• Stephanie (10/5): Beautifully appointment apartment, great location, we look forward to visiting again! - We couldn't have been more delighted with the apartment and our visit to Firenze. The apartment was well-appointed, the beds, pillows and blankets were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of five (2 adults, 3 children) to spread out. The kitchen table was sufficient for our use so we never really utilized the dining room, but it was beautifully set up and we appreciated the welcome gift! The location also can't be beat, the apartment is nearby most all attractions in the city and very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We never had a car during our stay, we just walked everywhere, including to and from the train station upon arrival and departure which was about a 20-minute walk. The faucet in the kitchen needs some attention, it would leak if not closed properly, and one of bathroom sinks was clogged. Overall though the apartment functioned well and we didn't have any real issues during our stay. It would have been nice to have known in advance that the apartment was on the very top floor of five flights of stairs, that didn't appear to be in the notes of the listing, so we were a bit surprised (and exhausted) by the climb to the very top on the first day, but we got used to it.

La petite intention à l' arrivée est appréciable. La douche, la température n'était pas réguliére, ça passait du chaud au froid...Et la pression de la douche.

• Claudio (5/5): - La localizacion del apartamento es perfecta, en pleno centro de Florencia. Los sofas camas eran muy incomodos, la cocina un poco vieja y no recomendable para familias con hijos pequeños, ea dificil llevar el carrito del niño hasta el cuarto piso.

• Carolina (10/5): Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Hermoso el lugar, nos estaba esperando con una botella de vino y café, definitivamen - Definitivamente la ubicación y la vista. Estaba en el último piso del edificio, sin ascensor. Un poco difícil para subir con maletas, pero al entrar todo se olvida con lo lindo del departamento
• Mike (8/5): Prima voor een citytrip! - Het bevindt zich midden in de stad op loopafstand van alle interessant bezienswaardigheden. Het complex is erg rustig, wij hebben geen andere bewoners gezien of gehoord. Kamers zijn lekker ruim en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Bereid je voor op een hoop trappen want er is geen lift. Het appartement kan gehorig zijn want het bevindt zich aan de straatkant. Doordeweeks geen probleem maar op zaterdag regelmatig wakker geworden door dronken jeugd.

• Lindsey (10/5): Overall it was extremely good value especially being so centrally located - The beds were very comfortable and we very much enjoyed the bottle of wine. The air con was very effective and being on the top floor it was quiet Being on the top floor would be difficult for guests with mobility issues. The bathroom and kitchen are perhaps getting ready for replacement but I think this reflective of the price of the rental.

• Yan (5/5): The beds were comfy, and the area was spacious. - Location of the property and how spacious it was. A lot of stairs, very dim and not enough main lights. The kettle is quite old and makes the water have a strange taste — might need replacing.
• Alonso (5/5): Its okay. Right in the center of Florence but I wouldn’t stay again. - Right in the centre of Florence Its on the 7th floor without elevator!! We were a family of 7 with luggage. You can imagine how it was.. Apartment has old appliances and tiny bathrooms, not very comfortable but OK.

• Jean (9/5): Very cute and charming apartment in a great location. Excellent attentive hosts. - Location was excellent. Nice sized bedrooms, comfortable beds. Very small shower with somewhat unreliable hot water, but not too bad. Half bath was tiny, but clean and we were glad to have a second toilet for the group. A lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but we were traveling light so not a problem. If you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult.

Property is spacious. The stairs suck, it’s a lot of work going up and down but I think that’s reflected in the price and they are clear about it so we were expecting it.

• Jennifer (4/5): Don’t go, not worth the money - It was overall kind of clean and good location, everything else was bad First of all, it was 5-6 very long floors up, and there were no info about it before hand, we had big luggages that we had to leave in the car because it would have been impossible and dangerous to bring upstairs, moreover we had a person with mobility issues with us and if we knew that there was no elevator we wouldn’t have pick this place, it’s false advertisement and I understand why they make you pay before hand (first time you have to pay everything even city taxes even before getting to Florence) they insist several times (little too much) to do the check in days in advance and supposedly you have to put ALL kinds o info about all guests (we were 8, and supposedly I had to put all sorts of info about everyone with my phone over a not very sturdy internet, it took me like 15 minutes to put one person info, then giving up) the house it’s much smaller that what it looks like in the pictures, beds are not very comfortable as well as the bathroom. To be honest I would never go back.

• Ilknur (5/5): Passable - Only the location and entrance the property is easy. The apartment was on the top floor. We had to climb eight floors to get out with the suitcases. The message and the notes were very strict about collecting the rubbish, or there would be a fine. However, there were no rubbish bags anywhere except in the rubbish bin. I would not consider staying here again

• Rosemary (4/5): - We arrived to the property already tired from our travels, and you would expect upon arrival to any hotel/rented space you would be greeted to a clean, welcome place with the accommodations you were expecting from the listing itself. However, unfortunately for us this was very far from true. We arrived to a place that looked very different to the listing without even having been cleaned. The floors were dirty with dust piled in the corners, the bench near the door in one of the bedrooms was broken in half (split down the middle), there were crumbs in the creases of the desk chairs and on the couch, and much more. The front door lock seems to be faulty which led us to feel a bit unsafe, and the toilets in the bathroom take more than 1 flush to flush anything that may have been in there. The towels we used were stained, there was half eaten food left from the previous guests still in the fridge! Construction outside early in the mornings can’t be helped, however if it’s been going on for weeks as the construction crew said, we could have been informed about it instead of being woken up at 5 am for the few days we stayed with power tools. The listing also fails to mention that the room is on the top floor and there is no way up to it besides a staircase with lights on a 30 second timer. If we had known, we’d have packed much less bags as we had to make multiple trips up and down the never ending staircase. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

We tried to spend as little time inside the a - Honestly the only good thing about this property was the location. Everything else was very disappointing. The apartment wasnt clean (clean) at all. They had cleaners clean the place, but it was not clean. Stained sheets, yellow stained pillows, mould on the washing machine, dirty walls, no clean smell in the apartment. We were very disappointed and even after speaking with the owners there was little to no care about our concerns. I would not recommend to stay here. Also they never mention it is on the top floor, no elevator and around 10 flights if Steve stairs to climb with luggage.

• Jill (9/5): Fabulous location and host! Thank you!! - Lovely apartment with fabulous location, airy and bright, with good functional kitchen. Be aware of the 6 flights of floors with no elevator. Could really use a simple upgrade of new pillows, they were unusually flat/hard.
• Vishal (4/5): ok, wont stay again or recommend. - location, location & locations. its so close to all important tourist attractions. lovely cafe downstairs & loads of eating options all around. hosts provided a bottle of wine as a welcome & a small set of kitchen supplies (dishwaher tablets, washing machine tablet etc) which is handy. very convinient location. dingy building no elevator & apartment on top floor / 5th floor. bathroom was the smallest I have seen, hardly any space very dated kitchen / bathroom rooms were ok, but no ceiling lights, so it got really dark in the evenings or windows closed.

• S (5/5): Not suitable for families with small children and seniors - Perfect location. Kitchen is dated and not clean, cheap plastic tea pot smelled terrible. Not suitable for families with small children and elderly people: apartment is located on the 5th floor of the old building with high ceilings without an elevator. The apartment has unsafe and unnecessary furniture pieces such as a glass cabinet filled with wine glasses in the bedroom, as well as an old closet door serving as mirror that is not secured to the wall. Clean but mended sheets. I would expect more for $400/night.

• Rachel (10/5): Spacious walk up - Easy Uber ride from train station. Pack light because this is on the ~6th floor of a walk up building. Worth the effort. Spacious and cozy. You can see a beautiful tower out the window from one of the beds (zoomed in photo below!). The eating area set the stage for family time. Take out pizzas and wine are close by and delicious. The host arranged a welcome basket for us upon arrival and it set the tone for a great visit :-) I included a few pics we happened to take below.
