• Gosia (5/5): Nice place but approach to their guests and all extra costs for everything is appealing. - Location good. Apartment itself lovely. I can say that management of this property needs to learn a alot. Firstly there is alot hidden cost which are not mentioned on booking.com at the time of the booking. Sun loungers extra money,Extra towels extra money, check in time is also extra cost if it's at different time than 3pm.If you leave towels with stains they will take it from deposit. I was told at the time of the booking tax rates for staying, then 3 days before our arrival i was told totally different quote for the tax ( nearly doubled from the original quote 50euro more) when i ask why wasnt i informed about it before i was told they have only informed me of this rise as a courtesy and i should know myself the cost of it!!! I was travelling with kids ( not very small though) and really I feel like I have to watch them every second so nothing will be damaged at the property and they won't be deducting it from deposit. I have stayed in many places before and never experienced such a hospitality. If you run a accommodation business you should know there are cost associated with it like wear and tear and putting guest in the position that dirty towel might cause deduction of the deposit is insane. I end up washing our towels myself as was cautious with their rules .After we check out we received a message that urine was poured on the carpet in the living room and they needed to send carpet to cleaning!! I was literally shoecked by that message. 2 days after I got a message saying that the urine smell was actually from the bathroom carpet not living room. Accusations were nonsense and humiliating. I could understand maybe their approach comes from bad experiences from previous guests but they shouldn't be assuming everyone who comes wants to damaged the apartment. Really the experience felt like they nearly don't want to have any guest coming there.
• Alin Blindu (10/5): Amazing apartment for families and couples, away from crowds of tourists. - Amazing location for a family with a kid, away from the main crowded tourist attractions. Amazing apartment and a very good intro to it by the host. Couldn't stay longer :)

• Halyna (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks - Nice and big apartment, great pool for residents. Very well equipped. Air conditioning works great. Location is nice, 20 min walking to the beach. At the same time you can walk around 40 min to the old city center which is also nice if you like walking. The bathroom needs renovation. Bed and sofa are not very comfortable for sleeping.
• Rut (8/5): Good place - I had a great stay at these apartments! The place was comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Communication with the host/management was smooth and responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

• Chris998 (10/5): Great apartment for families with children- Quick walk to Westfield Shopping mall for your needs - - The host we met to check in was lovely and so accomodating to our needs. Great English skills and showed us all the facilities the apartment had. Easy to message as well. -a short walk to the Westfield shopping mall for supermarket goods if you have children and many restaurants and cafes in the shopping mall to dine out -Great for family with kids- roomy enough for space for large luggage -Lovely outdoor space downstairs for kids to run around or go to the pool, use of the playground -Space to relax and feel your in comfort on your holidays -Very convenient stay to access all the hop on & hop off Barcelona tour day bus stops as well -There is also a train station you can catch into the popular main sites in the city N/A - We would stay here again!
• Michał (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartament in nice neithberhood. Clean and with all required equipment. The bathtub looked very old and a bit discoloured. Poor lighting, even in the kitchen (not that the lamp was flickering because that didn't bother me), but it was quite dark in the living room at night. You can sleep on the couch, but it's definitely not the most comfortable solution :)

• Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet. Close walk to the area and there were taxis if needed. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise it was very nice.

• Elaine (10/5): Will use again - Contact with agent and key handover really straightforward. Apartment also used by the owners so much better equipped than usually, especially the kitchen. Great for a long stay, very comfortable and really big balcony. In January had sun on it from first thing until mid afternoon. Pool looks nice although didn’t use it and grounds well maintained. Close to lots of public transport connections, shops and restaurants. It is at the Rambla de Poblenou end of Calle Tánger. Will definite return. Nothing
• Jamila (7/5): Nice property, not ideal location if your a tourist - We were there in the summer so didn’t get to utilise the pool but I can imagine it would be great in the summer. The balcony was lovely regardless and the apartment was big and clean and modern. It was also close to a large mall and a 25 min walk from the beach. Over all it was nice If you are visiting Barcelona as a tourist I would t recommend staying here purely for the location. You have to take a 15 min taxi to all the tourist spots and centre. Perhaps if your a local you may have a different point of view. We were also asked to pay a €250 euro deposit which is fine. The lady told us it would be refunded at 3pm after check out. A week later and no deposit was refunded, which I found odd. I messaged the property and they made the refund - makes me think if I hadn’t asked for the deposit back would they have even refunded the money?

• Robyn (10/5): Dining and shopping delight in El Poblenau - Loved the security in the complex. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Balcony and outdoor space was lovely including the pool. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable. Proximity to the beach and public transport were great. Ramblas Poblenau was a fantastic surprise. It was right around the corner and and provided so many dining options without being caught in the tourist trap. In the other direction was Glories shopping centre which provided other food and shopping options including a big Carrefor. Pillows need an update which is a minor issue. Everything else was great!

• Booking88 (10/5): Most cozzy and comfy flat i ever had in BCN - Great location and plenty of utensils min the kitchen . You can literally cook like a chef from, different coffee makers to making bread with the machine.

• Catherine (10/5): Apartment was exactly as promised. Bummed we didnt have the time to use the pool it looked lovely! - Direct communication with the host. Allowed early bag drop and key collection, (not a full check in), which was very helpful when arriving in town early. Bed was a little to soft for our taste, but might be ideal for others.
