- Emma (5/5): Nice location, impossible to contact and lacked security - The location was great, the front desk staff were friendly and nice outdoor area to get some fresh air after long travel. Airport shuttle was good but without information on how to locate prior to arrival was only able to use it to return to the airport. The property was impossible to make contact with, prior to my arrival I tried to contact them via the bookings.com app, and by phone listed both in app and on Google. The elevator did not need a room key to access any floors, which made me uneasy about security, you could walk off the street and pick any floor to go to. When checking in staff were friendly but didn’t give much information, I had to ask about the facilities, breakfast times and how to get to my room. In the early hours of the morning someone tried to enter my room, I attempted to call reception thinking there would be an after hours contact but the phone line rang out. The property did not feel very safe for a solo traveller. Keep that in mind if you are looking for book.

Starting with the shuttle: waited for 1 hour in the Zone 7, which makes me wonder if I was in the right place since website said "every 30mins". When I've arrived, it was not told me that my request for late check out was accepted or not, which it leaves me to ask further. The room had smoke smell. It didn't have refrigerator has it mention. I've dropped a message asking if my request for late check out was accepted or not and it didn't receive any replies. I had to go to balcony in person ask and it was told me to pay extra $25 per hour of late check out - not informed before. On my leaving, the shuttle driver asked me which airline company I would go and I said repeteadly "Latam" and he dropped me in the wrong spot. Never going to be booking this place again.

- Rebecca (5/5): Fine for what I needed - The airport shuttle was very convenient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very dated and in need of refurbishment. There was not much warmth about the rooms unlike what you could find elsewhere. I also thought it was interesting that they still just used double sized pillows for the bed even though it was much larger than a double. The breakfast buffet was fine, but could do with improvement.

- Daniela (8/5): Good for the price - You have some shop near to the hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I needed an extra towel and tried to call to the reception for 1 hour and busy all the time, I went down and nobody was on the phone so I guess it isn’t connect to answer the phone.

I was on a flight and it tried to pull money from my account but monzo has protection and asked for approval, because I was on a flight I didnt have reception was unable to approve payment got declined. Booking.com sent an email that went to junk mail but again didnt see as was on a flight with no wifi, got to hotel they had cancelled booking and their ralph machio lookalike staff member was rude. I called booking.com as I was with young babies to no avail they took no responsibility telling me sent an email! I was on a flight with no wifi and same email went to junk mail. Absolute bullshit situation. Dont trust this hotel EVERYTHING STAFF RUDE AND USELESS

Coming from Dubai, my flight arrived early, the front desk agent proactively offered an early check-in for $50 USD as soon as a room became available. They also offered to secure my luggage in the meantime. Additionally, the property provides a highly convenient, complimentary airport shuttle service. Decent potential but major flaws—avoid Room 606 and check security. I can only recommend this hotel with serious reservations. Communication is poor; I requested an early check-in days before arrival but received no response. Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, we had to wait until 1:00 PM to get our room at an extra cost of 50usd. Safety is also a concern. The guest elevator was completely unsecured during our stay, meaning anyone from outside could access the room floors. If you do stay here,absolutely refuse Room 606. Loud mechanical sounds and bells ring through the walls constantly. Furthermore, a commercial ice maker sits in the adjacent room and runs loudly all night, making sleep nearly impossible. Ask for a room far away from the ice machines and confirm the elevators are secured before checking in.

- Rebecca (4/5): Good location but really poor service and overall experience - Location was handy for the airport and the view from the room was great. Watched an osprey hunting around the lagoon. The hotel system was down when we arrived so they weren't able to properly check us in and give us a key. They allocated us a room and a member of hotel staff had to accompany us to our room to let us in to the room. Despite them assuring us it was temporary and we would soon get a key, this temporary system remained in place for our entire stay up until the hour before we checked out. Each time we left the room we then had to go to reception and ask to be accompanied to our room to be let in. It was inconvenient, but the most worrying part was that they never asked for any proof of our names etc, just let us into the room number we asked for. We started to feel unsafe, and worried about leaving the room empty as anyone could have accessed it. We complained to the hotel via email but never had any response.

- Trinny16 (3/5): Overpriced and Basic Hotel - Nothing. The room and hotel are really old and especially for the price, certainly not worth it at all. Will definitely never stay here again. Overpriced for such an old and basic hotel.

- IAN (8/5): Ideal stopover. - Great airport location with very good shuttle bus service. The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was also spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but had everything we needed before heading to the cruise terminal the next day. Nothing to comment.
