I had some logistical issues with my booking and Meghan was incredible, she provided excellent service and helped me in a bind. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in LA!! My room was very spacious and had a beautiful large bathroom. Very safe and quiet area and hotel. Awesome gelato place across the street. Very close to great shopping at Beverly Center and on a great street with lots of amazing food options.

The receptionist also told us that we should have informed them that we had left the room so the cleaning team could pass through it… First time they tell me this TBW in a hotel

- marianaaS8145AD (10/5): Great Experience! - I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Palihouse West Hollywood that I felt it was worth sharing. Phrancisco, David, and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay special. The room itself was fantastic — the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. And I especially loved the bathroom amenities from Diptyque. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend staying here.
- 500gpv (10/5): Perfect time at the Palihouse - Check in and check out was a breeze. The two gentlemen at the reception were very welcoming upon arrival. I love the ambience of the property and the room was perfect. Breakfast at the cafe was perfect too! Housekeeping was very friendly and always initiated conversation. Meghan was gracious to hold my luggage at check out since my flight wasn’t till late in the evening. She also had great dining suggestions for lunch. I’m definitely coming back.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay when in town for business. Phrancesco was fabulous at the front desk and took care of my needs leaving my luggage after checkout and letting me pick up door dash at the lobby for a hotel night in dinner.

- JoeDec2014 (4/5): Nice hotel, bad service - While the hotel looks nice, the staff is completely disfunctional. For example, in the first two full days of our stay (out of three), our room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. We complained about it at the reception more than once and were promised that they would fix it, but to no avail. It seems that there is no overall management that ensures that guests wishes/complaints will be taken care by the staff which is supposed to deliver. After the two incidents we asked to talk to the hotel manager, but (s)he was not available… On a different note, though somewhat related, in our 40+ years of traveling around the world we never met a reception filled with such non-welcoming personnel. Any time we approached them the impression was that they were busy with more important stuff and wanted us to go away. Yes, that bad.

With heather or air conditioning makes bad sounds through the night. Whenever I have complained, they say they please write a letter to make a complaint to the manager or to the hotel, which I don’t want to do that any longer for wasting of my time. Not single even complimentary water but one bottle of water as 13 dollars All the lightings should manually turn off every single lamps.

Good-quality toiletries and amenities, large room, unusually big worktable and chairs. Funky, fun decor. My room had shutters but no blackout curtains, and in fact no curtains at all. The result was a lot of ambient light let in at night even with shutters closed, and none of the noise muting that curtains provide. More problematic, the elevator did not require a room key to select a floor, Anyone could walk in off the street and access any of the floors with rooms: women travelers take note. A $35 resort fee cited in-room coffee and concierge service as part of what it was for.
- K7034RYallisong (10/5): Would come again! - From the moment I walked in, I noticed the pleasant smell of their signature scent in the lobby, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and seamless. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in, but he was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to go over all of the hotel amenities and even made some great recommendations for shops and restaurants within walking distance, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night sleep. The hotel is also located in a great area that felt safe and convenient. When it was time to check out, Meghan assisted me and she was wonderful. She made the checkout process just as smooth as the check-in. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I especially appreciated all the quasi private nooks and crannies throughout the property for catching up on work, and my re-assigned room was cute as a button. (I hardly slept my first night as I did not anticipate the noise of the city outside my window, but Meghan was genuinely sympathetic to my case and moved me to a much quieter room facing the interior courtyard and pool the following night.) A million thanks to Tim, Emory, and especially Joey at the restaurant and bar for making my stay such a lovely and memorable experience. I will definitely return in the future!

- tara (9/5): My stay was relaxing filled with delightful scents, beautiful design and good food. - It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We love breakfast in the little cafe. We typically have it every morning of our stay. Staff is friendly and the setting itself is cool to be in. I enjoyed sitting by the pool this time and drinking the cucumber flavored water (and eating the gummy bears)! We happened to still be in our room when housekeeping came to clean and unfortunately they never came back. Not a big deal! We just called and requested more towels which came immediately.

- 645paulinah (10/5): Our first stay at Palihouse, we will return! - This was our first visit to a Palihouse property. Which was just delightful ! As we pulled in we were greeted by the valet. All guests staying overnight have to valet. Which was great for us. There are so many amazing restaurants in walking distance. Upon entering the lobby we were welcomed by Phrancisco who was attending to other guest at check in.I appreciated his customer service skills made our arrival pleasant. We arrived an hour before check in time so Phrancisco took our baggage as we waited for our room to be ready and we headed to the bar. The bartender who I don’t remember her name but she is a brunette. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us some fabulous drinks. The property’s aesthetic is something I appreciated, and more importantly the property is kept up and very clean. Our room was comfortable and spotless. - susanwK6297IL (10/5): My New Home Away from Home! - Wonderful hotel in the heart of LA. As a former resident of Los Angeles and a frequent visitor, I have been to all of the best of hotels in LA. This is my new home away from home. Centrally located. Wonderful decor. Great staff. Delicious bites.
- The-Milan-Chick (6/5): I would not return - Central clean, noisy and basic. The reception staff don’t go out of their way, the rooms are dark (due to the wooden sun slats), the windows are old and the noise from the street can be heard clearly. The floors are carpeted (for those that are allergic to dust), the AC even if turned onto hot remains cool. There is no iron, ironing board or laundry bag to be seen. There is a espresso machine without the capsules. It’s as if everything has been done half / half.
- G4196HLnancyh (6/5): Disappointed - Super cute hotal and good location. A little disappointing that the windows are so old and thin they do not keep out ANY noise. Unfortunately I also did not have any conditioner or soap in my shower so my overall stay was not great. Breakfast was delicious though and the staff was very friendly.

- ashleyfZ8475FK (10/5): Perfect hotel for a girls wknd in WEHO - We had such a great stay at this hotel for a girls wknd! Francisco (front desk) made our stay that much more special by having champagne on ice and cookies ready for us in the room, which we loved! The decor is so cute and the room was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We also recommend ordering the espresso martini from the bar, one of the best! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again and visit their hotel in other locations.
- 473iyanat (10/5): Customer Service Is Unmatched - I had a great week with Palihouse West Hollywood. After my extremely long work days I always looked forward to the front desks’ warm greeting & welcoming demeanour. The location was perfect & everyone went above & beyond. Phrancisco was the first person I met upon arrival & the last person to see me off & truly was a 10 throughout my stay.

- Sightsee34091071961 (10/5): Love, love, loved, you will too :) - What an excellent stay made even better by wonderful staff. The location delivers optimum benefits with excellent eating venues dotted around as well as Beverly centre at one end and The Grove shopping and eating markets at the other. The rooms themselves are generous and so thoughtfully appointed with sweet touches here and there to ensure you feel right at home. This thoughtfulness runs throughout Palihouse whether it be a drink before heading out to dinner or service by the front desk and housekeeping. We stayed in a bunch of places while gallivanting around the U.S and I have to say Palihouse West Hollywood was a total serendipitous highlight :)
- Alexis (3/5): Charming hotel but too many issues. - It’s a charming design-forward hotel that is in an accessible location. Staff tried to problem solve our ongoing room issues. We didn’t have heat the entire night due to an hvac problem—was unbearably cold. While to location is convenient, there is too much noise as the window are old and do not muffle any street noise. We left after one night.
- Explore318062 (10/5): Decent spot expensive fees. - Great location for Beverly hill and Rodeo drive. Breakfast was nice and reasonable for LA. Housekeeping however didn’t occur on our stay of three nights which lead to picking up fresh towels from reception daily. Reception did acknowledge there part on this issue and deduct some resort fees. We checked out at 6am yesterday for an early flight from LAX and we had told Valet and reception wed need the car for then. 5:45 I start packing the car but no car to pack. I had to go to security to get the keys and be lead to the car park to bring my car back. At a cost of $48/night plus tax this was laughable service so I requested this to be deducted also and it was without question. Nice hotel with reception and bar staff holding it all together.

- Zaliyager (10/5): Incredible place to stay - This is such an incredible place to stay. The location is safe and quiet, yet close to everything you need. Walk to many great shops and restaurants, easy to get to key attractions. The decor is inspired, and every detail has been considered. I only stayed one night and wished I was staying much longer! Highly highly recommend.

- Shane (10/5): - Wonderful, quiet boutique hotel, beautifully designed with a charming, warm feel. Felt very upscale and chic but cozy as well. Loved the unique (but useful) amenities and details in my room…high quality robe, champagne coupes and other high end glassware, great selection of unique alcohols and snacks. The room was super clean and spacious with a huge comfortable bed with quality linens. Everything about the hotel felt cool, unique, luxe and thoughtfully designed. The service was super friendly, attentive and efficient as well…especially the café staff. I arrived early and was offered a table to do some work on while I waited for my room, and although I only got an iced coffee, the server kept checking in on me and made me feel welcome.
