The €10 per person per night tourist tax is a lot of money to pay after the customer pays for the hotel room. It should be included in the price when booked. Not enough pillows in the rooms. I would have preferred it if there were more pillows in the wardrobe. Have peppermint or chamomile tea in the rooms.

- Agne (10/5): Great stay - Our triple room was very spacious and clean. Our windows faced the inner courtyard and there was no noise from the outside. The robes have been provided in the room. There was also a mini fridge and coffee making facilities. There was a lot of choice at breakfast, although I would have loved some freshly squeezed orange juice. The items were replenished constantly even close to the end of the breakfast time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located very close to the Milano Centrale train station and a number of metro stations.

We were unable.to switch off a light in the night and neither the reception nor the emergency number responded. ..we had to sleep through out the night with a main room light on. People at the reception needs proper training to handle customers. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and restaurant staff were good. BUT, breakfast take away box was similar to a 5 year old's snake box...no fruit, fresh sandwich or even a bottle of water!!! When we requested a banana from the prepared breakfast buffet from the receptionist, he refused as the breakfast opening hour was 1/2 hour later.

Siistit modernit tilat sekä huoneissa, että yleisissä tiloissa. Aamiainen periaatteessa riittävä, mutta taso vaihteli esim. toisena aamuna munakas ok, toisena ihan vetinen. Leivät ja makeat leivonnaiset mauttomia. Henkilökunta liiankin innokas viemään astiat pöydästä. Ilmanvaihto huoneissa saisi olla parempi.

- Seema Gopalakrishnan (9/5): Convenient location - The location is so convenient - proximity to the station is great, lots of good options too nearby. Plus the room was a good size and very clean. The staff are really friendly. The day we arrived we had tickets to see the Last supper, delay in flight meant we had about 30mins to get the venue. When we got to the hotel we mentioned this and without hesitation they agreed that we could leave the luggage and do the check in after.

Det var fryktelig varmt på rommet i 5. etasje. Fikk tilbud om bytte av rom til første etasje. Det var fortsatt varmt. På rommet i første etasje var det generende støy fra vannrør gjennom natten. Det var også noe støy fra trafikk utenfor. Dusjen på rommet var ødelagt og kunne fint vært byttet for et bedre helhets inntrykk og vanntrykk. Ellers OK bad.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and quiet. I was disappointed to be asked to pay for the lovely breakfast. I had thought it was part of the room price.

- Jorge Eduardo (9/5): - Esta bien el hotel y tambien la atencion. Que si llegamos de un pais de idioma diferente ,una obsetvasion es que tengan personal para que nos entiendan.
- Varsenik (10/5): Я ещё раз вернусь в этот отель, потому чно всё мне понровилось. - Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Местоположение супер! Каждый день убирали комноту , чистота на высоком уровне. Очень радовали мармеладные конфетки, кофе и бутылка свежой воды, каждый день🥰🥰🥰. Первую ночь , с наружи был сильный шум ,который мешал нам спать-как будто загружали вагоны! В целом я понимаю, что это не вина отеля , но было некомфортно. Вид из окна не очень впечетлял,окна смотрели на внутренный дворик и многоэтажную парковку.

- Fernanda (10/5): Habitación amplísima, baño excepcional y una estancia muy cómoda desde el primer momento - La habitación superó nuestras expectativas: era muy amplia, con espacio más que suficiente y perfectamente preparada para tres personas. La cama resultó comodísima y el baño fue realmente excepcional. Además, pudimos aparcar sin problema en la misma calle del hotel, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda.

- DAVID (7/5): Not bad for the price but would expect a bit more - Location was good, clearly just gone through some upgrades in recent times. Good access to Metro line at Sondrio or Centrale, and the surrounding neighbourhoods had good cafes. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room facilities are ok, fridge and plenty of plugs (no USB ports). Seems to be a fairly busy road in front of the property so it is a little noisy. The AC is also useless, had it on 15C and didn’t cool the room at all. Ended up sleeping with the window open (read noise comment).
- Joaquín (9/5): - La ubicación cerca de la estación central y del metro. Acceso rápido tanto para ir al aeropuerto (tanto malpensa como Bérgamo). Como a 10’ en metro del Duomo. Las excursiones a Lago di Como o Bernina express también salían desde una plaza que estaba justo al lado. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba limpia.
- Sydney (9/5): - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our rooms were placed next to each other and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!
