Dimanchei matin il a été tres difficile d'acceder a la salle de petit dejeuner, les ascenseurs etant réservés a un groupe d'étudiant et nous avons attendu au moins 20 minutes avant de se facher et on nous a laissé entré. Beaucoup de monde arrivé en meme temps et le check in a été long
- Νικολαος (1/5): - Δεν είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι το πάρκινγκ είναι έξτρα δεν το έγραφε πουθενά, Όταν παίρνεις ταξί έξω από το ξενοδοχείο έχεις παραπάνω χρεώσει επειδή είσαι πελάτης του ξενοδοχείου 😂, Και είχα πληρώσει για 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και μου έβαλαν 2 μονά κρεβάτια και όταν τους το είπα μου είπαν και καλά ότι το είχα βάλει σαν προτεραιότητα αλλά δεν με ενημέρωσε κανείς ότι δεν θα είχα διπλό κρεβάτι η περιοχή απαράδεκτη αλλά το ξέρεις πριν μείνεις εκεί όπως και να έχει σε βλέπουν σαν ένα πορτοφόλι δεν θα ξανά έμενα ποτέ εκεί !

- Olga (9/5): מלון עם שרות מושלם - מלון טוב מאוד, מתוחזק יפה. צוות מצויין, ניקיון מושלם. גג וחדר אוכל מאוד מרשים ומומלץ ביותר. ארוחת בוקר טעימה, יש הכל מהכל. יש חניה של מלון. יש חדרים עם מרפסת. חדרים שקטים. ניקיון והחלפת מצעים ומגבות כל יום. צוות נדיב, קשוב, עוזר. תודה להם מיקום של מלון בסביבה שצריך להתרגל קצת. הדגשתי בהזמנה שנוף חשוב לי. הגענו וקיבלנו חדר עם נוף לבניין, ביקשנו להחליף והעבירו לחדר עם נוף יותר טוב. באמת שרות מושלם. המלון נמצא ב10-15 דקות מאתרים, מתאים למטיילים עם אוטו, יש חניה אומנם תת קרקעית בבניין מאחורה. בהתחלה היה נראה מסובך קצת אבל בזכות הצוות מצויין הכל עבר מצויין. תודה, נהנינו מאוד.

- Rosy (10/5): - El personal es muy atento y servicial. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena, queda a unas 2 calles del metro, en frente pasan varios autobuses y está como a 900mts de la plaza sintagma, que de ahí sale el tren al aeropuerto. En la habitación hay cafetera. Nos dejaron un plato con frutas y otro con chocolates. El desayuno es bastante completo, con muchas opciones y se sirve en el piso 11 con una vista hermosa a la acrópolis. Y por la noche se puede tomar cócteles en la misma terraza. Las camas son muy cómodas. Nuestra habitación en el piso 9 tenía un balcón con vista a la acrópolis. El único punto que no me gustó mucho fueron las almohadas, eran suaves pero demasiado altas.

- Grzegorz (9/5): Polecam hotel na kilkudniowy city break - Najważniejszy w tym hotelu jest widok na Akropol na 11 piętrze, który można podziwiać podczas śniadań i wieczornych kolacji lub drinka. Hotel posiada płatny parking -15 Euro/dzień, co jest dużą zaletą w zatłoczonych Atenach. Położenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre i wszędzie było blisko. Pomimo,że posiadaliśmy samochód, to po Atenach najwygodniejsze jest poruszanie się Uberem, nie traciliśmy czasu na szukanie parkingów i mieliśmy swobodę w odwiedzaniu kolejnych atrakcji. Pokoje średniej klasy, a widoku mimo dopłaty nie ma.

- jolantas701 (6/5): Hit & Miss - Supposedly a 4* hotel, but I've stayed in much better 2* hotels....... Booked a birthday girl's trip to spend a week in Athens. The location of the hotel is pretty decent. A 20-30 min walk to the main attractions and the metro is super close (within a 5 min walk). Hotel lobby is large and on first impression we thought we hit the jackpot in terms of choosing a nice hotel. Lifts - these were temperamental. Our room was on the 5th floor. Sometimes the lifts came quickly and worked, other times the door wouldn't open, or when you hit the button for the required floor that would light up or make the lift work 🙄. Lifts were supposed to hold quite a few people, but on occasion if you had more than 4 in the lift, it stated it was overloaded and wouldn't budge! Room - The view from the window overlooked an internal courtyard and into other rooms on the other side. Paintwork dirty and peeling and lots of bird droppings on the outside. Yum! Bathroom, quite small and not enough counter space for toiletries. Shower jets were mostly blocked so at best you had a dribble despite manually moving to another setting and a couple of times the bathroom flooded from the drain by the toilet after having a shower or bath. The room was ok, but certainly not 4* quality by any means, but as we were out all day it was literally a base for us to sleep. I certainly wouldn't want to spend more time in it. You could hear other guests scraping their chairs on the floor in the rooms above and you could hear guests in the corridors and rooms too! So even if you wanted to perhaps have a lay in you couldn't because it was too noisy at times. Restaurant - This is where they sell the 4* rating. The view of the Acropolis is amazing for sure, but that's literally it. Outside seating so on a good day, it's nice to sit there have a meal or a drink and enjoy the view. Food - we ate there the first night as we were tired from travelling, but we were limited on dietary options. Both my daughter and I are gluten free and the menus are not labelled with any allergen info. We asked what we could eat and it was literally only a couple of dishes and definitely no pudding! Disappointing for sure! Breakfast was a buffet style with a fantastic choice for all tastes, unless you are gluten free..... so many pastries, but none for us. No GF bread or cereals. We could have items from the hot buffet - eggs, bacon etc and there was yoghurt, fruit etc. Again, being a buffet style there was no allergen info by the dishes so we took a guess. I did ask someone on the first morning what was available and I got given a blank stare...... not instilling any confidence here. Most other hotels we stay at provide clear labelled info by dishes. Staff are clued up and they also provide a small section of bread, rolls, cereals and pastries. Again, for a 4* hotel this was extremely disappointing. Staff Attitude - hit and miss here. On our first night we were woken in the early hours by an alarm going off. At first we thought it was a fire alarm, but it wasn't. Turns out when we spoke to reception in the morning it was perhaps a smoke alarm going off because a guest was smoking in their room. No apology, nothing. Just very matter of fact. The housekeepers were polite and friendly and the young ones working in the restaurant were polite too. On checking out we weren't even asked how our stay was, or was everything ok. Again, very matter of fact. Literally thanks and goodbye. Didn't make me feel like a valued customer by any means. As I said, we used this more as a base during our stay but if the facilities were better we would've made more use of the hotel itself. If you want a 4* hotel then this isn't the one!

- Lilla Veronika (10/5): Komfortos szoba, kényelmes ágy, finom reggeli. - A hotel 11. emeletén található étterem csodás kilátást biztosít az Akropoliszra. Lehet bent is és a teraszon is enni. A reggeli választék bőséges, benne tradicionális görög sós és édes péksüteményekkel. Minden nagyon finom volt, amit kóstoltunk. A szobák éppen jó méretűek, az ágyak kényelmesek, a hőmérsékletet magunknak tudjuk állítani. A kádas zuhanyzó szuper. A korai becsekkolási szándékunkat néhány héttel előre jeleztem, de azt nem tudták biztosra ígérni, ami érthető is, mivel nem tudhatják előre, hogy ki, mikor fogja elhagyni a szobáját. Az érkezésünk reggelén is írtam, akkor sem tudták még, javasolták, hogy menjünk oda egyből a reptérről és kérdezzük meg a recepción, hogy lehetséges lenne-e. Érkezésünkkor (kb 09:30) nem kaptunk egyértelmű igen vagy nem választ a recepción, hanem várakozásra biztattak bennünket. 1 óra elteltével ismét rákérdeztünk, hogy be tudunk-e csekkolni, ekkor megint elküldtek. Harmadik próbálkozásra másik recepcióshoz mentünk, aki gond nélkül adta a kártyákat a szobához 12 óra környékén.
