Comme j'ai insisté ils nous ont trouvé un hôtel minable a proximité HOTEL HANABI avec des lits inconfortables et des draps d'une propreté douteuse Je déconseille cet hôtel et je rends responsable hôtel Blue Empire de cette situation car nous avions une reservation confirmée et ils nous ont informés de l'impossibilité de nous recevoir seulement 24h00 avant notre arrivee Résultat nuit presque sans dormir Tout

Fonction sèche linge sur la machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment...

Il prezzo penso sia corretto per quello che viene offerto. Essendo la camera molto piccola si faceva fatica a tenere aperte le valigie e camminare al contempo.

El apartamento huele a cerrado, a tuberías, incluidas las toallas y las sábanas. Limpieza muy, muy justa. La habitación tenía una parte alta visible a la que no se podía acceder con trastos tapados con una sábana blanca. Se oyen los ruidos de las otras habitaciones, tuvimos que dormir con tapones. Bastante incómodo para moverse dentro dos personas pero esto es lo habitual en Japón.

Nos quedamos 4 noches y a pesar de dejar por dos días continuos el cartel para limpieza, cuando llegamos al dormitorio después de estar todo el día afuera la habitación continuaba sin limpieza

- hiroyuki (5/5): 宿泊するまで不安でした。しかし無事宿泊できました。 - 新大久保駅から近く、便利でした。他のホテルと比べて安かったです。 ホテルのマチコミで、閉鎖されているなどがあり、不安となり2日前にホテルに何度も電話しました。ところがつながらず、ブッキングコムに連絡しました。ブッキングコムさんから、営業してますの連絡がありましたが、大丈夫かどうか不安でした。 無事宿泊はできました。 施設としては、壁が薄く、隣の宿泊者のいびきが聞こえてきた。

- Madysin (8/5): Overall I think this is a fine budget-friendly hotel, however if it’s within your budget to spend a bit more i would rec - Very good location, close to 2 main train stations as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. There were some wifi issues throughout our stay, not sure if this is a common problem or if we were just unlucky. There was also a small bug problem, we found multiple little moths and roach/beetle type things, harmless but not what you what to find.

Check in fatto appena arrivati e poi nessuno altro disturbo. Un po' piccolo (ma per dormire e lavarsi basta e avanza)

La struttura è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e a circa 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Shinjuku. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza con molti locali, ristoranti e i locali notturni di Shinjuku e Kabukicho. Wifi funzionante e stanza dotata anche di angolo cottura. La pulizia della stanza e il cambio degli asciugamani avviene praticamente soltanto su richiesta

- Belkis (6/5): For a one night stand and to rest it was Ok, The place was small but clean and had amenities. - Location was good, close to city center. The beds were small but soft and comfortable staff to know English. There is a big language barrier, but then again that is general in Japan.

Our first night was scary because a stranger came to our door, doorbells 4x and woke us up. We called the receptionist & responded quickly eventhough it was after 11pm. Our second night was ok. The hotel is a budget-friendly, close to train station, restaurants and store.

- Isadora (8/5): Very good - Has everything you might need. Our room even had a washing machine. The dryer was just an air dryer, but there's a coin laundry really close by. There's no lift, so if you are on the second floor it is a bit difficult to get things up. It's a narrow stair.
- Naomi (3/5): uncomfortable and close to the station - i liked that it was close to the bus station. had a nice toilet. many things, the stairs to get to the room, there is no lobby or security it’s just your door against the world, bathroom sink is in the bedroom, walking to get the key around the corner, telivision tethered to the wall where you can’t see it, no bath tub, no natural light at all (no window). check out staff was very very rude about having a courier service pick up the bags from them to take to the air port. spend a bit extra and have a more comfortable place to stay, it’s worth it.
