenever you enter the hotel. The doormen are delightful, too! The hotel smells clean and is absolutely clean everywhere. I accidentally dropped the top of my moisturizer on the floor to the side of my bathroom sink. When I went to pick it up there was not a single spec of dust on it!😊 Gosh I love this place! I requested a feather free room due to asthma. Housekeeping had my bed changed in under 30 minutes after my request. Best, most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in my 56 years! I left my room for dinner and when I came back my toiletries had been neatly organized in my bathroom and a lovely linen mat with slippers had been placed next to my bed….pillows fluffed! If you want to do something very special for yourself and/or the one you love, stay at the Four Seasons Park Lane in London. The hotel itself along with the staff is absolutely excellent and the location is perfect to local restaurants and shops. I’m writing this and I haven’t even been in this hotel for 24 hrs yet! It’s THAT good.😉 Can’t wait to visit the Spa and workout room tomorrow!

It was different than the usual afternoon teas you get elsewhere - we loved it all but the savoury selection was unique with incredible flavours. The sweet offerings again were well thought out and were not sickly sweet but taste sensations each one. The service was attentive but discrete and all the staff were lovely. I feel compelled to share my shocking experience at the Four Seasons, which was so appalling that I believe every traveler deserves to know what happened. This review isn’t just a complaint—it’s a public declaration of the unacceptable standards and practices I encountered, which I hope will prompt immediate change and alert future guests. Payment Fiasco & Disrespectful Behavior I was all set to pay my bill via Apple Pay—a modern, secure, and widely accepted method. However, as I reached for my phone, the manager abruptly approached and coldly informed me that Apple Pay was not accepted at this property. Despite my polite inquiry, he continued tapping his finger incessantly, making me feel like a criminal as I scrambled to locate my debit card. This display of impatience and rudeness was utterly demeaning. Refusal to Provide Documentation After being forced to sign a document under stressful circumstances, I requested a copy of what I’d just signed. To my dismay, the request was outright denied. Transparency is not only a hallmark of good business but also a customer right under many consumer protection laws. Withholding a copy of a signed agreement is both unprofessional and, in many jurisdictions, a breach of protocol. Non-Functional Amenities & Unprofessional Communication Matters worsened when I reported that the shower in my room was completely non-functional. Rather than addressing the issue, the manager’s response was a curt and rude, “We’ve never heard of this before.” Such a dismissive attitude towards a reported problem is unacceptable, especially at a property known for its high standards. To add to my distress, I was inexplicably woken up at 8 AM by my room’s telephone ringing, without any subsequent explanation. This unnecessary disturbance disrupted my morning and left me questioning the hotel’s regard for guest comfort.

I actually got upgraded to one of the larger rooms - and yes, it is much nicer and bigger but you’d have a great stay whichever room you end up booking. The only downside is it’s not close to public transportation if you don’t plan to cab it everywhere. Green Park station is about 10-15 minutes walk and Bond Street, which is on the Elizabeth Line going directly to Heathrow, is even further away. It’s not that hard to hail a black cab at the hotel though so it’s not a big issue.

Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, pubs, sites, and transportation. If you have the means, do it.
- Mohammed (1/5): Overall, the overwhelming crowd in the lobby significantly impacted my stay and left a negative impression on my overall - The out standing cleaning and location During my stay at the hotel, the lobby was constantly overcrowded and chaotic, making it difficult to even move around comfortably. The sheer volume of people in the lobby created a noisy and uninviting atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. The crowd in the lobby seemed to be by governmental employees and security guards from one the country during their official visit that makes the political opponents to stay in the front of the hotel shouting at everyone coming out. I tried to explain the issue to front desk with no ear to hear.

- Keith (8/5): It was a good experience - The staff were great. Hotel was beautiful The breakfast was average. English breakfast. Not good. Bacon eggs black pudding everything pree cooked. Apart from sausage was almost uncooked. Toast was warm bread. Both days. I was not impressed
