• Charlotte (5/5): - L'emplacement est top, dans un quartier typique. L'appartement est très sombre. On ne se voit pas manger sur place. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle à manger et peu de place dans la cuisine. La salle de bain biscornue, il faut pas être grand. Le gros point noir : le bruit... très difficile de dormir. Simple vitrage dans la chambre et une ruelle pleine de scooters, juste en bas.
• Philippe (6/5): - Très bien situé, à 2 pas du ponte vecchio, sur une petite place très animée. Le séjour est très sombre, sans fenêtre. Les fenêtres sont très peu isolé du bruit.

• Michelle (3/5): Not worth it - The location was nice, the apartment was clean. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower was moldy on the floor and the shower head. The pictures of the bathroom were edited and did not show the extent of how bad it was. It was so bad I had to contact the owner to please come clean. He sent someone but it really didn’t help. When you showered the floor flooded and you had to use towels to clean it up. It was not pleasant and I felt that I had been lied to through the pictures. Also the bathroom gave off a bad smell. The apartment had the bare minimum and you could tell the owner doesn’t really care to leave basic things like paper towels, cleaning supplies, salt pepper. It was truly a bare minimum apartment. I wouldn’t recommend. I do want to say the owner did try to make it right by cleaning the bathroom. One thing that was scary is that they let themselves in without warning, no text or knocking. They just came into the apartment while we were there. Thankfully my husband was there.

• Meg (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing. I know it’s just me, but I hate it when there are notes stuck on everything. I want to feel relaxed and at home, not be lectured at every point in how to turn something on, or told I will be charged if I open the fridge door wrong.
• Volodymyr (7/5): A nice apartment, with caveats - The location is excellent, about 20 minutes walk from the train station, just minutes to several major tourist attraction, and in a picturesque square with several restaurants. The apartment is rather small but comfortable, with all necessary facilities. The staff was responsive to my requests as I was learning my ways around the apartment. A nice touch was a free bottle os Toscana wine. The reverse side of the central location is a lot of noise from the restaurants right below the apartment, especially from people stepping out for a smoke, which lasts until after midnight, so you can only choose this apartment if you sleep soundly or agree to go to bed after 1 am and then sleep late. More importantly and regrettably, the management charges fully 100 euros for the cleaning after each guest, a ridiculous sum you are not informed about until you have done the booking. So you can consider you are paying 100 euros for a bootle of wine.

• Elsabe (6/5): Very central and good for a short stay - Good location. Lots of space to pack luggage. Washing machine and dry rack. Also an aircon. Host was very helpful If you are noice sensitive it would be a problem. The stairs very steep with heavy suitcases. The shower very tricky to use if you don’t want to mess water.

• Mary (6/5): Good lil spot to stay if you’re going to be out and about most of your stay here! - Location! The staff was quick to respond. Down below is a lovely piazza with incredible restaurants, bar and gelato spots (some of our favorites in town!) of course we loved the wine too thank you! They did want to charge for extra towels though after a massive leak in the bathroom. I wish the lighting was better but small sacrifice for the location of this place.

• Jacqueline (4/5): Disappointing - the location very basic. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, my back went into spasm and had to take 1 week off work on return with muscle relaxant medication. the sofa bed was not a bed.

It was my first time in Florence, so I wasn't expecting to have to carry my 30kg suitcase up three flights of stairs on my own, but the location was lovely, so the effort was well worth it.
• Patrick (3/5): Amazing location. Don’t use the washing machine. - Great location, lovely bedroom and living area. Aircon unit is very loud and hard to sleep through. Washing machine doesn’t work and had my clothes trapped in here for hours, host informed me to ‘push here’ to try and resolve the issue which, despite eventually getting my clothes out, resulted in a broken cut-up finger. bathroom is tiny and shower overflows.
• Gerald (4/5): Comfy Spacious Apt but Terrible Bathroom - Let me first start off by saying this apartment is pretty, spacious and cozy. It is very centrally located and truly if it wasn't for the bathroom I would be giving this apartment a 5 start review. However, if you plan on showering during your stay then this apt is not for you. I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and ever day had an issue with the showing. The shower takes a long time to drain (approx 30 mins for a 3 min shower) and the water will get absolutely everywhere. Prepare to wash soaking wet towels every day of your stay. We were able to make this work the whole trip until the final day when the shower didn't drain at all. The attached picture was the shower after being left for 12 hours to drain. Honestly it's not worth the hassle and when I text the management company they were rude and insisted the problem was our fault because of our hair (we are two men with crew cuts - not the problem!) and that this is to be expected after 4 days! Apparently 4 consecutive nights is too much for the apartments bathroom! This apartment really needs to fix this issue before renting out to others guests - truly it is just not functional accommodation. Save yourself the headache and time wasted for the beautiful sights of Firenze and chose another location.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location! Property located on 2nd floor up a narrow stairway, so take note if you have heavy luggages. Rooms was large and big with kitchen and washing machine (detergent provided was a plus)! Insufficient lighting in the room as there were no ceiling lights. Main issue is that there is no proper containment of the water in the shower, so the whole toilet is wet

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The apartment is located directly next to an amazing square with a great cafe and several amazing restaurants, a gelato place and another pizza window. We would stay here again in the future.
