I have a sore knee, and the closeness to main - The location of the property was perfect within walking distance to most major attractions! A few were just right around the block! It was spacious, high ceilings,it had a lift, very close to our main sites.

I would expect the goat to explain this before arrival. There was a book with instructions, but we were not aware and impossible to find once power went down. Other than that, everything is great!

- Thatblokeintheshorts (10/5): Location was excellent being 100yds from the duomo one way and Galleria del Accademia the other. - The bottle of wine was so very welcome after the journey - just what we needed getting there 2300ish. Slightly strange bed arrangement but suited us perfectly, wife got the double room peace and quiet, and all us snoring blokes shared the large bedroom/lounge/diner. The bottle opener was possibly the most useless one I have ever seen. Other than that minor problem no complaints.

The staff were welcoming, excellent in reponding to our questions and vey accommodating. Having beds in the loungeroom made it a little intrusive. The kitchen was not well equipped with utensils.
- Ck (6/5): Apartment interior is pleasant but would try other place next time - The apartment is clean and tidy and has high ceiling. We like its location that is within walking distance to the duomo and other sites including supermarket and lots of restaurant. The apartment layout is odd and the other room kind of felt separated from the rest. Always felt this chill in the apartment even with the heater running. Also, the sound insulation wasnt great as you can hear people talking in the streets outside at night.
- Lani (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city! - This was a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and had a great stay. My adult son said it was his favorite apartment / layout of all the apartments we rented in our 15 days of travel. No fault of the apartment, but we were able to hear people walking and talking in the street below during the night even though we had the windows and shutters closed. That may be an issue for some...
- Paull (8/5): Overall Perfect location to all the Florence ammenities! - Probably our favourite apartment/location of our Italian trip so far, apartment is so close to everywhere is amazing, inside with its beautiful high roofs and decor is very cool. Appreciate the free gift too! The only downside is it is single glazed and the street noise is aaaaaall night long!! If not the loud foreigners walking past all hours of the night (still going at 3-4am) then it’s the street cleaning trucks at 1am! Is the first time earplugs and white noise on the phone hasn’t been able to block it out, were long nights, a shame as the rest of the apartment and trip were perfect! Maybe some double/triple glazing investment is needed for soundproofing.

While the location was great, the noise from the street in front of the building was extreme to the point where you couldnt sleep. The necessary documentation required for check in seemed extreme. Other than that we had a fabulous time and the food there is wonderful!

The gifted bottle of red wine was a lovely gesture and tasted lovely 😍 👌 🍷 Also, having some water in the fridge was a bonus and 3 washing tablets for the washing maching. Diolch 🫶♥️

Had to sleep with noise canceling headphones on. No second bedroom and that wasn't clearly stated. Beds in the living room should be made more obvious.

Within walking distance to the cathedral, eateries and convenience stores Because it was in a busy area and near the cathedral, there was a fair bit of noise from the pedestrians, and you'll be awaken by the church bells early in the morning
- Ally (1/5): Ruin our trips - Laundry on site. If you want to ruin your trips recommend here. Every steps will be struggled and nightmare. 1. At 1am all electricity was gone so had to sleep wear with jacket with kids. They didn’t apologize and don’t care about it. Seems like happened many times. 2. Very noisy at night. All the Voice From the street can hear. I regrets to choosing here a lot.

It was unfortunately very noisy at night (as the windows are not double glazed like other properties we stayed in). We therefore had very little sleep during our stay.

- Chris (7/5): Overall nice apartment - well maintained living room larger than a NYC apartment. - The location was very convenient - easy access to everything - but be prepared it is very noisy at night - it is in the heart of the city. Host’s instructions for the apartment were very detailed - except for how to use the air conditioner - wall unit different than in US and kept shutting off. No paper products or clean sponges - would have been helpful to clean up so as not to use a cloth towel.

- Chih-i (10/5): AWESOME! - This place is awesome! It was so big and pretty. Everyting was in good condition. It even has a washing machine that we can do our laundry. The location was fantastic! It has a lift so no worries about your luggage. The host was so nice that we got a surprise wine from them. It's only 2 blocks away from the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, so it will be very noisy. But it's okay since we brought our own ear plugs to prevent the noise. There were pre-arrival online check in needs to be filled up, and it needs some time to finish it.

- Steven (9/5): Superb - Location was fantastic and lots of space to relax with tired kids after a lot of walking! It suited our needs perfectly as eating out isn't always an option for us, but we had everything we needed and good choice of shops to get supplies very near by. The beds were all very comfortable as well which is always a good thing Being so centrally located is great although the down side was it was noisy at night. The narrow streets seemed to echo every sound (voices and any traffic) so not the best sleep. Other than that everything was great

- Sykes (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was really tired looking. The sofa was very worn and bits were falling off it. The cushions on the dining chairs needed a good clean. The photos were obviously taken a while ago when every thing was much newer.
